국어과 동료 교사의 수업 논평을 통해 본 국어 교사의 수업 전문성

본 연구의 목적은 국어과 교사가 동료의 수업을 논평하면서 주목한 국어 수업에 대한 ‘실제적 평가 기준’은 어떠하며, 그것의 시사점은 무엇인지를 알고자 하는 데 있다. 국어과 교사의 논평을 분석해 본 결과 ‘학생의 학습(적극적인 참여), 교사의 설명, 피드백, 주의 집중과 수업 장악, 교사/학생의 상호 작용, 수업목표 제시’ 등의 순으로 지적(指摘) 빈도가 높았다. 이에 지적 빈도가 높은 항목을 중심으로 ‘국어과 수업의 실제적 평가 기준’을 마련하였다. 이런 ‘실제적 평가 기준’은 국어 교사들의 수업 평가 관점과 기준이 반영된 결과이면서 국어 수업에 대한 현상적 관점이라 볼 때, 국어 수업이 교사의 교수 행위와 학생의 학습 행위가 교섭적으로 작용하는 협력의 과정이라는 시사점을 던져 준다. Objective of this study is to identify the ‘practical teaching evaluation criteria’ used by the Korean language teachers in their peer review and the implications of such criteria. The evaluated comments of these Korean language teachers focused most frequently on students’ active participation, and it was followed by teacher’s explanation, feedback, concentration, presence, interaction with students, and offering the objective of the class. Thus produced is the ‘practical class evaluation criteria’ based on those evaluation points of higher importance. This ‘practical evaluation criteria’ therefore reflects the viewpoints and criteria of the Korean language teachers in class evaluation and stands as the practical perspective on Korean language classes, and also implies that a Korean language class is a cooperative process of teacher’s teaching and students’learning.
고압 중수소 열처리에 의한 MOSFETs의 특성 개선에 대한 연구

High pressure deuterium (HPD) annealing is an advancing technology for the fabrication of modern semiconductor devices. In this work, gate-enclosed FETs are fabricated on a silicon substrate as test vehicles. After a cycle for the HPD annealing, the device parameters such as threshold voltage (V<sub>TH</sub>), subthreshold swing (SS), on-state current (I<sub>ON</sub>), off-state current (I<sub>OFF</sub>), and gate leakage (I<sub>G</sub>) were measured and compared depending on the HPD. The HPD annealing can passivate the dangling bonds at Si-SiO<sub>2</sub> interfaces as well as eliminate the bulk trap in SiO<sub>2</sub>. It can be concluded that adding the HPD annealing as a fabrication process is very effective in improving device reliability, performance, and variability.

Personality characteristics were studied by means of SCL-90-R test. Behavioral problem and pain site was studied (Sleep disturbance, irregular eating habit, decreased physical activity, decreased social activity, increased emotional tension) by examination sheets. This study was conducted to examine the mature and extent of psychological difference between the students who failed the college-entrance examination and freshmen and to determine whether psychological distress acts as a precipitate for craniocervical pain. 96 students who failed the college-entrance examination (examination-failed student) and 86 freshmen were included in this study. The obtained results were as follows ; Mean T-score of SCL-90-R primary scale and global indies in examination-failed students were significantly higher than the freshmen group. In comparison with examination-failed student group and freshman group, the prevalence of neck and shoulder pain was significantly higher than the freshman group. When the study and control group were compared in behavioral problems the study group had not more sound sleep than the control group. The study group had more irregular eating habit than control group. The study group had the lower physical activity than control group. The study group had the lower physical activity than control group. The study group had poor social activity than control group. There were no significant difference in emotional tension.
