      • 시간 스케일러빌리티를 이용한 MPEG-4 FGS 비디오 부호화 기법

        The paper shows MPEG-4 FGS(Fine Granularity Scalability) using the scalable video encoding technique that is adapted by MPEG-4 standard and a scheme to improve its efficiency. MPEG-4 FGS is the encoding technique that has the good flexibility for various property of devices and bandwidth variation over the internet. To improve MPEG-4 FGS coding efficiency, we applied an encoding technique with temporal scalability. In other words, the base layer is encoded with the same technique as the typical MPEG-4 FGS and the enhancement layer is encoded by adding temporal scalability property In test results, we could know that had better coding efficiency in the case of adding temporal scalability for the enhancement layer.

      • 부산 하이테크소재산업의 경쟁력 분석 및 육성 전략

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the internal and external competitiveness of the material industry in Busan, and to present a strategy for fostering the high-tech material industry in the future. The research subject of this study is set as the material industry suggested in the “Enforcement Rule of the Special Measures Act on Fostering Materials and Parts Specialized Companies, etc.” enacted in 2001. The research methodology of this study utilizes literature research, media big data analysis, statistical analysis, competitiveness analysis(LQ, TSI analysis), questionnaire survey, and SWOT analysis. Looking at the research contents of each chapter, Chapter 1 is an overview of the study, Chapter 2 introduces market trends and domestic and international policy trends of the high-tech materials industry, and Chapter 3 conducts basic statistics and competitiveness analysis related to the material industry. Chapter 4 presents the results of the survey targeting 150 material companies in Busan, and the last Chapter 5 presents 4 strategies and 20 policy tasks. The tasks for each strategy are as follows. First, collaboration strategy presents five tasks: the construction of the elastic material belt line on the southern coast, and second, the convergence strategy proposes six tasks: the hybrid interface-based future material research support project. Third, in the differentiation strategy, seven tasks are proposed, including the construction of an ocean-convergence material center, and finally, in the globalization strategy, are proposed, including the construction of an international joint R&D cooperation system.

      • 국내시유 중 Ascorbic Acid의 함량변화에 관한 연구

        本 實驗은 市乳 貯藏中 UHT乳와 HTST乳, 包藏容器, 螢光 照射에 따른 asorbic acid의 含量變化를 調査한 實驗으로 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. UHT乳의 ascorbic acid 含量은 HTST乳에 비해 21% 낮았다. 2. Ascorbic acid와 酸素含量은 10日 동안 貯藏中 조금씩 減少하였다. 3. 7日 동안 貯藏中에 jiro pack에 있어서 ascorbic acid와 酸素 減少率은 polyethylene pack과 carton pack에 있어서 보다 높았다. 그러나 tetra pack에 있어서 ascorbic acid와 酸素의 含量은 7日째부터 13日째의 貯藏期間中에 각각 15%씩 減少되었다. 4. 400 Lux 螢光에 노출된 투명한 유리병에 담긴 市乳의 ascorbic acid와 酸素含量은 24時間 貯藏中에 각각 88%와 24.7%로 급속히 減少되었다. This experiment was carried out to investigate the changes in the content of ascorbic acid in domestic market milks that was treated with UHT and HTST method, fluorescent light, and that filled different packaging containers during storage. 1. The content of ascorbic acid in UHT milk was 21% lower than that of ascorbic acid in HTST milk. 2. The content of ascorbic acid and oxygen decreased little by little during the 10 days of storage. 3. Decrease rate of ascorbic acid and oxygen in Jiro pack was higher than that of ascorbic acid and oxygen in Polyethylene pack and Carton pack during the 7 days of storage. However, the content of ascorbic acid and oxygen in Tetra pak decreased about 15% respectively from the 7th day to the 13th day. 4. The content of ascorbic acid and oxygen in clear glass bottles exposed to 400 Lux. fluorescent light decreased rapidly about 88% and 24.7% respectively during 24 hours.

        BTMSM/O<sub>2</sub> 유량변화에 따른 SiOCH 박막의 유전상수 특성

        We have Manufactured the low-k dielectric interlayer fabricated by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD), The thin film of SiOCH is studied correlation between components and Dielectric constant. The precursor was evaporated and introduced with the flow rates from 16 sccm to 25 sccm by 1sccm step in the constant flow rate of 60 sccm $O_2$ in process chamber. The chemical characteristics of SiOCH were analyzed by measuring FT/IR absorption lines and obtained each dielectric constant measuring C-V. Then compare respectively. ILD of BTMSM/$O_2$ could have low dielectric constant about $k\sim2$, and react sensitively. Also dielectric constant could be decreased by the effects of decreasing $CH_3$ and growing Si-O-Si(C) after annealing process.

        BTMSM/O<sub>2</sub> 유량변화에 따른 SiOCH 박막 결합모드의 2차원 상관관계 특성

        The dielectric characteristics of low-k interlayer dielectric materials was fabricated by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD). BTMSM precursor was evaporated and introduced with the flow rates from 16 sccm to 25 sccm by 1sccm step in the constant flow rate of 60 sccm $O_2$ in process chamber. Manufactured samples are analyzed components by measuring FT/IR absorption lines. Decomposition each Microscopic structures through two-dimensional correlation analysis about mechanisms for the formation of SiOCH in $SiOCH_3$, Si-O-Si and Si-$CH_3$ bonding group and analyzed correlation between the micro-structure of each group. It is a tendency that seems to be growing of Si-O-Ci(C) bonding group and narrowing of Si-O-$CH_3$ bonding group relative to the increasing flow-rate BTMSM. The order of changing sensitivity about changes of flow-rate in Si-O-Si(C) bonding group is cross link mode$(1050cm^{-1})$ $\rightarrow$ open link mode$(1100cm^{-1})\rightarrow$ cage link mode $(1140cm^{-1})$.
