According to the development of industry, many aspects of society have been changed and a living environment has been more convenient than before. However, factors of fire risk are increased because of society which is becoming complex. Moreover, a building built in recently is becoming high-rise and intelligent. Then losses of life and property increase continually. Thus, an institutional strategy which can solve this problem is needed. The purpose of this research is to state a problem of specific a building managing strategy and suggests a reformation of the fire safety grade system of a specific building. The suggested ideas are an adoption of fire risk evaluation of a building, tentatively named “Fire Safety Corporation”establishment, reclassification of the fire safety grade system of a specific building, and newly making fire safety managers of ultra-high buildings and underground structures. 산업의 발전에 따라 사회양상도 복잡·다양하게 변화하여 오고 생활의 편리함도 늘어났지만, 그에 따른화재위험요인도 함께 증가하고 있다. 최근 국내 건축물 환경도 초고층화·인텔리전트(Intelligent)화 되어가면서 화재로 인한 인적·물적 손실은 계속적으로 증가하고 있어 과거보다 화재발생을 줄일 수 있는 제도적 장치를 보완하여야 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 특정소방대상물 관리제도에 대한 전반적인 운영 실태와문제점을 도출하여 특정소방대상물의 방화관리 등급체계 개선방안을 제시하는데 있다. 개선방안으로는 화재 위험성 평가제도 도입, 가칭 “소방안전공사”의 신설, 특정소방대상물 방화관리등급 재분류, 초고층 및지하심층 건축물에 방화관리자 신설 등이다.

As the accuracy of manufactured goods needed high-accuracy processing has made the efficiency of NC and measurment technology develop, the innovation of machine tools has influence the development of the semi-conductor and optical technology. We can mention that a traction role of the acceleration for the development like that depends on the development of the measurement technics-Stylus instrument method, STM, SEM, Laser interferometer method-which are used for measuring the movement accuracy of machine tools. The movement error factors in movement accuracy are expressed as yaw, roll, and pitch etc. These studies have not been considered of the problem about the mechanical strength in the case of machining center. Therefore, we will try to help to factory by measuring, analysising, and displying the deflection of the table or lineat guide on loading after inspecting the influence of load in the position accuracy and measuring the position accuracy of X-Y table for loading. The acceleration of the performance of machine tools influences the development of the semi-conductor and optical technology as the development of NC and measurement technology.
X-Y 테이블에 사용되는 볼 스크류의 열팽창 억제에 관한 연구

In this paper, we have studied about the thermal expansion of the ball screw used for the X-Y table. The hollow ball type is used for the vall screw. We have compared the conventional cooling system and function with the improved cooling system and function which is developed the path providing cooling oil in hollow ball screw. That is, the temperature variation and positioning accuracy are analyzed of the ball screw. We have obtained the following result through this experiment. 1) The improved cooling system of the hollow ball screw for X-Y table was developed. 2) The improved cooling system of the hollow ball screw has a large effectiveness on restraining the thermal expansion of the ball screw. 3) The positioning accuracy of the ball screw was improved about 2∼4㎛ using temperature-controlled colling oil.
