        It is necessary to consider the stability, economic environmental-friendly problems with the development of the road, supply of the automobile, environmental problem as designing the exhaust system. To reduce the noise and the vibration of the automobile. The need for stricter regulation limits emission and demand for lower fuel consumption. This also includes professional involved with variable valve, dual muffler and active intelligence exhaust system unit. Improvement in engine performance and fuel consumption rate demand information of pressure fraction and heat characteristics. To be able to determine these factor we experiment on each case of exhaust system unit. In this study, in order to establish the optimized conditions design factors which are taking improvement of performance such as variable valve, it shows how the standard performance and the additional element of the exhaust system effect on the engine performance.

        커머셜 항공기 에어 데이터 시스템의 인적오류 분석과 안전에 미치는 영향에관한 연구

        A key component of aviation safety is to eliminate the errors in commercial aircraft air data systems toensure stable aviation operation. Although the technical aspects such as the maintenance and inspection play apertinent role, human errors are expected to have a similar or even larger influence on the aviation safety. Aviation maintenance and inspection tasks are often performed by a complex organization, in whichindividuals perform a variety of tasks in an environment involving time pressure, sparse feedback, andcomplex conditions. These situational characteristics, combined with the general tendency of human error, maylead to various types of errors, which may have critical consequences such as accidents and loss of life. Forinstance, if an amber message "IAS DISAGREE" is displayed on the primary flight display while the aircraftis rolling on the runway to takeoff, the crew immediately performs a rejected takeoff operation andtroubleshoots the air data system. This paper proposes alternative approaches to address the occurrence ofdefects due to the human factors involved in the practical processes of the air data system of commercialaircraft.

        식품용 금속 캔으로부터 비스페놀 A 관련 물질들의 분석 및 이행 연구

        Analysis method was presented for the simultaneous determination of nine bisphenol A related compounds such as bisphenol A (BPA), phenol, p-tert-butylphenol, bisphenol A diglycidyl ether (BADGE), BADGE· 2H2O, BADGE·2HCl, bisphenol F diglycidyl ether (BFDGE), BFDGE·2H2O and BFDGE·2HCl migrated from inner coatings of metal food cans by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorescence detection. The method was validated by examining the linearity of calibration curve, the limit of detection (LOD), the limit of quantification (LOQ), recovery and uncertainty. The migration tests of nine BPA related compounds were carried out with four food simulants; deionized water (DW), 4% acetic acid, 50% ethanol and n-heptane. There was not any compound detected in DW, 4% acetic acid and 50% ethanol at 60oC for 30 min and n-heptane at 25oC for 60 min. BPA and phenol were migrated into 4% acetic acid and 50% ethanol at 95oC for 30 min. The concentrations were ranged from 0 to 10.77 μg/L of BPA and from 0 to 2.35 μg/L of phenol. Canned foodstuffs mostly have long-term shelf life. We investigated migration of nine BPA related compounds according to the variation in storage periods (0~90 days) and temperatures (4, 25 and 60oC). All compounds were not founded during 90 days at 4oC and 25oC, respectively. However BPA and BADGE·2H2O were founded in DW and 4% acetic acid at 60oC. The migration levels of BPA and BADGE·2H2O were close to the value of LOQ, respectively and did not change significantly as storage period. It was founded from results that the migration of BPA related compounds from metal food cans was controlled to a safe level.

        식품용 폴리카보네이트 기구류 중 ICP-MS를 이용한 중금속 이행량 조사

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the migration levels of lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd) and arsenic (As) from polycarbonate food contact materials into food simulant at different temperatures (70°C and 100°C). The method was validated by linearity of calibration curves, limit of detection (LOD), limit of quantification (LOQ), recovery, precision and uncertainty. All of 200 samples, including bottles, cups, containers, ladles, spoons and tongs were purchased from domestic markets and analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Mean concentrations of positive samples were higher at 100°C than 70°C as showing a dependency of migration temperature. The migration concentrations ranged from not-detected (ND) to 4.67 μg/L, ND to 0.49 μg/L and ND to 2.91 μg/L for Pb, Cd and As, respectively, which were far below the migration limits of Korea standards and specifications for food utensils, containers and packages.

      • 위축성 비염(AR) 이환돈에서 분리된 Bordetella bronchiseptica의 성상

        During 2 years from 1992 to 1994, prevalence of atrophic rhinitis(AR) in the pig herds located in the Western Chungnam was investigated, and isolation of B bronchiseptica was attempted for the pigs manifested with the clinical signs of atrophic rhinitis. The isolates were characterized and identified in aspects of biochemical properties, antigenicity, drug sensitivity and pathogenicity. The results through the experiments are summarized as follows; 1. The prevalence of clinical cases of artrophic rhinitis was recorded by 12.7% in the group that is the sows and piglets vaccinated, 28.9% in the group that is the sows only vaccinated and 39.8% in the group of the non-vaccinated groups. In th slaughter house, 53(24.8%) of 214 pigs examined exhibit the AR lesions. 2. A total of 189 strains of B bronchiseptica were isolated from the pig herds. Isolation rates were 12.6% in the group that is the sows and piglets vaccinated, 34.1% in the group that is the sows only vaccinated and 45.7% in the group of the non-vaccinated groups. Isolation rate in the specimen from the slaughter house was 93(43.5%) of 214 pigs examined. Of the AR-non-vaccinated group, the piglets aged between 61 to 90 days revealed the highest isolation rate of 58.5%. 3. Biochemical and serological propertities of 189 isolates were very similar to those of the reference B bronchiseptica phase I type, indicating that most of isolates are B bronchiseptica phase I type. 4. In antimicrobial drug susceptibility, 87.3% of 189 isolates was susceptible to chloramphenicol, 79.9%, to amikacin, 64.6%, to cephalothin and less than 35.4% to others. 5. The whole cells and bacterial filtrates of the isolates were inoculated to guinea pigs and mice. The isolates showed the high pathogenicity and dermonecrotoxicity. 6. In SDS-PAGE analysis, the isolates presented the identical protein profiles to the reference standard strains.

        방한 중국관광객의 문화관광행태 결정요인 : 문화 대 비문화 관광활동 참여자의 총지출 및 체재기간을 중심으로

        본 연구에서는 방한 중국관광객에 대하여 일반적인 관광행태를 개별여행 및 단체여행의 방문유형별로 파악하고, 문화관광활동 참여 여부와 관련하여 체재기간 및 총지출과의 관련성을 t-검증, χ2검증, 다중회귀분석 등을 통하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 방문횟수가 많은 관광객일수록 문화관광활동에 참여하는 성향은 높은 것으로 나타났으나, 방문횟수가 체재기간 및 총지출에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 모두 음(-)의 부호를 나타내므로 기각되었다. 둘째, 문화관련활동에 참여한 집단과 비문화관련활동에 참여한 집단 간에는 나이, 소득, 학력 등 인구통계적인 차이가 있을 거라는 가설은 나이와 학력에서는 문화관련활동 참가자가 나이가 더 많고 학력이 높은 것으로 분석되었으나 소득에 있어서는 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타나 기존 연구결과와 상이함을 드러냈다. 셋째, 총지출의 경우 문화관광객의 경우 나이가, 비문화관광객의 경우 방문횟수와 소득이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 일치하는 변수는 없었다. 체재기간의 경우 문화관광객은 동반자 수와 나이가, 비문화관광객은 방문 횟수와 동반자 수가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결정계수 값은 체재기간에 대한 모형이 총지출 모형 보다 높게 나타났으며, 체재기간에 대한 모형에서는 비문화활동의 경우가 문화 활동 보다 약간 높게 도출되었다.

        Release of N-nitrosamines and N-nitrosatable substances from baby bottle teats and rubber kitchen tools in Korea

        Ensuring the safety of baby bottle teats and kitchen tools made from rubber is critical. Therefore, the migration of N-nitrosamines and N-nitrosatable substances from 30 teats and 45 kitchen tools to artificial saliva was analyzed by liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry. The method was validated by assessing the limits of detection (0.46–3.87 lg/kg), limits of quantification (1.38–11.73 lg/kg), and recoveries (86.3–108.6%) of seven compounds. Nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA), N-nitrosopiperidine, and N-nitrosomorpholine (NMOR) migrated from baby bottle teats at concentrations of not detected (ND) to 3.67 lg/kg. NDMA and NMOR concentrations ranged from ND to 1.72 lg/kg after migration from 45 rubber kitchen tools. N-nitrosatable substances ranged from ND to 42.16 lg/kg after migration from baby bottle teats but did not migrate from rubber kitchen tools. All tested products were considered safe for use, as N-nitrosamine and N-nitrosatable substance levels did not exceed the permitted management specifications.

        IPA를 이용한 테마파크 방문자들에 대한 인식 분석 : 롯데월드를 사례로

        Purpose – The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs of target consumers by using Importance-Performance Analysis for theme park users. In other words, this study aims to understand the importance of theme park visitors through IPA, and to grasp satisfaction by meeting each one of them. Research Design, data, and methodology –For data collection, the study adopted survey instrument and the survey participants were the Lotte World visitors. The study carried out field survey and collected 130 respondents and performed IPA using SPSS 15.0. Using the derived factors, the importance of participants' perception in the theme park and the actual perceived satisfaction after using the theme park were analyzed through the difference of importance and achievement of the measurement items. IPA is composed of four parts(keep up the good work, concentrate here, low priority, and possibile overkill). Result – As a result of the average value of importance in 5 items(events and rides, information service, accessibility and transportation system, cost, environment and convenience), environment and convenience facilities showed the highest value with average value of 3.88. Also, in the performance part, information service part showed the highest result with 3.68. Conclusions – The results indicated that entrance fee, crowding, and motion line need to be improved, while consumers were satisfied with the cleanliness and accessibility of theme park.
