The insulation failure of distribution facilities Our: to aging for the suspension insulator makes it very difficult to detect the failure points and consequently give rise to the long time interruption of electric power, and then it brings on the great failure for the electric power supply in normal state. It has been reported that the Insulator failure occupied above 21% in the total accidents of distribution facilities and caused by the natural drgradation. In present time, the detection of poor insulator has been performed by manpower with the poor insulator detector but the conventional method for failure prevention, such as the poor insulator detector, requires the tremendous repairing time and manpower. This paper presents the possibility for poor insulator detector by observing the phenomena of heat generation of degraded suspention insulator under constant voltage application and during constant time with infrared imaging deagnosis which used in order to make a diagnosis for poor wire collector.

The Republic of Ecuador is located in North-Western part of the South American Continent, and the name was derived from the meaning of Equatorial Line. Most of the people may think that the climate of the country should be very warm. Naturally that of the low land is very hot and humid but the higher land situated about 3.000m from the sea level is cool and dry, and similar weather of Fall season in Korea. It has several climate conditions from tropical to temperate according to the sea level. This means that various kinds of agricultural products could be producted in the country. The author's mission was agricultural consultant at the higher land about 2,500-3,000m in Carchi State near to Columbia. The temperature of the state is about 20℃ at day and 10℃ at night, and this conditions are almost same through the year round. Soil fertility is very rich because of the volcanic ashes, so some crops can be cultivated without fertilizer and chemicals. In these points, they are very happy but the modernized agricultural techniques are so poor. Therefore they have strong desire to receive the new technologies for agricultural products. These conditions of Ecuador were taken me appeals that mutual cooperations would be much helpful for the agriculture and trade between the two countries of Korea and Ecuador.

This experiment is carried out to examine the possibility of early production of forage rape in the period of short supply as well as to investigate the variation centering around the maturation period in the vinyl house cultivation which is expected to make early production of for age rape during hibernating stage. Bolting date is Jan. 27 to Feb.16 in PE film house culture with non-heating and Mar. 8 to 16 in open field culture. And flowering date is Feb. 13 to Mar. 14 in PE film house culture with non-heating, so it is 39-58 days faste than the open culture of Apr. 13 to 22. Fresh matter yield is 6,610 - 6,657kg in PE film house culture with non-heating and dry matter yield is 562-627kg, so they are similar to fresh matter yield of 6,630-6710kg and dry matter yield of 574-691kg in open culture. Extremely early maturing variety which can be cut in Feb. 13 in PE flim house culture during winter is 83025-B-6-1-1-1 and high yielding variety is Mokpo 68.

This study examined the network structure of depressive symptoms and life satisfaction, as well as bridging symptoms linking depression to life satisfaction among older adults. Participants were 4,584 adults over the age of 65 who completed the 2016 Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing survey. Study variables were assessed using the short-form of the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale and five items assessing five domains of life satisfaction. In the network of depression, “depressed” and “sad” were central symptoms, strongly associated with other depressive symptoms, while the symptoms “lonely” and “going” were bridging symptoms. The impact of a depressed mood was strongest within the network of depression, and loneliness was the bridge symptom connecting depression to life satisfaction. These results suggest that these symptoms may be an effective target of intervention to alleviate the detrimental impact of depression on life satisfaction among older adults. 본 연구는 고령화연구패널의 2016년 횡단자료를 활용하여 노인 우울 증상과 삶의 만족도의 네트워크 구조 및 두 변인을 연결하는 교량 증상(bridge symptom)을 확인하였다. 연구 변인은 역학연구센터 우울척도 단축형과 전반적 및 네 영역의 삶의 만족도 5문항으로 평가하였다. 65세 이상 노인 총 4,584명의 자료로 네트워크 분석을 실시한 결과, “많이 우울하다고 생각했다”와 “마음이 슬펐다”가 우울 증상 네트워크 내에서 다른 우울 증상과 연결이 가장 많은 중심 증상이었다. 반면, 교량 중심성(bridge centrality) 분석 결과, “세상에 홀로 있는 듯한 외로움을 느꼈다”와 “도무지 무엇을 해나갈 엄두가 나지 않았다”의 증상이 우울과 삶의 만족도를 연결하는 주요 교량 증상이었다. 본 연구의 결과는 우울한 기분이 우울 증상 네트워크 구조에서 증상 간 강하게 연결된 중심 증상이며, 외로움으로 인한 고통을 반영하는 증상이 우울과 삶의 만족도를 연결하는 교량 증상임을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 중심 증상과 교량 증상을 고려하는 노인 우울의 평가 및 개입이 우울 증상 개선과 더불어 우울과 관련된 삶의 만족도 저하를 완화하는 데 효과적일 가능성을 시사한다.

The spacer grid is one of the main structural components in a fuel assembly. It supports fuel rods, guides cooling water and maintains geometry from external impact load and cyclic stress by the vibration of nuclear fuel rod, it is necessary to have sufficient strength against dynamic external load and fatigue strength. In this study, the mechanical properties and fatigue characteristics of laser beam welded zircaloy thin sheet are examined. The material used in this study is a zirconium alloy with 0.66 mm of thickness. The fatigue strength under cyclic load was evaluated at stress ratio R=0.1. S-N curves are presented with statistical testing method recommend by JSME- S002 and compared with S-N curves at R.T. and $315^{\circ}C$. As a result of the experimental approach, the design guide of fatigue strength is proposed and the results obtained from this study are expected to be useful data for spacer gird design.
