In order to 1ransport the steel roll coil effectively and safely to the destination, the stability of the steel roll coil which induced the minimum movements during the 1ransportation was s1rongly required. The basic 1ransportation equipment for the steel roll coil such as the wedge is made of 100% imported wood known as the apitong. However, the material characteristic such as the rigidity has caused permanent damages to the steel roll coil and the damaged steel roll coils were not easily restorable. Thus it was unsuitable for other purposes. The introduction of new materials to manufacturing wedges which would have a good recovery performance and thus enable the wedge prevention or reduction to the steel roll coil or any other products during the 1ransportation is needed. Due to the fact that recovering damage of the coil is almost impossible, we have to find the new type of wedge that can substitute the apitong wedge. Therefore, we are going to develop a wedge that does not damage rolled steel coil and has better recovery and softness than existing apitong wedge.

The vacuum cleaner motor runs at very high speed for suction power. Specially, motor power is provided by the impeller being rotated at very high speed. The centrifugal fan consists of the impeller, the diffuser, and the circular casing. Due to the high rotating speed of the impeller and small gap distance between the impeller and the diffuser, the level of noise in the centrifugal fan is at BPF(Blade Passage Frequency) and its harmonic frequencies. In order to calculate the sound pressure of centrifugal fan, unsteady flow data are needed. The cause of noise is obtained by dividing the fluid noise by exhaust flow of fan and vibration noise by rotational vibration of vacuum cleaner fan motor. Until now, an accelerometer has been used to measure vibration. However, it can not measure vibration in some parts of brush and commutator because of motor construction and 3-D vibrating mode. This study was conducted to perform accurate analysis of vibration and aerodynamic sound for fan motor in a vacuum cleaner using a laser vibration analyzer. A silent fan motor can be designed using the data measured in this study.

Recently, demand the ultra precision product which is increasing rapidly is used extensively frontier industry field such as semi-conductor, computer, aerospace, precision machine. Ultra precision processing is the portion that is very needed to NT in the field of mechanical engineering. The latest date, together with radical advancement of electronic and photonics industry, necessity of ultra precision processing is on the increase for the manufacture of various kernel parts those are connected with these industrial fields. Specially, require motion accuracy of high resolution of nm order in stroke of hundreds millimeters according as diameter of processing object great and processing accuracy rises. In this case ,the response speed absolute delay because inertial mass of moving part is very large. Therefore, real time motion error compensation becomes very hardly. In this paper, we used ultra precision cutting unit(UPCU) to cope such problem. a UPCU is designed and tested to obtain sub-micrometer from accuracy in diamond turning of flat surfaces. The thermal growth spindle error is compensated for real time using a UPCU driven by piezoelectric actuator along with a laser encoder displacement sensor.

When ironwork, especially steel roll coil, is transported to customers, land transportation and sea transportation are usually used. To transport steel roll coil fast and safe without damaging it, it is necessary that the steel roll coil has to be in stable condition. These days, apitong, which is all imported from overseas, is being used to support the steel roll coil, but because of apitong's rigidity, it damages the coil and when the coil is damaged, it is hard to fix. Due to the fact that recovering damage of the coil is almost impossible, we have to find the new type of dunnage that can substitute the apitong. In this paper, the arrays and the kinds of reinforcements, and rectangular type and trapezoid of dunnage will be talked about. The phenomenon of rolling and the impact when the carrier start moving and stop will be talked about as well. Therefore, we are going to develop a dunnage that does not damage ironwork and has better recovery and softness than existing apitong dunnage.

This paper wishes to develop system that measure an external diameter of optical-ferrule and roundness that is optical connection parts that is necessary in optical communication net construction that increase rapidly present automatically and plan productivity elevation and personnel expense curtailment. There is LC, PC, MU, and so on various form in the case of optical-ferrule and Recently, ferrule that have special form is appearing. Hereupon, can bring cost reduction by productivity elevation, measurement quality elevation, number of persons attrition and parts loss amount decrease etc. by computerizing measurement work of examination process that depended on existing manual processing by developing exterior diameter of LC ferrule and roundness' measurement system. Also, use of LD and PD ferrule by country and universal FTTH business is increasing, and LC optical ferrule that is necessary to laser packaging of inside depends on income. Therefore, productivity improvement of LC ferrule can contribute in could do to maximize income substitution effect country industry development. But, manual processing dependence of examination process that it selects LC ferrule manufacturing process defective goods that productivity does not increase because is high productivity elevation decrease bring. Therefore, productivity elevation of LC ferrule wishes to solve productivity decrease by existent manual processing computerizing external diameter and roundness measurement examination process.
