자동차의 유지보수 및 수리를 위한 장비에서 환경오염에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있음에도 불구하고, 국내 자 동차 공조시스템에 대한 대부분의 이러한 장비는 환경오염에 대해 무관심뿐만 아니라 그 기능도 뒤떨어진 것이 사실 이다. 이 논문에서는 자동차 공조시스템의 냉매의 회수 및 재충전을 위한 모니터링 기술과 진단 시스템을 개발하였 다. 이러한 개발된 기술과 시스템은 냉매상태의 정확한 진단과 모니터링을 통하여 자동차 공조시스템에 정확한 냉매 량을 충전가능하게 해준다. 또한 이러한 기술은 주변 온도에 따라서 냉매의 회수압력을 조절함으로서 냉매의 회수와 충전에 대한 정확한 제어를 가능하게 해준다. There has been an increasing interest in the market of vehicle maintenance and repair equipments to decrease air pollution. However, most of the existing air conditioning system equipment in Korea have poor performance as well as non-protection against air pollution. The purpose of this paper is to develop the monitoring technology of recovering and recharging refrigerant for air conditioning system, and also to develop its related diagnostic system. This technology and system can supply the exact amount of refrigerant from the charger to the air conditioning system by precisely diagnosing and monitoring their statuses. This technology can also control recovering and recharging of refrigerant exactly by altering the recovering pressures of refrigerant according to circumstance temperatures.
효과적인 자동차 전기공학교육을 위한 총괄 교수 - 학습 시스템의 개발

우리나라 자동차 산업의 질적 고도화 요구에 발맞추어, 자동차공학 교육에서도 실험실습 기자재를 중심으로 보다 효율적인 교수-학습 방법이 도입 ․ 개선되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 공학교육에서 유용한 교수-학습 방법을 고찰하였으며, 또한 기존의 기자재에 대한 활용상의 문제점 및 요구사항들을 분석하여 기자재를 중심으로 일체의 강의 자료들을 체계화한 이른바 총괄 교수-학습 시스템의 개념을 정의하여 제시하였다. 이를 기초로 자동차공학의 전기장치 분야에 대한 총괄 교수-학습 시스템을 개발하였 고, 이를 효율적인 강의 및 실험실습의 수단으로서 강의 프로세스 상에서의 활용방안을 제안하였다. This paper is concerned with the effective and efficient teaching - learning method with experimental equipments in automobile engineering . For deriving this educational methodology , teaching - learning methods being valuable in engineering education , and troubles and demands for experimental equipments in teaching and learning area are surveyed and reviewed . In results , we suggest the concept of total educational system considering and systemizing an experimental equipment as well as various educational materials such as courseware , teaching and experimental guide , virtual simulator , and operating manual , and so develop the total educational system of electrical engineering for automobile and suggest the application of this system on instruction process .

Modeling the decision making component of inspection is hampered by an incomplete understanding of the way in which humans internally represent information about inspection tasks. In inspection tasks, human are adept at thinking in fuzzy terms at least to the extent that their ratings of the degree to which objects belong to particular class are consistent. Therefore, the ratings can potentially reflect the fuzziness underlying human cognitive processes. In this study, it is considered that an application of fuzzy hierarchical analysis using fuzzy number for modeling the inspection tasks with respect to the cognitive factors. The results of the relative importance of various cognitive factors can serve as a selection criterion for efficient inspection performance and the information of skilled learning for an inspection training program.
SWOT/AHP 분석기법을 이용한 안전보건 경영시스템의 활성화 전략에 관한 연구

안전보건관리는 기업의 투명성, 생산성 및 경쟁력 확보를 위한 새로운 경영수단으로 인식되고 있고 안전보 건 경영시스템(OHSMS;Occupational health and safety management system)의 인증은 경영 프로세스를 자극하여 기업 의 경쟁력을 이끌어내는 핵심으로 그 비중이 커지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 안전보건 경영시스템의 활성화 전략 을 수립하기 위하여 체계적이고 계량적인 분석기법의 하나인 SWOT/AHP를 이용하였다. 그 결과로서, 첫째, 근로자의 안전 친화적 기업 이미지의 브랜드화, 둘째, 경영성과와 연계 가능한 정량 지표화된 안전경영 시스템 인증 프로그램 의 개발, 셋째, 안전 공감대를 형성하여 안전보건 경영시스템과 제품안전 경영시스템의 연계성 구축, 넷째, 산업 맞춤 형 통합 인증시스템을 개발 등을 안전보건 경영시스템의 활성화 전략으로 제안할 수 있다. The Occupational health and safety is an important factor in the competitiveness of an enterprise. In this paper, activation strategies of OHSMS(Occupational health and safety management system) were systematically and quantitatively analyzed and suggested using SWOT/AHP(Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunity, Threat/Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis. In these results, activation strategies of this system can be suggested as followings ; Making worker safety-friendly image of enterprise, developing the quantitative indices related to management results in accreditation programs of OHSMS, constructing the relationship between OHSMS and product safety management, and developing the customized integrated accreditation system.

In this paper, the trend of studies of automotive ergonomics in Korea is reviewed to contribute to R&D for the high quality and more competitive products of vehicles in the world. First of all, ergonomic and emotional engineering approach, and its subjects are suggested briefly for providing the concept to non-ergonomist. Activities and papers of, mainly, KSAE and ESK for past ten years are surveyed and reviewed only in terms of automotive ergonomics. In results, driving task performance, and ergonomic design factors of vehicle such as cab, safety device, seat, ITS, controls and displays, and so on have been studying partly. But, these subjects have been studying mainly by ergonomists since 2000. It means the study of automotive ergonomics in Korea is the beginning step up to now. Therefore, it is needed that automotive engineers make actively effort to introduce ergonomic approach to their researches, also it is recommended that automotive engineer and ergonomist will be a co-operator in this field.

In the programming of industrial robot, it is difficult to control the motion of mechanical arm by teach pendant in the coordinate system, because an operator may have the poor perceptions of the position and direction of mechanical arm in three-dimensional workspace. In this paper, we argued that cognitive characteristics must be considered in a study on the control-motion compatibility of teach pendant for improving the task performance. "The visual cues or references related to the positions and directions of axes in the coordinate system according to changing of operator-robot orientation" was suggested as one of the important factors by protocol analysis. In the experiments, this suggested factor, and visual cues(Gray,1991) were tested to evaluate the effects on task performance. In results, the visual cues was good to improve the task performance, too. But the improvement of task performance by the teach pendant considering the suggested factor was better than the visual cues. Furthermore, it was acquired as the best result that the reduction rate of task completion time, and the numbers of task errors were 48.2%, and 86.5%, respectively, by using the visual cues and the suggested factor, simultaneously. Male's work completion time was 78.0%, and the numbers of task errors were 61.4% compared to female's.
