3phase induction motor consumes 40% of national electric power. so It is one of the most important electric device for the national power policy. The efficiency measurement is carried out by IEC standards. After the temperature rise test, It’s difficult to measure the winding resistance immediately. because of inertia and power cut-off time. Therefore, IEC standards suggest the measurement time. But during the measurement time, the winding temperature cools down. It causes the value of winding resistance is variable. Several conditions which possibly occurred by the measurement time of IEC 60034-1 are suggested. and The efficiency evaluation of 3phase induction motors is carried out by IEC 60034-2-1 with the several conditions. As the results, we find out the winding resistance rapidly goes down within 15 sec. so It proves that the winding resistance should be measured within 15 sec. for the efficiency evaluating of 3phase induction motor.

Test procedures and rules may be published as formal standards by an economy’s standards-setting agency or by an international agency such as the International Standards Organization (ISO) or International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) or both. Many countries have test procedures, standards, and labeling (mandatory and/or voluntary) schemes for a wide variety of products. ISO has developed a new standard to evaluate annual energy performance of air conditioner and heat pump, which is called as annual performance factor (APF), ISO ISO 16358-1, -2, -3:2013. In Korea we used KS 9306 to evaluate energy efficiency of heat pump for last 10 years. But, there are some differences to evaluate energy efficiency between three standards, KS 9306, AHRI 210/240, and EN 14825 at the same test unit. In the present study, the seasonal performance characteristics of heat pump with the three regional standards conditions were experimentally analyzed. In order to analyze the cooling seasonal performance factor, we compared to bin data in each regional standards and variations of EER. As a result the CSPF(cooling seasonal performance factor) calcurated with KS standard is higher than the other two standards. In addtion we found the low outdoor temperature is significant important factor to calcurated the CSPF.
배터리 교환형 전기자동차의 배터리 접속기 내구성 평가에 관한 연구

Recently, many countries are researching and developing the various Electric Vehicle(EV) for reserving their natural environments and so on. But the charging time that is longer than the time of filling up the traditional engine vehicle will be the obstacles of spreading them. So, the other type EV is developed. It is the Battery Changeable EV. But there is not testing method for it. Especially, the defining of the durability evaluation for the couplers between battery and charger is very important because the couplers are changed very frequently. So, they may cause many faults and problems. Therefore, this study shows the definition of the durability procedure and the test is conducted with the equipment.

Solar energy is quantitatively unlimited clean and non-polluting resource. It has a great potential for industrial and commercial usages. IEA(International Energy Agency) conducted SHC(Solar Heating & Cooling) 33 project in order to use solar thermal energy for industrial processes, and thus, solar thermal collectors for the various temperature zones had been developed. The flat plate solar thermal collector is used primarily for the domestic house, which is currently the most popular with its high durability. Whereas, the evacuated tube-type solar collector is generally used in industrial facility with its high thermal performance, but it has disadvantage in low durability. The double-glazed flat plate solar collector is to overcome the disadvantage of existing single-glazed flat plate solar collector and to improve the durability and the thermal performance. This study has been carried out comparison analysis for thermal performance of single-glazed flat plate solar collector and double-glazed flat plat solar collector with filling air and specified inert gas. And the specified inert gas was injected to the air gap portion of the double-glazed solar collector to improve the thermal performance. As a result, the double-glazed flat plate solar collector with filling specified inert gas has the best performance with comparing to the single-glazed flat plate solar collector and double-glazed flat plat solar collector with filling air. Also, the heat loss coefficient was lower with the specified inert gas than the existing flat plate solar collector.
