For the improvement of living conditions in deteriorated residential areas, three different housing programs have been existed that include Residential Redevelopment Program and two types of Residential Environment Improvement Program for multi-family housing construction and housing improvement. However, they produced three different residential development, regardless of what physical characteristics are existed in the deteriorated residential areas. Some programs produced multi-family houses whereas some are just for improvement of single family houses itself. That attributes to the lack of site designation indices for the areas. In this respect, the research is to analyze what indices are utilized for site designation and to figure out how different the site characteristics of three different programs are each other. Finally, discriminant analysis is adopted to find out what indices of site designation are superior to others for determining development types. The empirical result shows that household density, ratio of minimum-below parcel, height of residential site are the qualified determinants for designating sites and classifying development types.

Seoul metropolitan area experienced enormous increase of housing prices in 1999-2002. The unexpected market change started from Seoul and expanded to surrounding satellite cities in a very rapid speed. In order to stabilize soaring housing prices and to provide inexpensive residential land, central government decided to use green belt for national rental housing provision that is targeted for low-income households. In the respect, this paper attempts to find out how the decision comes to the conclusion and whether the areas to be developed in green belt are proper for the residences of low-income households. In order to accomplish the purpose, changes in the Seoul metropolitan housing market and government housing policies are reviewed, For site investigation, eleven construction sites are analyzed in terms of location, accessibility, site environment, development density, land use pattern. Based on the findings, we are able to provide some policy implications in relevant to Seoul metropolitan planning and low-income housing policy.

2009년 새해가 밝았다. 지난해 하반기부터 불거진 세계적인 경제 불황의 한파는 가뜩이나 얼어붙었던 건설 부동산 시장에 찬물을 끼얹었다. 정부가 각종 규제 완화 정책을 내놓고 있지만, 얼어붙은 시장은 좀처럼 풀리지 않고 있다. 내부적으로 경제 회복을 위한 노력과 함께 미국의 경제 회복이 절실한 가운데, 2009년 부동산 시장을 전만해봤다.
1920-1940年代 韓國 侍人들의 精神的 志向性의 考察 : 詩語에 나타난 '불'의 이미지를 中心으로

Image is one of the central structure of poetry. Image of poets is a sign rather than a symbol, and the sign represents beings of present, past, and future, about things, happenings, and conditions: Image has an intention. According to theory of Poetic Imagination of a French scientific philosophist and metaphysician of imagination, Gaston Bachlard, this thesis intends to study the mental intention of Korean important poets from 1920s to 1940s through 'fire' image. As a result of study, we can see that reverie before fire has three directions by means of the chance of time; direction toward past, toward present, and toward future; reverie of recollection andrecurrence (So-Weol Kim, Jee-Yong Cheong), reverie of present diffusion(Yo-Han Choo, Jeong-Joo Seo),and reverie of transcen-dence (Yong-Wun Han, Doo-Jin park). This intends to study about intention of poets through 'fire' image symbolized by language in interrelationships of Korean poetry that plays a role of bridge between Korean modern poetry and Korean contemporary poetry.
