        The experiment was conducted to establish the effects of rootstock weight of chicory expected to become exporting crop, for preventing Korea from importing the foreign chicon and increasing the grower`s profits. The weight of rootstock is based on the 4 treatments such as 100, 150, 200, and 250 g. In the rootstock weight of chicory, the growth was best in the 250 g treatment, but the hardness had no differences among them. Number of outer leaf was 7.4 in the 100 g treatment. The quality was the same as the growth`s condition. Therefore, the optimal condition for the rootstock weight of chicory is 250 g.

        Banner flap을 이용한 Constricted Ear의 교정

        The term, constricted ear, was suggested by Tanzer?? in an effort to obviate the confusion involving lop ear, cup ear and prominent ear as a defect whose helix turns down, and scapha and fossa triangularis are narrowed. Tanzer?? has described the degree of deformities of the constricted ear as falling into three groups. Among them, group Ⅰ and Ⅱ A shows minimal to moderated deformities and tissue adding procedures are to be avoided to correct this deformities. We adopted a modified banner flap method to correct 9 constricted ears in 6 patients and achieved satisfactory aesthetic results without any specific complications. The advangages of this procedure are as followings ; 1) The extent of dissection can be limited within the deformed area. 2) The procedure of cartilage relocation is very simple and the stability of cartilage is very strong. 3) This procedure permits outpatient operation under local anesthesia. 4) One week compression is sufficient to protect the operated ear. permitting the patients to return to their social activity within 1 week.

        지방자치단체 민간위탁의 실태와 성과만족도 분석에 관한 연구

        Since the beginning of the new administration, its policy has emphasized small government and performance improvement of public sector. In this direction, privatization became an important issue and central government tried to privatize public enterprises. In America, contract-out is another form of privatization in local government and contract-out is understood as general and useful policy tool to privatize some of local government functions. Based on previous contract-out studies since the year 2000, we set up the questionnaire about current situation and performance satisfaction. We asked the officials of 245 local governments in charge of contract-out about three main parts: operation, monitoring, and performance. For the statistical analysis, we employed ordered logit method by ordered regression analysis.

        위성통신용 Ka-Band 마이크로스트립 배열안테나의 설계

        위성통신용 Ka-Band 마이크로스트립 배열안테나를 설계.제작하였다. 방사소자는 개구결합 급전 방법을 이용하여 해석하였으며. 전력분배기는 $\lambda$ g/4 변환기와 T-junction 전력분배기를 이용하여 설계하였다. 제안된 이론에 의해 공진주파수 20 GHz인 $2\times2$ 마이크로스트립 배열 안테나를 제작.실험하여 공진 주파수 19.62 G GHz. VSWR 1.0692. 반사손실 29.6ldB. 대역폭(VSWR(2) 1.76 GHz. -3 dB 빔폭 $42^{\circ}$ 을 얻었다. In this paper, Aperture-coupled microstrip array antenna was designed and manufactured for satellite communication at Ka-Band. We analyzed a microstrip radiation element and designed power divider using $\lambda$g/4 transformer and T-junction power divider. A manufactured Aperture-coupled $2\times2$ microstrip array antenna has a resonant frequency of 20 GHz. The experimental results are as followings : resonant frequency of 19.62 GHz, VSWR 1.0692, return loss -29.61 dB, Bandwidth 1.76 GHz and -3 dB beamwidth $42^{\circ}$.

        소아 수부 화상의 임상적 고찰

        During 10 years from June 1982 to June 1992, 266 patients were visited to the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Kyung Hee University Hospital, for treatment of pediatric hand burn. The most common etiology of pediatric hand burns was scalding burn(41.7%), followed by flame(25.2%), steam(18.8%), contact(10.5%), and electrical burn(3.8%) but, at recent after 1984, the most common etiology was changed to steam burn(51.1%), followed by scalding(21.5%), flame(10.2%) contact burn (10.2%)and electrical burn(6.8%). The age distribution of the patients was as follows ; early infantile period(8.3%), late infantile period(19.9%), toddler period(39.8%), preschool age(23.7%), and school age(8.3%) but all of steam burn was developed before 3 years old, especially, in late infantile period(7 month~1 year). Males were affected more often than females. Male to female ratio was 1.2 : 1, especially in steam burn and electrical burn, male more predominated. The most frequent affected region was middle finger(61.7%), followed by index finger(54.5%), little finger(44.0%), thumb(30.5%), palm(30.0%), dorsum of hand(7.3%) and wrist(17.3%). The most frequently affected web space in postburn syndactyly was second web space, followed by third(30.9%), fourth(24.1%) and first(13.6%), especially in steam burn, the most frequently affected web space was second web space(52.8%), The highest incidence of pediatric hand burn was in winter(45.2%), followed by spring(25.0%), autumn(16.9%) and summer(12.9%) but, steam burn was developed all around monthly. The most common type of surgical procedure was release and FTSG(59.2%), followed by release and STSG(21.9%), Z-plasty(16.8%), distant flap(1.5%), and free flap(0.6%).

        PCS 주파수 대역 단일 게이트 MESFET 혼합기의 제작

        본 논문은 PCS(개인 휴대 통신) 주파수대역에서의 단일게이트 MESFET 혼합기의 설계 및 제작에 대해 기 술하였다. 주파수 대역이 1965-2025 MHz이고 IF가 140 MHz인 PCS용 혼합기활 제작하기 위해 초고주파용 시율레이터 EESOF LIBRA를 이용하여 설계하였다. 정합회로로 사각 뱀돌이 인덕터, 평판형 캐패시터, 개방스 터브를 이용하였고 마이크로펜과 소자용접기를 사용하여 제작하였다. 실힘한 결과 w전력이 10 dBm일 때 혼합 기의 최대 변환이득은 $6.69\pm0.65$ dB, 반사계수는 $-14.9\pm3.5$ dB였고 LO /IF 분리도는 주파수가 1855 MHz인 경우 57.83 dB였다. 이 혼합기를 PCS 단말기의 수신단에 사용하는 경우, 다이오드 믹서 사용시의 변환손실을 보상하기 위한 중간증폭기를 사용하지 않아도 되는 장점이 있다. In this paper, we describe a single-gate MESFET mixer at PCS(Personal Communication Service) frequency band. The PCS frequency band is 1965~2025 MHz in FR and 140 MHz in IF irrespectly. The design of the mixer was executed by microwave simulator, EEsof Libra. The matching network is consisted of rectangular inductor, MIM capacitor and open stub. The ma- nufacture work was accomplished by the micro-pen and wedge-bonder. The mixer showed $6.69\pm0.65$ dB of conversion gain, $-14.9\pm3.5$dB of RF reflection coefficient and 57.83 dB of LO/IF isolation at 10 dBm of LO power when LO frequency is 1855 MHz. When this mixer is used at PCS terminal, IF-amplifier which compensates the conversion loss of diode mixer may be omitted.

        스캔 매칭 기반 실내 2차원 PCD de-skewing 알고리즘

        MLS (Mobile Laser Scanning) which is a scanning method done by moving the LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) is widely employed to capture indoor PCD (Point Cloud Data) for floor plan generation in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry. The movement and rotation of LiDAR in the scanning phase cause deformation (i.e. skew) of PCD and impose a significant impact on quality of output. Thus, a de-skewing method is required to increase the accuracy of geometric representation. De-skewing methods which use position and pose information of LiDAR collected by IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) have been mainly developed to refine the PCD. However, the existing methods have limitations on de-skewing PCD without IMU. In this study, a novel algorithm for de-skewing 2D PCD captured from MLS without IMU is presented. The algorithm de-skews PCD using scan matching between points captured from adjacent scan positions. Based on the comparison of the deskewed floor plan with the benchmark derived from TLS (Terrestrial Laser Scanning), the performance of proposed algorithm is verified by reducing the average mismatched area 49.82%. The result of this study shows that the accurate floor plan is generated by the de-skewing algorithm without IMU.

        Genotoxicity/mutagenicity of 2-bromopropane and toluene, benzene, trichloroethylene was investigated using umu-test with a Salmonella typhimurium TA1535 strain. The tester strain was derived by introducing plasmid pSK 1002, which carried a umu C-lac Z fussion gene into S.typhimurium TA1535, and tester strain in the presence of microsomal activation proved to be the more sensitive maker of genotoxcicity. Among the chemicals examined 4 compound induced umu gene expression, which could be defined on a basis of increased β-galactosidase activity in all 2- fold over the background level. But β-galactosidase activity appearance in all experiment chemical was not so high in compared with that background level.
