Case 1: A 39-year-old man underwent orthotopic heart transplantation on November 1994 for dilated cardiomyopathy. His postoperative course was unevenful and medications included daily cyclosporin A, Immuran and prednisone. On December 13.1994, he developed cough and sore throat. Chest radiographs revealed multiple patch growing lesions. Sputum fungus culture revealed Aspergillus Fumigatus. The patient was treated with daily infusion of amphotericin B. He remains well without evidence of relapse of Aspergillus, Case 2: This 39-year-old man had undergone orthotopic heart transplantation on November 16 1994 for dilated cardiomyopathy. In December 7.1994. he developed recurrent syncope. Chest radiographs revealed fungus ball like lesion on right lung field. On open lung biopsy and wedge resection of the mass was performed. Aspergillosis and CMV infection was demonstrated in the biopsy specimen. The patient was treated with conventional amphotericin B therapy for over 7weeks and Ganciclovir for over 2weeks. At the end of therapy chest X-ray showed only small residual scar in the area of previous mass.

인간의 본능 속에 현존의 생을 거부하려는 프로이드적인 의미의 죽음의 본능이 있다. 이에 궁극적인 순수성으로 향한 궁극적인 통일에의 동경으로 인해 다른 인간들과 사물들과의 관계에 서 분별과 한계가 존재하는 현재의 유한한 존재 현사을 끊임없이 해소시키며 무한으로 초월하는 종교적 의미의 Eros 사랑이 존재한다. 동시에 무한으로 향진하는 초월의 죽음에서부터 신의 dBrtls(ㅑㅜ 굼샤ㅐㅜ)dl 생명의 신성한 빛을 현재의 삶 속에 비추어 줌에 그에 대한 사랑을 통해 현재의 이 땅 위에서 가족이나 이웃을 사랑하며 공동체를 이루어야 하는 Agape의 종교적 의미의 사랑이 존재한다. Agape 사랑을 근본으로 하는 기독교적인 결혼을 강요받아 고뇌하는 중세 유럽의 엘리트 계급들은 간통을 관습상 허용하는 예전의 이교도적인 피를 다시 느낌으로써, 아버지의 가부장적인 권위에 대한 도전으로서 어머니의 감성적인 것을 추구하며, 그것에 대한 부끄러움에서 그충동을 승화시키려는, 엄격한 사회 질서가 느슨해지면서 일어나는 일종의 외디프스 현상의 발현으로서 12세기 중엽 유럽의 궁전 사회에 Eros의 르네쌍스가 일어난다. 이 에로스적인 사랑은 Cortezia, 소위 궁정적인 사랑(ho??fische Liebe)이라 일컬어진다. 최상의 에로스는 결혼을 떠나서 존재하는 초감성적인 결합으로 비상하는 것이기에, 이 사랑은 성(性)적인 정결의 법칙을 전제로 함과 더불어 사랑의 봉사제도(Vasallenschaft)로서 붕건 기사가 남자보다 항상 고귀한 존재로서의 여성을 숭앙하는 예식(Ritual)의 법칙을 전제로 한다. 여기에서 사랑을 애소하는 시인과 동경의 이상적인 대상인 고귀한 존재로서 항상 그 사랑을 거부하는 미녀와의 이룰 수 없는 불행한 사랑을 승화시키는 Troubadoure 시 문학이 나타난다. 이것의 수사학(Rhetorik)은 소아시아에서 일어나서 남부 불란서에 고향의 터를 잡은 순결자(Katharer) 들의 사랑의 교회를 기반으로 하는, 그 뿌리를 Gnosis에서 찾을 수 있는 헤레지아종교의 사회적 분위기 속에 일어나며, 이 종교의 실제적이며, 직접적인 바탕이 되는 신(新) 마니교적인 종교 사상을 등에 업고 있는 아라비아 신비주의의 영향 속에 피어난다. 이것은 아름다운 형상으로 인간들은 유혹하면서 구제의 순수한 빛의 상징적인 역할을 하며 감성의 유혹을 막아주는 신비한 우주력의 여성 원리를 중심으로, 에로스적인 은유, 이중의미의언어, 알레고리적인 인물 설정의 표현 세계의 옷 속에 사라의 기쁨의 정상 위에 존재하는 순교를 그 주제로 한다. 이 궁전의 사랑은 켈트 족의 구두로 전래되는 신화를 소재로 애기로 형상되는 브레토뉴 소설 트리스탄 속에 법죄행위, 즉 신화적인 사랑에의배반을 테마로 하며, 마술적인 배를 타고 죽은 자들의 나라로 여행하여, 죽음 후에 연인들이 서로 만나는 모티브로 하여, 트로바도우의 시에서 보다 한층 더 어둡고, 비극적인 것으로 표현된다. 더구나 이것은 Gottfried의 소설에서 우한한 생의 희생 위에 죽엄의 무한한 자유를 구가하는 Katharer의 종고적 원리를 그대로 반영한다. 이 시문학 운동의 원류를 또한 인간적인 표현으로 신의 사랑을 거룩하게 하는 유럽의 신비주의, 특히 스페인의 그것에서 볼 수 있다. 그것은 애를 낳고 싶은 욕망의 악령세서 신성한 마음으로 순화되는 내면의 거울 속엥 신을 고찰하는 가운데 영혼이 신에 가까워진다는 신과의 결혼의 신비주의 사상이다. 여기에서 신과 인간의 영혼 간의 본질적인 차이와 결합의 불가능에서 빚어지는 불행한 사랑이 보여진다. 이것은〈죽으면서 살고, 살면서 죽는다〉는 주테마의 서정시와 죄악으로 인하여 창조자로부터 인간의 이별극, 이별한 후 신과의 결혼을 향한 성스러운 광기(leidenschaftlich)의 동경, 무한한 사랑을 통해 영혼의 정화를 핵심으로 하는 극 속에 잘 나타나고 있다. 이를 통해 보건대, 에로스적인 Leidenschaft는 인간이 신이 아닌 이상 영적인 자아와 우주와의 완전한 통일이 불가능함으로써, 또한 어둡 속에 신화적인 빛을 상상하더라도, 인간 자아가 도달할 신성한 목표, 생명의 빛을 비쳐줄 존재자를 신앙하지 않는 이상 결국 저속한 감성의 현실로 추락될 수밖에 없다. 따라서 그것은 한 순간 찬란히 빛나며, 동시에 무상하게 사라지는 여명의 상징적인 언어의 너울 속에 존재할 뿐이다.

독일의 폭풍노도 시대 사랑의 희곡에서 Sexualita¨t는 최고의 황홀 속에서 그 본질이 한정된 자아의 파멸이면서 동시에 무한히 생동적인 자아의 재탄생인 사랑이 최고조로 상승된 상태로서 또한 그 표현으로 숭앙되고 있다. 또한 李朝 도취 비약 시대 (임진왜란 이후, 17세기)의 사창 소설이서 Sexualita¨t는 최고의 Elsstase의 무분별 상태 속에 규정된 자아가 해소되며, 동시에 무한히 생동하는 자아의 재발견인 사랑이 참으로 아득히 사라지는 기분으로서, 또한 그 표현으로 숭앙되고 있다. 그러한 가운데 前者는 性 결합의 내적인 실태와 외적인 실태를 서술했고, 後者는 神明을 통해 우주근원적인 대조의 性質인 陰과 陽 사이의 신비주의적인 결합 존재의 실태와 함께 性的인 결합의 외적인 실태를 동시에 표출하고 있다. 이러한 사랑의 모티브들을 밝히고자 한다. 1.괴테의 "괴쯔 폰 벨리힝겐"과 라이제뷔쯔의 "유리우스 폰 타렌트" 그리고 李朝 소설 "雲英傳"을 통한, 거의 절대적으로 금욕적인 정결의 이상에 대한 반기의 모티브. 2.괴테의 "에그몬트"와 "Ur-파우스트" 그리고 "梁山伯傳"을 통한, 배우자 선택의 자유 모티브. 3.괴테의 "Ur-파우스트" 그리고 李朝 소설 "淑英娘子傳"을 통한, 자유로운 사랑의 관계가 빚는 반자연적인 결과인 유아 살해 모티브. 4.괴테의 "Ur-파우스트"와 "클라뷔고" 그리고 하인제의 "알딩헬로우" 또한 김만중의 "九雲夢"을 통한, 에로틱한 狂想에 사로잡힌 꿈의 像-모티브. 5.괴테의 "젊은 벨텔의 고뇌"와 李朝 소선 "雲英傳"을 통한, 고뇌에의 기쁨이며 무한한 동경에의 기쁨의 모티브.

UAV Conflict Detection and Resolution Using Probabilistic Approach

This paper presents a real-time conflict detection and resolution algorithm based on a probabilistic method. It is assumed that aircraft are linked by real time data link like ADS-B. The approach uses a set of probability density functions that describe uncertainties from ADS-B. To calculate the probability of conflict, we use probabilistic method by using Monte Carlo simulations. Monte Carlo simulations are often thought of as too slow for real-time usage. However. in this paper, we use geometric based Monte Carlo simulations which allow for reducing computation time considerably. From the probability of conflict obtained. Threat Level' is determined between two aircraft, then, one of possible resolution maneuver options is chosen to minimize the probability of conflict. Resolution maneuver chosen as three-axis acceleration commands is added to the current acceleration and transformed into the control inputs. While the probability of conflict is in threat level zero, own aircraft is guided to the way-point. For guidance to the waypoint, proportional navigation guidance law is used. The paper finishes with several multiple-aircraft encounter simulations, illustrating the performance and properties of the proposed algorithm.

Direct-fed Enterococcus faecium plus bacteriophages as substitutes for pharmacological zinc oxide in weanling pigs: effects on diarrheal score and growth

Objective: Effects of direct-fed Enterococcus faecium plus bacteriophages (EF-BP) were investigated as potential substitutes for pharmacological ZnO for weanling pigs. Methods: Dietary treatments were supplementations to a basal diet with none (NC), 3,000- ppm ZnO (PC), 1×1010 colony-forming units of E. faecium plus 1×108 plaque-forming units (PFU) of anti-Salmonella typhimurium bacteriophages (ST) or 1×106 PFU of each of anti-enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli K88 (F4)-, K99 (F5)-, and F18-type bacteriophages (EC) per kg diet. In Exp 1, twenty-eight 21-day-old crossbred weanling pigs were individually fed one of the experimental diets for 14 days and euthanized for histological examination on intestinal mucosal morphology. In Exp 2, 128 crossbred weanling pigs aged 24 days were group-fed the same experimental diets in 16 pens of 8 piglets on a farm with a high incidence of post-weaning diarrhea. Results: None of the diarrheal score or fecal consistency score (FCS), average daily gain (ADG), gain: feed ratio, structural variables of the intestinal villus, and goblet cell density, differed between the EF-BP (ST+EC) and NC groups, between EF-BP and PC, or between ST and EC, with the exception of greater gain: feed for EF-BP than for PC (p<0.05) during days 7 to 14 (Exp 1). In Exp 2, ADG was less for EF-BP vs PC during days 0 to 7 and greater for EF-BP vs NC during days 7 to 14. FCS peaked on day 7 and declined by day 14. Moreover, FCS was less for EF-BP vs NC, did not differ between EF-BP and PC, and tended to be greater for ST vs EC (p = 0.099). Collectively, EF-BP was comparable to or slightly less effective than PC in alleviating diarrhea and growth check of the weanling pigs, with ST almost as effective as PC, when they were group-fed. Conclusion: The E. faecium-bacteriophage recipe, especially E. faecium-anti-S. typhimurium, is promising as a potential substitute for pharmacological ZnO. 화자의 서정적 자아가 우주 자연을 창조하는 듯한 情調 속 봄의 기쁨. 여기에서 화자는 詩象 유희와 축제적인 무대 행동 예술 속에 원시종교적이고 우주 생명적인 연관의 감성적이고 性的인 사랑을 축송하며, 이러한 詩的인 힘을 통해 정치사회적 혁명이 예감, 모든 Monade들이 자체 속에 주어진 집중력으로 하나의 순수성 속으로 무한히 통일되고, 그 투명화(Transparent) 힘이 무한확장되는 공간 형성 속에 Eros 사회 실현의 희망이 넘친다. 이때 그 표현들은 극단 감동 속에 모든 것을 동시에 하나로 이끌어들이는 언어 유희 음악성 속에 융화, 이 역시 힘의 Transparenz를 마적으로 확장시킨다. 이러한 春香傳의 주제 내용을 미리 처음에 제시하는 詩象 유희와 축제 무대 예술 행동, 그리고 그 속 언어 유희와 그 음악성이 사랑 축제 마련의 송가(Hymne)를 이룬다. 그리고 이러한 봄의 기쁨은 사랑의 詩象, 유희, 詩, 美學的인 정치혁명 지향의 축제 무대 예술을 이끌 수 있는, 인물창조 반영 객관체의 몸 속 디오니소스적 황홀 상태 속으로부터의 아폴로적 夢想 탄생으로서 생명탄생, 그것인 주역 창조로의 美 심리적인 우수들(Melancholie), 다시 말하면 근원 존재 詩 반영 그것인 詩 가능성, 즉 생명 충동과 이러한 생명 교류전파(Kommunikation) 의지에서 비롯하는 詩 가능성으로 길이 내재하는 그 의미를 생생이 불러일으키면서 동반한다. 이러한 우수 속 詩約 생명지닌 Allegorie 인물(Figur) 탄생 과정에서 일어나는 근원 체험의 역사적 추상(geschiclrtliche Abstraktion) 속에 동시 존재하는 참여와 실존 활동이 詩象 유희로 노래되고, 무대 행동 예술화되고, 동시에 그 포현 음향으로서 언어 유희를 들을 수 있는 《사랑을 향한 생명 형상 인물 탄생의 축제》.
