고려 명종대 무신집권자의 권력의 성격

본 논문에서는 명종대 무신집권자들의 집권과정, 정당화 방식, 권력행사 양상 등을 비교‧검토해보고 집권자별 차이점과 그것의 정치적 의미를 분석해 보았다. 무신집권자는 정변이라는 비제도적 과정과 절차를 통해 등장하고 재생산되었다. 이렇게 정변을 통해 등장한 무신집권자는 충분한 무력적 기반이 확보될 경우 그 지위와 존재가 유지되고 권력 또한 확대될 수 있었으나 그렇지 못한 경우에는 언제든 소멸될 수 있었다. 이런 특성은 무신집권자들의 권력 정당화와 권력 행사 양상에도 영향을 미쳤다. 무엇보다도 무신집권자는 그 존재가 제도적으로 보장되거나 규정되지 않았기 때문에 집권 과정과 집권 후 권력을 행사할 때 왕이나 다른 무신들로부터 집권의 정당성을 확보해야만 했고 그 양상은 정치적 상황에 따라 차이를 보여주었다. 한편 무력을 통해 권력을 장악한 무신집권자는 권력 행사의 정당성이 부재했기 때문에 대부분 기존의 문무관직을 통해 권력행사를 합법화하고 국정을 장악하려 했다. 또한 무신집권자의 권력행사의 범위가 제도적으로 규정되어 있지 않았기 때문에 임명된 관직의 성격과 활용 비중은 집권자에 따라 차이가 있었고 관직의 권한을 초월하여 인사임명, 형벌 등 권한 밖 영역에서도 권력을 행사했다. 결국 무신집권자별로 정당화 과정 및 권력 행사에서 나타난 차이는 제도적으로 규정되지 않은 권력의 성격에서 비롯되었던 것이다. In this paper, I try to compare the military rulers in their ways of seizing, legitimizing and exercising of power in the reign of King Myeongjong, and to clarify the political implications of the differences among them. Basically the military rulers, who emerged through coups rather than legal procedures, could maintain and expand their power as long as they secured a sufficient military power, otherwise they could collapse at any time. These characteristics influenced the ways in which the military rulers legitimized and exercised their political power. Since the existence of the military rulers was not legally regulated, they had to secure legitimacy of their power from the king or other military officials. The military rulers who seized power by force lacked legitimacy of the exercise of power, which made most of them legitimize the exercise of power by taking government offices. In addition, since the scope of the military rulers’ political power was not legally defined, it was up to each military ruler to decide whether and to what extent to utilize government offices. Furthermore, they illegally exercised power in the areas beyond the authority of their official position, such as personnel appointments and criminal punishment. In short, the legally not defined power made the differences in the process of justifying and exercising of power.

서브프라임사태가 외환시장에 미치는 영향과 적응적 시장가설

본 연구에서는 우리나라의 환율제도가 변동환율제로 변환된 1998년초부터 2009년 4월 까지의 기간을 3년 단위로 4개의 기간으로 나누어서 달러, 엔, 유로화에 대해서 외환시장에 도달하는 정보의 유형이 환율의 장단기의 변동성에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 만약 일별자료 에 대해서는 비대칭적 변동성이 존재하는데 비해서 월별자료에 대해서는 비대칭적 변동성이 존재하지 않으면 단기에는 노이즈 거래가 많지만 시간이 지남에 따라 시장에 대한 적응 정 도가 높아지면서 비대칭적 변동성이 사라진다는 점에서 적응적 시장가설이 성립한다고 볼 수 있을 것이다. 한편 서브프라임사태 이후에 관찰된 일별자료의 비대칭적 변동성의 행태 에 변화가 관찰되는데 비해서 월별자료에는 비대칭적 변동성의 행태에 변화가 관찰되지 않 는다면 제도의 변화에 적응하는 과정에 서브프라임사태가 영향을 미치지 않는다는 점에서 적응적 시장가설의 또 다른 측면이 성립된다고 볼 수 있을 것이다. GJR-GARCH(1,1)-M 모형을 이용하여 원/달러와 원/엔에 대한 실증분석의 결과 월말자 료의 경우 자유변동환율제로 바뀐 직후에는 변동성의 군집현상이 어느 정도 존재하다가 시 간이 지남에 따라 사라지며 비대칭적 변동성은 아예 존재하지 않는 것을 볼 수 있다. 또한 서브프라임 사태 이후에도 월말자료에서는 비대칭적 변동성을 발견할 수 없어서 외부의 충 격에도 불구하고 적응적 시장가설이 성립하는 것을 볼 수 있다. 한편 일별자료에 대한 평 균방정식과 분산방정식은 서브프라임 사태 이전과 이후에 뚜렷한 패턴의 변화를 보임으로써 서브프라임 사태의 이전과 이후의 기대치 못한 충격이 환율의 단기적 행태에 미치는 영향은 확연하게 다르다는 점을 확인할 수 있다. 한편 엔/달러와 유로/달러에 대해서 동일한 분석을 해본 결과 선진국들의 외환시장은 이 미 적응적 과정을 거쳐 월말자료에서의 변동성의 비대칭성은 거의 나타나지 않는 것을 볼 수 있지만 일별자료의 경우에는 우리나라의 경우와 마찬가지로 서브프라임 사태가 통화의 단기적 행태의 변화에 영향을 미쳤음을 알 수 있다. This study examines the asymmetric volatility from the viewpoint of the information inefficiency in the won/dollar, won/yen, won/euro, yen/dollar, euro/dollar from January 1998 to April 2009. If the asymmetric volatility declines over time, it may be interpreted as the information inefficiency declines. This may confirm the appropriateness of Adaptive Market Hypothesis in the Korean foreign exchange market. From the point of view of the central bank policy, the declination of the asymmetric volatility over time may imply the declination of the impact of the central bank’s action over time. Both of the interpretations may signal the applicability of Adaptive Market Hypothesis in the Korean Foreign Exchange Market. Empirical study on won/dollar, won/yen monthly data shows that volatility clustering exists but volatility asymmetry does not ever after the sub-prime crisis, which clearly shows that Adaptive Market Hypothesis is applicable in the Korean Foreign Exchange Market. But, for daily data it is found that the mean equation parameters and volatility asymmetry pattern changes after the sub-prime crisis, which clearly shows that daily foreign exchange rate change reflects the incoming information. Especially the asymmetry parameters have negative signs, which implies that dollar and yen are considered as a base currency from won’s point of view. However this phenomenon may also be interpreted as the information efficiency reflecting the sub prime crisis.

Composite materials, known for their excellent mechanical properties and lightweight characteristics, are applied in various engineering fields. Recently, efforts have been made to develop an automotive battery protection panel using a plain-woven composite composed of glass fiber and polypropylene to reduce the weight of automobiles. However, excessive warpage occurs during the GF/PP compression molding process, which makes car assembly challenging. This study aims to develop a model that predicts the warpage during the compression molding process. Obtaining out-of-plane properties such as elastic or shear modulus, essential for predicting warpages, is tricky. Existing mechanical methods also have limitations in calculating these properties for woven composite materials. To address this issue, finite element analysis is conducted using representative volume elements (RVE) for woven composite materials. A warpage prediction model is developed based on the estimated physical properties of GF/PP composite materials obtained through representative volume elements. This model is expected to be used for reducing warpages in the compression molding process.

우리나라 및 미국의 주식거래량의 변화가 우리나라 주식수익률의 변동성예측에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

미국주식 시장의 경우 미래의 주식수익률의 변동성을 예측하는데 있어서 주식거래량의 변화를 변환변수로 사용할 때 전일의 주식거래량이 늘어나면 GARCH와 내재변동성 중 에서 내재변동성의 비중이 더 커지는 것으로 알려져 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 경우에는 전일의 주식거래량이 늘어난다고 해서 내재변동성의 비중이 더 커지지는 않고 오히려 GARCH의 비중이 더 커지는 모습을 확인 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 주식 시장이 마감되고 난후에 미국의 주식시장이 개장하고 우리나라의 주식시장이 개장하기 전에 미국의 주식시장이 마감된다는 점에 착안하여 미국시장이 우리나라의 시장에 미치 는 영향을 통제한 결과 우리나라의 전일의 주식거래량 증가하면 우리나라의 내재변동성 의 비중이 더 커지며, 미국시장의 거래량이 증가하면 미국의 내재변동성의 비중이 더 커 지는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 거래량의 변화가 투자자들이 이용할 수 있는 정보의 변화를 반영한다는 점을 고려할 때 우리나라의 주식시장은 보다 최신의 정보를 반영하는 미국 주식시장의 변화를 반영하는 시장인 것을 알 수 있다. 한편 전체기간을 5개의 소구간 으로 나누어 검정을 해본 결과 서브프라임 사태이후에 우리나라 시장가격의 정보로서의 유효성이 더 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 전체적으로 우리나라는 미국의 영향력하에 있지 만 서브프라임 사태를 계기로 우리나라의 영향력이 점차적으로 커지는 것을 확인 할 수 있다.

As corona began to spread around the world, it had such a big impact on many people's lives that the word “Untact Culture” was born. Among them, non-face-to-face meetings naturally became a daily routine as educational institutions and many domestic and foreign companies used video conferencing service platforms. Among many video conferencing service platforms, Zoom, the company with the largest number of downloads, caused many security issues and caused many concerns about Zoom's security. In this paper, Zoom's security problems and vulnerabilities were classified into five categories, and Zoom's latest update to solve those problems and the 90-day security planning project were compared and analyzed. And the problem was solved and classified as unresolved. Three of the five parts have been resolved but are still described as how they should be resolved and improved in the future for the two remaining parts.
