경찰관의 우울 영향 요인

이 연구의 목적은 경찰관의 정신건강 수준을 비교하고 우울 영향 요인을 확인하는데 있다. 이 연구는2019년 10월부터 12월까지 경찰인재개발원의 직무교육과정에 참여한 경찰관 중 연구 참여에 동의한 후자료를 수집한 493명의 2차 자료를 분석하는 서술적 조사 연구이다. 외상 후 스트레스장애, 음주행위와우울을 측정하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS Statistics 23.0 프로그램을 사용하여 위계적회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 경찰관의 외상 후 스트레스장애 증상 점수는 24.39±17.98점, 음주행위도 8.70±6.03점, 우울은 3.15±3.93점이었고, 일반적 특성에 따라 차이를 보였다. 경찰관의 우울에 영향을 미치는 요인은장시간근무, 음주행위, 과각성이었다. 경찰관의 외상 후 스트레스장애 증상 경험 수준은 매우 높은 상태로 외상 사건을 경험한 경찰관의 과각성이 두드러지는 경우 우울 문제가 진행될 수 있으므로 이들을위한 심리적 응급처치를 조기 단계에서 제공할 필요가 있다.

백석 시의 전개와 특질

백석의 시는 다양한 편차를 지닌 작품들이 혼재하고 있다. 초기 시는 주로 화자의 의식이나 내면의 개입 없이 이루어지는 ‘관찰과 사실의 세계’를 보여준다. 그러나 ??사슴?? 이후의 시들에서 점차 자신의 내면성을 투영시키는 방향으로 변모한다. 이 때의 시들은 주로 유랑의 행적과 관련되어 현실과의 매개물이 등장하고, 자신의 내면을 대상에 투사시키는 성향을 드러내면서 ‘생각한다’는 인식의 세계로 구성된다. 백석 시에서 인식 주체로서 시적 자아의 특징적인 징후는 ‘생각한다’이다. 회고와 반추와 사념의 언어로 표출되는 그의 시의 특성은 ‘생각’하는 과정 속에서 생겨난 것으로, 백석 시의 시작(詩作) 원리는 “이 추운 세상의 한 구석에 가난하고 쓸쓸한 내가 혼자 생각한다”의 형식이다. 백석 시를 전체적으로 기율하는 기본 형질은 비애의 정조이다. 어둡고 음산하던 토속적 풍물이 빛나는 감각적 이미지의 조형술에 의해 빛과 소리를 얻어 세련되고 은은한 광채를 발하지만, 그럼에도 한결같이 어둡고 쓸쓸한 분위기와 적막감이 무겁게 짓누르고 있다. 이러한 내면성은 내성적이고 결벽스런 성격, 유랑의 고달픈 삶과 상실감, 그리고 세계와 대상을 애상과 연민으로 바라보려는 시관에서 연유한다. 이 때문에 백석의 시 중에서 절절한 아름다움을 발하고 있는 것은 비애의 정조와 자기사념의 합일이 극적으로 고양되어 있는 시들이다. 또한 백석 시가 궁극적으로 보여주는 것은 소멸과 사라짐이다. 그의 시선이 향하는 곳은 명백한 부재의 공간이자 상황이다. 유년의 삶이란 그에게 소멸하는 생과 유전의 삶을 복원할 수 있는 원형공간에 해당한다. 그는 이 원형공간의 시화을 통해 자신의 존재 근거와 삶의 동일성을 회복하려 한다. 고향의 재현과 복원이라는 특징은 여기에서 연유하고 있다. 백석은 기억과 상상력의 결합을 통해 유년의 공간을 복원하고자 했던 것이다. 기억과 상상력으로 재구성된 유년의 문 너머에는 훼손되지 않은 삶이 온전히 살아 있었기 때문이다. Baekseok's poems are mixed with works with various deviations. His early poem mainly showed 'the world of observation and reality' without the speaker's intervention of consciousness and inside. But it is transformed to the direction of reflecting his internality gradually in the poem after ??Saseum??. As for the poems in those days, media with the reality are appeared related to the wandering deed mainly. It is composed of the world of recognition, 'think', revealing his propensity that makes his inside projected to the object. In the poems by Baekseok, the distinguished symptom of poetic ego as the subject of recognition is 'think'. The characteristics of his poem expressed by the words of retrospect, rumination, and thoughts come under the process of 'thinking'. The principle of composing poems in Baekseok's poems has a form that “I, poor and lonely, think alone in a corner of this cold world.” The basic character ordering Baekseok's poems generally is a mood of sorrow. Dark and dismal local country and people obtain a light and a sound by formative feature of shiny sensuous image and shed soft glow of luster. Nevertheless, dark and dismal atmosphere and a feeling of loneliness weigh heavily on our mind uniformly. This internality originates in introvert and fastidious character, troubles of wandering and sense of loss, and the viewpoint of a poem that watches the world and the object as sorrow and pity. Baekseok's poems with ardent beauty are poems that a mood of sorrow and a unity of own thoughts are raised dramatically. Also, the ultimate view in Baekseok's poems is extension and disappearance. The place where he aims is a place and a situation of absence clearly. The life in his childhood corresponds to the archetypical space that can restore the extinguished life and inherited life. He tried to restore his background of existence and the identity of his life through the poetization in this archetypical space. The characteristics of reappearance and restoration of hometown are originated from here. Baekseok tried to restore the space in his childhood through the combination with the memory and imagination. The reason is why the undamaged life is still living over the gate of childhood reconstructing with the memory and imagination perfectly.

Increased Intraepithelial Mast Cells in Pulmonary Airways of Mouse Asthma Model

Asthma is an increasingly prevalent, often severe disease and the common cause of significantrespiratory morbidity in the developed world. Mast cells play an important role in allergy diseases, but the role ofepithelial mast cells in the asthma remains controversial. In this research, we assessed the number of the mast cells inthe lungs of the ovalbumin(OVA)-induced murine asthma model. BALB/C mice, 6-week age, were intraperitoneallyinjected with 10% OVA 200L with aluminum hydroxide on days 0 and 10 and challenged via the airways with 1%OVA for 20 min on days 17, 24, 31, 38, 45 by intra-tracheal inhalation, and assessed after 7 days of last challenges,respectively. The control group was assessed with sensitization only. The lungs were stained with hematoxylin-eosin,Congo red, toluidine blue, and periodic acid Schiff-hematoxylin, respectively. The mast cells were observed by lightmicroscope and analyzed with image analysis system. There were no intraepithelial mast cells in the lungs of thethe epithelium of lungs. This result shows that the intraepithelial mast cells of lungs in the OVA-induced asthmamodel increased along with the challenge times. So the intraepithelial mast cells may play an impotent role in theOVA-induced asthma model. 천식(asthma)은 세계적으로 증가하는 질병들 중 하나이며 허파의 만성 염증질환으로 비만세포(mast cell)가 천식의 병태생리에 관여한다고 알려져 있다. 천식환자와 천식동물모델에서 기도의 점막밑조직과 근육층에서 비만세포가 증가한다고 알려져 있으나 상피내 비만세포의 수적 변화는 잘 모른다. 이에 마우스 천식모델을 이용하여 허파기도의 상피내 비만세포의 수적 변화를 관찰하였다. Balb/c마우스의 복강 안으로 명반(alumn)이 포함된 10%의 오브알부민(ovalbumin) 200 µL를 10일 간격으로 2회 주사하여 감작(sensitization)시켰다. 감작 후 1% 오브알부민을 일주일 간격으로 각각 1회, 3회, 5회씩 기도내흡입(inhalation)으로 야기(challenge)시켰다. 대조군은 오브알브민 대신 생리식염수를 주입하였고 실험군은 감작만 시킨군, 감작과 1회 야기군, 감작과 3회 야기군, 감작과 5회 야기군으로 구분하였다. 대조군과 실험군은 마지막 주입 후 7일이 경과한 다음 도살하여 허파를 얻었다. 통상적인 절편 제작과정을 거쳐 허파의 천식유발 여부를 관찰하기 위하여 hematoxylin-eosin 염색을, 호산성백혈구의 침윤을 관찰하기 위하여 congo red 염색을, 기도 점막의 술잔세포와 점액분비 정도를 관찰하기 위하여 periodic acid Schiff-hematoxylin 염색을, 비만세포의 수 변화를 관찰하기 위하여 toluidine blue염색을 시행하여 광학현미경으로 관찰하였다. 비만세포의 수는 광학현미경으로 관찰하여 세었고 이미지분석시스템으로 조직학적 면적을 산출하였다. 감작과 야기를 시킨 천식유발 실험군에서는 야기 횟수에 비례하여 기도와 혈관 주위에서 호산성백혈구를 포함한 많은 염증세포들이 관찰되었고 기도 점막상피에서 술잔세포들은 비대해지고 그 수도 증가하였으며 기도의 내강은 점액들로 채워져 있었다. 이러한 천식 반응들은 대조군과 감작만 시킨 실험군에서는 관찰되지 않았다. 대조군과 감작만 시킨 실험군에서 허파의 기도와 혈관주위 결합조직에서 비만세포들이 소수 관찰되었으나 기도의 상피내 비만세포는 관찰되지 않았다. 감작과 야기를 시킨 천식유발 실험군에서는 야기 횟수에 비례하여 기도의 상피내 비만세포 수가 증가하였다. 그러나 모든 실험군에서 기도와 혈관 주위 결합조직에서 관찰되는 결합조직형 비만세포의 수는 대조군과 유사하였다. 마우스 천식모델에서 반복적인 야기로 기도의 상피내 비만세포의 수가 증가한다는 결과로 미루어, 천식반응에서 상피의 비만세포들이 외부로부터 흡입된 알러젠 (allergen)과 일차적으로 반응하여 급성 천식반응 (acute asthmatic response)을 유발시킬 것으로 생각된다.

Yeats의 Last Poems에 나타난 비극적 긍정

Through his poetic masks and establishing various anti-selves. Yeats makes his efforts to objectify himself and overcome his natural limited self. These masks are the images of ideal human existence and ideal form of society and civilization. In order to make these images into a whole integrated system he resorts to the supernatural knowledges and images gained from Irish folk fables. Though the system provides various range of poetic materials and themes, it also isolates his poetry from reality in many cases. Yeats' Last Poems reveals his own doubt and anxiety of the possibility of losing reality owing to his immense system of faith. In the poems which he does not wear poetic masks he reveals this doubt whole-heartedly. While in the poems which he speaks through heroic masks, he reaffirms his own faith and system. These ambivalent and contradictory attitudes reflect his serious quest for truth and meaning of life and death in the face of death in his old age. Also they reflect his heroic efforts to find an affirmation in the tragic conditions of human existence.
