디지털 시대의 문화를 기반으로 한 디자인 가치의 재인식

이슈를 일으킬 수 있는 감각적 조형성과 실험적 스타일을 높은 가치로 인정하는 오늘날의 디지털 시대에서 굳 디자인의 진정한 의미를 찾기 위하여 본 논문은 시작되었으며 문화적 관점에서 디자인을 재조명하고 디자인에 있어 문화의 의미와 배경 역할에 대하여 고찰하여 봄으로서 사람을 위한 진정성 있는 디자인과 전통성 있는 디자인의 의미가 무엇인지를 논의하여 보았다. 이를 위해 문화의 개념을 이해하고 디자인에 있어 문화 고찰에 대한 필요성을 제기하며 이러한 문화가 디자인에 있어 어떠한 기능을 하는지 다양한 분야들의 작품예제로 모색해 봄으로서 오늘날 디자인의 가치가 어떻게 이해되고 평가 되어져야 하는지를 연구하여 보았다. 연구방법으로는 다양한 전문 워크샵과 연구사례들을 조사 분석하여 보았으며 그 범위는 제품에서 인터넷 디자인까지 다양한 범위를 조사 해 봄으로서 문화가 갖는 포괄적 영향력을 조망해 보고자 하였다. 디자인에 있어 문화에 대한 사항은 이미 언급된 바 있으나 본 논문은 다양한 사례들을 통하여 문화기반 디자인의 가치를 재조명 해 보고자 하였다. 연구자는'디자인과 문화'에 대한 기존의 연구를 바탕으로 다양성의 가치가 인정되는 멀티미디어 시대에 맞춰 내향적인 디자인에서 벗어나 문화를 성찰하고 좀 더 총제적인 환경 안에서 해석되어지는 디자인을 읽어내고자 하였다. In this paper I looked at the meaning history and the roles of culture in design to define what good design truly means in the current digitalized times where provocative figures and experimental styles are valued highly. Also this paper has been considered the recognition of design from the culture point of view. By doing so I tried to figure out what human-oriented and well-established design is. One step further I studied how the modern design should be understood and evaluated by looking at the fundamental concept of culture considering the need to view the design of the times from cultural angle and analyzing diverse case studies that show how culture functions in design. This paper has dealt with many case studies and diverse workshop's resources. And the scope has covered from the industrial design to the internet design which are very various field. From this this researcher tried to look into the strong influence of culture. In conclusion this thesis sheds light on the value of culture-based design through the analysis of different design case studies. And therefore it attempted to interpret design from a broader angle of culture not from limited eyes of professionals based on different study results on 'design & culture' and divers values of the modern digitalized times.

저시력인의 G-mail 웹 접근성 개선을 위한 GUI 디자인 사용성 연구

장애인 차별 금지법을 배경으로 시행된 2013년 웹 표준준수 의무 이후, 웹 접근성의 현 상황을 살펴보고자 시작된 본 연구는 저시력인 관점에서 커뮤니케이션의 보편성을 목표로 G-mail의 접근성 및 사용성을 테스트하고 개선안을 연구해 보았다. 저시력인의 FGI 평가 및 접근성 전문가 심층 인터뷰를 통해 진행된 본 연구의 결과는 G-mail 웹 접근성은 양호함을 보였으나 접근성을 위한 사용성에서 부족함을 보였다. 근본 원인은 저시력인의 시각장애로 인한 특성 즉, 좁은 시야면적과 긴 시선이동 색상/면적 대비와 레이아웃 문제 등, 시야 면적과 PC 모니터의 큰 화면으로 인해 콘텐츠 접근이 어려웠다. 핵심적으로 이러한 특성을 고려한 사용성 디자인 기획이 부족하였으며 이를 위한 핵심 개선 방안은 시선의 동선을 잡아줄 수 있는 맞춤형 인터랙티브 레이아웃 디자인, 등대 효과를 유도할 수 있는 인터랙티브 색상 디자인, 2중 색상반전과 면적대비를 고려한 색상대비 디자인 기획으로 요약된다. 연구를 통해 얻을 수 있는 교훈은 접근성은 접근 가능성 자체로만 볼 것이 아니라 사용성으로 봐야 한다는 것이다. 접근성은 목표이며 사용성은 그 목표를 달성하기 위한 방법론이기 때문이다. 더불어서 이러한 방법론은 보편성을 가져야 한다. 따라서 오늘날의 웹 디자인이 접근성을 웹 표준 준수라고 생각하는 편협한 생각을 벗고 특정 유저들에 대한 배려가 아닌, 모든 유저를 위한 보편성의 개념으로 인식했을 때 웹은 모든 이를 위한 커뮤니케이션이 될 수 있는 것이다. After 2013 Web standard observance duty, based on Discrimination Disability Act, this research has been studied in order to examine the current situation of Web-accessibility. In terms of low-vision viewer, in order to let the goal of this research put universality of communication, G-mail accessibility and usability, these issues have been tested and the improvement suggestions have been studied. Through FGI assessments of low-vision viewers and the in-depth interviews with experts who are related with Web-accessibility, the outcome showed that there was not any problem with G-mail Web-accessibility. But there was lack of usability for accessibility. The basic cause is on the low-vision viewer’s characteristics, like narrow view-area, color/area contrast, lay out etc. pc monitor (characteristics that the large screen has). The outcomes come down to these design plannings, which I mentioned above. For example, customized- interactive lay-out design to be able to catch the movement of eye, interactive color design inducing light effectiveness, double color inversion, color contrast design planning considering area contrast. The lesson of this study is like, Accessibility is not just a accessibility itself, Accessibility has to accommodate Usability, in other words, Accessibility is the goal and Usability is the method to reach that goal. This method has to have universality. We should not think that current web design is only web standard. We have to recognize web design as concept of universality. Then, it would be the design for all.

신도시 건설 과정에서 이전기관 종사자 갈등 사례에 관한 연구: 행정중심복합도시 세종시와 경북혁신도시를 중심으로

This study examined how the conflict between workers in a relocation agency in the process of forming Sejong City and Gyeongbuk Innovation City (Gimcheon), that began with balanced national development and decentralization development policy in South Korea. For this, we selected representative cases of conflict between workers in the relocation agency and analyzed the causes, structure, and phenomenon of conflicts among workers in the relocation agency. Also, we attempted to find out which discourse obtains normality and positive public opinion through critical discourse analysis of pertinent texts and also in-depth interviews, and what social discourses were formed in this process. First, we found that the main factors of conflict among workers in the relocation agency in the new city construction process was the governments settlement conditions such as special housing supply policy, public transportation and education. As the press reported this as a conflictual discourse, it served as an accelerator causing various social conflicts among workers in the relocation agency. Second, the governments sudden abolition of the special supply system not only encourages conflicts among public workers who moved to Sejong City, but also has emerged as an important political crisis in neoliberal Korean society. Third, in the process of constructing a new city, fairness discourse at the level of equality eventually served as an accelerator for the new policy decisions and at the same time, as an opportunity to introduce an innovative system. Fourth, it was found that new city migrants need open discussions on numerous, heterogeneous, and multi-layered discourses and social agreement to find solutions against various conflicts of interests.

P135 : Formation of Spherical Crystalline Mesoporous TiO2 Particles by only Chemical Reaction without Calcination Process; Gel-Sol Method

A thermally stable mesoporous spherical TiO2 powders with a crystalline framework, high surface area, and large pores was synthesized by novel and simple alkoxide gel-sol method using titanyl acylate gel [Ti(OiPr)4-x(OAc)x] as a precorsor in 0.15N KOH solution. The experiment was performed directly at reaction temperature in the 15℃∼95℃ and atmospheric pressure without hydrothermal process and using the block copolymer. XRD analysis indicates that the anatase and rutile phase were formed pH range in 2∼12 and in below 2, respectively. The synthesized anatase phase was stable up to calcination temperature of 1000℃. The highest specific surface area (BET) was obtained about 232m2/g at the reaction temperature of 55℃. When the calcination temperatures increase, the adsorption-desorption isotherm plot according to the BDDT classification goes from a type IV isotherm to a type II isotherm. The hysteresis loop also exhibit a continuous evolution from type E corresponding to ink-bottle pores to type A cylinder-shapes pores for large particles diameter samples.

저시력인을 위한 다음 모바일 포털사이트의 본문 타이포그래피 가독성에 관한 연구

본 논문은 스마트폰 웹 콘텐츠에 접근하기 어려운 저시력인들을 위하여 콘텐츠 접근에 있어 핵심조건인 텍스트 가독성의 문제점을 평가 및 인터뷰를 통하여 조사하고 개선사항을 연구해본 논문이다. 평가 및 인터뷰 참여자는 시각장애인중 장애를 가지면서 실질적으로 콘텐츠 가독이 가능한 저시력 2 3급을 대상으로 하였으며 평가 대상은 모바일 웹 접근성이 잘되어 있다고 평가받는 다음 모바일 포털사이트로 선정하였다. 구체적인 평가 콘텐츠로서는 저시력인들이 포털사이트에서 주로 이용하는 검색 및 뉴스 서비스 콘텐츠 중 본문 텍스트를 평가 콘텐츠로 설정하였다. 평가방법은 저시력인에게 있어 가독의 핵심이 되는 서체와 서체 크기를 중심으로 스마트폰 웹 텍스트 가독성을 평가하고 스마트폰 웹 텍스트를 접근하는 저시력인들만의 특성을 정성적 기법의 인터뷰를 통하여 연구하여 보았다. 평가/인터뷰 결과 텍스트의 가독성은 웹 접근성이 아닌 웹 사용성의 관점에서 봐야 한다는 것이며 저시력인은 시각장애로 인한 다양한 시각적 특성과 함께 스마트폰 미디어를 이용할 때 보이는 여러 가지 특성이 있어 서체 크기가 무조건 크다고 가독성이 좋은 것은 아니라는 점을 발견할 수 있었다. 따라서 저시력인들의 스마트폰 웹 텍스트 가독을 위한 절대적인 타이포그래피가 필요한 것이 아니라 저시력인들의 다양한 시각적 상태에 효율적으로 부합할 수 있는 상대적 인터랙션 기능이 타이포그래피에 필요하다는 것을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 접근성과 이론에 의한 타이포그래피보다는 현장에서 유저의 특성을 직접 살펴보고 그 특성과 대안을 제시해본 본 연구가 저시력인들이 모바일 커뮤니케이션에 동참할 수 있도록 문제 제기와 작은 개선사항이 될 수 있길 바란다. The study about the improvements for problems of text- readability for the low-vision user to have difficulties accessing the web-contents in terms of body-typography of mobile browsing service which is very core inquiry. This study is about the improvement for problems of text - readability for the low-vision user to have difficulty accessing the web- contents. The participants of research are the low-vision users to be able to read the contents those who are the second level and the third level in sight vision rate. And the research site is the mobile browsing service which is regarded as good site which means that it is well designed in terms of browsing service The specific contents for research are the body contents in which there are news service- contents which is the body-typography. The method is like the evaluation of font which is about font and font-size. And also the interview is used for this research which is the qualitative way to be able to catch the characteristic of the low-vision users. After the evaluation and the interview it comes out that the big size text is not always good in every respect in terms of typographic readability. Therefore this research finds that it is necessary that the low-vision users need the relative interaction in its time. This researcher suggests that the low-vision users need to be considered in terms of the characteristic at using time rather than only the design for readability.

스미싱 제도와 소액결제 제도의 현황 조사 및 소액결제 피해를 줄이기 위한 법 · 제도 연구

스마트폰의 보급으로 인하여 문자메세지를 활용하는 스미싱이 급증하고 있으며, 그로 인한 금전적 피해가 크게 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 피해를 줄이기 위하여, 스미싱 및 스미싱과 관련된 모바일 소액결제에 관련된 제도들의 현황을 살펴본다. 현황 조사 결과 제도적인 노력을 통해서 스미싱 억제는 잘 되고 있지만, 소액결제의 피해는 증가하고 있다는 점을 파악하여 모바일 소액결제 시스템의 보안 강화에 대한 의무 제도의 부재, 소액결제 피해 발생 시 소액결제 참여자(이동통신사, 콘텐츠제공자, 결제대행사) 간 피해보상 주체에 대한 모호성 등과 같은 한계점을 식별하였다. 이러한 한계점을 해결하기 위해서 소액결제 시스템의 보안을 강화하고 의무화 할 수 있도록 소액결제 사업자에 대한 정보보안 평가제도, 소액결제 피해 발생 시 손해배상 책임자에 대한 구체적 명시 제도 및 법안을 제안한다. With the rapid increase in mobile device users, there are many cyber attacks using SMS messages to infect the mobile device. The monetary demage from those attacks are also increasing. Since those demage are generally related to mobile micropayement systems, we study the details of the incidents on smishing and mobile micropayment. We have identified several limitations of current regulations and laws of them. Thus, we propose new regulations and laws to reduce the financial demage from simishing and to strengthen the security and responsibility of the mobile network operator, payment gateway, and content providers who are participating in the structure of a mobile micropayment systems, such as a regulation for information security evaluation system, several laws for compensation of financial demage within mobile micropayement system.
