        This paper presents a fast estimation algorithm of the optical flow by using the multilevel pyramid structure. The proposed algorithm is based on the block matching methods. This algorithm can reduce greatly the computational complexity of the conventional BMAs (Three Step Search, Direction of Minimum Distortion). Computer simulation shows that the proposed algorithm is fast & good performance efficiency in terms of PSNR.

      • 해성정규압밀점토층의 압밀특성에 대한 연구

        This paper describes the characteristics of Normally-consolidated marine clay taken from the alluvion around kusan innerport. Under different load-increment ratios of 0.5, 1.0, 3.0, respectively, the variations of consolidation constants with load-pressure increment are compared. Correlation equations from the relationships between consolidation constants and physical properties of Normally-consolidated marine clay can be obtained. And also the different properties between sandy-clays and silty-clays through consolidation test can be identified. The main results obtained from this study are as follows. 1) In normally-consolidated marine clay, larger load increment ratio results in larger coefficient of consolidation and sandy-clays showed larger variation width than silty-clays. 2) Correlation for the compression index(Cc) with the liquid limit(W_L) was similar to skempton's correlation. 3) In normally-consolidated marine clay, compression index(Cc) increased with the increase of natural moisture contents.

        This paper presents a stereo matching using Energy-Based Method. The Energy-based Method consists of expressing the correspondence problems as a minimization and regularization one. The computation of stereo disparity is a mathematically ill-posed problem. To overcome the ill-posed problems, Regularization theory provides an approach to make the problem well-posed by imposing additional constraints on the solution. An iterative solution of the discrete version of the associated Euler-Lagrange equation is then used in order to estimate disparity. Once the disparity map is obtained, it is used as the initial condition for the discontinuity information needed for the next discontinuity-preserving regularization.

        근로자의 납세의식에 관한 현황분석 - 대전, 세종, 충청지역을 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this paper was to analyze tax perceptions of employees with very high transparency of income, which is called " glass wallets " among realistic taxpayers. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, employees' taxation compliance was found to have an average of 4.19 out of 5 points. Second, the perception of tax payment compensation was shown to be 4.01, and most employees recognize that the material and psychological rewards of taxation greatly affect their the consciousness of sincere tax payment . Third, the perception of taxation fairness is 2.78, indicating that most employees are aware that taxation is not being done fairly. Fourth, the perceptions of demands for tax ethics is 4.32, indicating that most employees require very sound tax ethics. Fifth, the perceptions of taxpayer honesty was 2.97 out of five points, indicating that many employees did not agree with the positive perception that sincere taxation was done. Sixth, in measuring the taxation strictness, the perception of the level of punishment for tax dodgers is very low at 2.2 out of 5 points.

      • 破碎를 高麗한 花崗土의 다짐 特性에 關한 硏究

        Weathered granite soil is called residual soil, which dispersed in the gammut area in the our country and used in civil enginering site. As a special soil, it has much cruching problems when used in engineering site. This study investigates soil mechanics according to weathering process of granite soil and examines the effects for the characteristics of soil mechanics and engineering. The main results obtained from this study are follows. 1. The characteristics of the crushing effects are derived from the constant remnants which are not related with the way of crushing in sieving test. And the changing points according to the data in crushing numbers are between 20 and 30, and the coefficient of uniformity (cu) is almost changing linearly. 2. The maximum dried densities(γ_(dmax)) are lessened in the process of weathering. After crushing they, compared with γ_(dmax) of natural soil, are augmented. Optimum water contents (Wopt) Corresponeded by γ_(dmax) are lessened compared with Wopt of natural soil. The augmentation of γ_(dmax), γ_(df), has maximum effects in upper points of Wopt. And relative density(Dr) also increased in the range of applied water contents.

      • 海底土의 短期安定處理의 反應特性

        Recently, chemical soil stabilizations using the deep mixing method have been actively adopted for the improvement of soft ground in the offshore region. The objective of this study is to reveal the mechanism of strength development in the uncompacted stabiolized soils made by the deep mixing method. The mechanical properties of strength in the cement or lime stabilized soils were investigated. Furthermore, the reaction materials and process in them were elucidated by x-ray diffraction analysis and pH values. From the results, the relation between strength development and x-ray diffraction intensity in the uncompacted stabilized soils is discussed.

        In order to determine the Index of Weathering of Granite soil, we haue been measured the specific gravity of feldspar(Albite) and quantitative Ratio of Kaolinite clay with the X-diffraction in Jeonjusite. According to the result's, Quantitative Ratio of Feldspar decreased relatively Quantitative Ratio of Kaolinite clay increased with weathering process and there are most weathering site where specific gravity of Feldspar is limited value 2.41~2.70.

        Loess is, as Fined Soil, Silty loam and Woathering Sedimentary in the range A-2 A-5 and A-6 auording tothe analytial method of A. Gasagrande. Followings are the results of exeimination of of allocuable Bearing in Jeon-Gun Area for design of road lonstruction using loess svbgrade. (1) Standard penetation Jalue of loess (N) is 4-6, allowahie Beaeing is more or less 4.8∼7.2t/㎡ (2) this area is of unstabile stratum beeanse the Stondard penetration value (N) is iess than 15, N<15. (3) C. B. R value of this Subgrade is 30% and the modefied C. B. R. is 8%.
