The TX/RX broadband L-type circular polarization antenna using LTCC(Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic) for satellite communication at K, Ka band(20~21 GHz/30~31 GHz) has been presented. This antenna has been analyzed in compensation for LTCC with relative permittivity 5.2 and could have been integrated with RF component. Also antennas on LTCC enable :o reduce loss of RF system due to integrate with RF circuits and to light weight, and thus, generally one can reduce size of the RF system. As the geometry of this antenna presented is made simple by L type of monopole antenna, it is easily manufactured by LTCC progress and enables to reduce loss.

A new minimum tree search algorithm for localizing a single link failure in ring networks is proposed. The cost of binary search tree can be further minimized by filtering out redundant alarms. We also consider probabilistic nature of link failure.

Sn-doped In2O3 (Indium tin oxide, ITO) is widely utilized in numerous industrial applications due to its high electrical conductivity and high optical transmittance in the visible region. High quality ITO thin-films have been grown at room temperature by oxygen radical assisted e-beam evaporation without any post annealing or plasma treatment. The introduction of oxygen radicals during e-beam growth greatly improved the surface morphology and structural properties of the ITO films. The obtained ITO film exhibits higher carrier mobility of 43.2 cm2/V·s and larger optical transmittance of 84.6%, resulting in a higher figure of merit of 2.8 × 10−2 −1, which are quite comparable to the ITO film deposited by conventional e-beam evaporation. These results show that ITO films grown by oxygen radical assisted e-beam evaporation at room temperature with high optical transmittance and high electron conductivity have a great potential for organic optoelectronic devices.

This paper analyses the modern Canadian indigenous writer Lee Maracle’s Ravensong in the concept of spacial practice and dialogic relation. On the surface of her text, she shows the compartmentalized places of the aboriginal and white people. The places are strictly demarcated and there are no paths for them to go over the border. The only character who transgresses the borderline is Stacey. She oscillates between the two places. She tries to make a spatial practice in Lefebvre’s term but actually fails. This fossilized places cannot be transformed into spaces by anybody of the two communities. Maracle represents the hard, cold, and solid reality whose transformation is almost impossible. However, this recognition is challenged by the utopian unconscious desire whose agent is Raven. Raven is the symbol of transformation, discontinuity, confusion, and transgression. Raven’s project is to destroy the binary demarcation by inflicting the people with epidemic flu. It is about to transform the monologic places into dialogic and polyphonic spaces. But also by making this project fail, Maracle shows the superiority of the reality over the utopian desire, which makes her a realist writer. .

The first case of the Central Environmental Dispute Mediation Committee, which recently decided to repay the builder for damaging the solar power plant due to the obstruction of the sunshine of new buildings, came out. Even if the Respondent complies with the provisions of the Building Act, the decision of the Complainant can be considered to have been made in light of the fact that the applicant's power plant has suffered from sunlight damage. However, since the extent of the damage may differ depending on the weather, the decision is reserved, and there is room for additional disputes on a regular basis because the loss of power generation to be continuously generated is not reflected in the future. Therefore, in this study, we try to find the direction of dispute adjustment by summarizing the issues related to the generation of power generation due to the influence of shading through the analysis of the case of dispute related to sunlight related to the PV system.

This paper aims to survey the postcolonial discourses around the theory the Frantz Fanon. In many and various postcolonialist discourses. Fanon’s voice is inscribed in varied ways. They are the echoes or counterechoes of this voice. In this point, we can regard Fanon’s theory as a matrix of most of the postcolonialism theories. Fanon’ The Wretched of th Earth shows us that the Negro is an image which has been created by the European settlers. According to him, these two forces are in nature antagonistic to each other and cannon by reconciled. The only was for the natives to get out of the violence of the settlers is greater violence which will defeat the settlers. Revealed in these arguments. Fanon’s theory is essentially Manichaean. On Fanon’s Black Skin, White Masks in which he mobilizes the psychoanalytical methods of Freud. Lacan and Jung, there are many interpretations. H. Bhabha has the will the read the book as a poststructuralist. In fact, the book is somewhat complex and multifaceted. But B. Parry and A. JanMohamed argues that Bhabha’s poststructuralist reading of Fanon obscures the(Manichaean) politics and historicity of the colonial situation. I think when Fanon uses the problematics of psychoanalysis, he unceasingly subsumes and historicizes them. In others words, he doesn’t use them is a literal or naked state but transcode them into the category of politics and historicity. ‘The Potato’, short but a very famous story written by Korean novelist Dong-in, Kim, has been usually interpreted as a vivid representation of the colonized people and situation. But we can detect the imperialist glance, mediated, maybe unconsciously, through the writer, the intellectual of the colonized. The writer describes the colonized people represented by Boknyo as the essence of the evil just like an imperialist. There is no humanistic possibility or hope in the characters he describes. But poscolonialism has some problems to solve. My question is summarized as this: In the age of globalization, in which as so many people have argued, the borderlines between the nations and peoples are increasingly obscured and only the capital remains as an effective power, how can postcolonialism keep validity which emphasizes and is based upon the identify of nation, race and people?
