      • Cementation 법에 의한 흑연 분말상의 구리 코팅

        We studied the copper cementation and homogeneous coating on the graphite powder by changing the activation temperature and the amount of wetting agent. When we peformed the activation process above 380℃, we were able to achieve the homogeneous copper coating layer on the graphite powder. However, it was impossible to get the homogeneous coating layer on the graphite powder without the activation process. In addition, wetting process on the graphite powder is essential for improving the efficiency of copper cementation. As a result, the optimum condition for copper coating on the graphite by cementation is to add 1㎖ glacial acetic acid and mix with 7g copper sulphate(CuSO4 · 5H2O) and 2g zinc.

        We studied the homogeneous plating on the dented part of door frame by decreasing or increasing the current density, installing air blower, adjusting the length between anode and cathode, using auxiliary anode, developing the new plating bath and etc. When we performed the zinc cynade plating, there was no way to achieve the homogeneous plating layer without using auxiliary anode. However, it wasn't a suitable and efficient method for appling to the real process. After we developed the plating bath that had the uniform current density, we were able to get the homogeneous plating layer of zinc on the dented door frame.

      • 카드뮴 첨가된 α형 산화철에 의한 일산화탄소의 촉매산화 반응연구

        α형 산화철에 카드뮴을 4mol%, 8mol% 및 12mol%로 각각 첨가시켜 외성영역의 특성을 갖는 산화물들을 제조하였다. 이 산화물들을 촉매로한 일산화탄소의 산화반응 속도론적 연구를 통하여 본산화물의 결함구조, CO 산화반응에 대한 촉매성 및 불순물 첨가효과등을 조사하였다. 또한 450℃에서 O_2 및 CO를 여러압력으로 도입시켜 Cd-doped α-Fe_2O_3의 전기전도도를 측정하고 이를 반응속도론적 데이타와 결부시켜 본산화물상에서 CO 의 산화반응 메카니즘과 율속단계를 제안하였다. 반응온도범위 350~460℃에서 산출된 활성화에너지는 10.1~11.3kcal.mol^-1이었다. CO_2흡착에 의한 CO산화반응의 억제효과는 본실험의 반응온도 영역인 350~460℃에서는 나타나지 않았으며 CO 산화반응의 전반응속도 차수는 1.5차로서 일산화탄소에 대해서는 1차, 산소에 대해서는 0.5차임이 밝혀졌다. 반응속도론적 데이타와 전기전도도 데이타에 의해 본촉매의 활성은 카드뮴도프로 인해 생성된 산소공위(Vo"-2e^-)에 기인한 것이었다. 카드뮴의 첨가량이 증가할수록 반응속도는 증가하였으나 12mol% 이상의 카드뮴이 첨가된 산화철상에서는 반응속도가 크게 증가하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. CO와 O_2는 근본적으로 화학흡착하며 CO의 흡착자리는 격자산소(O^-2_(latt))와 기흡착원산소 (O^-_(ads)), 그리고 O_2의 흡착자리는 산소공위(Vo"-2e^-)로 밝혀졌다. The α-Ferric oxide containing 4, 8, and 12mol% with cadmium were prepared. The oxidation rates of carbon monoxide in the presence of these oxide systems were measured to investigate the defect structure, the catalytic activity for the oxidation of carbon monoxide, and the impurity effect. The conductivity was also measured at 450℃ under the various pressures of oxygen and carbon monoxide. From the agreement between the kinetic and conductivity data, the oxidation mechanism of carbon monoxide and the rate determining step on this oxide catalyst were suggested. In the temperature range from 350 to 460℃, the calculated activation energy for the CO oxidation over Cd-doped α-Fe_2O_3 systems were 10.1∼11.3kcal·mol^-1. The inhibition by an adsorbed CO_2 during the CO oxidation was not observed in the above temperature range. The overall reaction order for the CO oxidation is 1.5; the first order with respect to CO and the one-half order with respect to O_2. The catalytic activity of this oxide system is due to oxygen vacancies induced by Cd-doping. The oxidation rates increase with increasing the amount of dopant and above 12mol%, however, don't highly increased. CO and O_2 are essentially chemisorbed as ions and the adsorption sites for CO are the lattice oxygens (O^2-_(latt)) and prechemisorbed oxygens (O^-_(ads)), the adsorption site for O_2 is the oxygen vacancies (Vo¨-2e^-).

        The purpose of this study was to analyzed what effect Taekwondo training has upon Juvenile trainees in Korea, America, and Spain. to see if there is a significant difference in their Human nature Education. The subject of this study was set up as 547 Juvenile trainees who are including 183 Koreans, 185 Americans and 179 Spanish people belonging to gymnasia in their own countries, and sampling by purpose sampling. The means in this study is used to amend and complemented after confirming suitability of the contents in the questionnaire that is made on the basis of questionnaire Lee Chul Ho(1996). it is used as study means after modified, whether the substance of question is right in fitness and applicability or not, Reliability of the question, the range of Cronbach's a is showed from .7924 to .8450. The method of statistically analysis adapted one-way ANOVA, two-way ANOVA by using SPSS WIN 10.0 Program. The result of this study are as followed : First, it can be seen that American Juvenile and Spanish Juvenile show more significant change than Korean Juvenile in their Human nature Education by the Taekwondo training according to their nationality. Second, it can be seen that Juvenile who have had the Taekwondo training for more than from three to five year show more significant change in their emotion, sociability and attitude towards life than those who have had the same training for more than other period in their Human nature Education according to their Taekwondo training period. Third, as a result of analytic investigation of what effect the same training has upon the change factors in their Human nature Education in accordance with their training period and nationality, it can be seen that the training itself and nationality has the greater influence on them than the training period. Therefore, judging from the above findings, it can be proved that the Taekwondo training has much more significant and positive effect on Juvenile in their change of emotion, sociability and attitude towards life.

      • 부추 전용 포장결속 메커니즘의 설계에 관한 연구

        An allium odorum is difficult to handle, because it is soft and weak as mechanical. For bundling work of allium odorum, we must grip in the bundle shape of unit weight. However, it is difficult to grip by hand because the bundle bulk is very big. Especially, in packing work, the bundle shape of allium odorum package than other vegetables is very important, because difference of price becomes much according to the bundle shape. In this paper, we propose bundling mechanism for a quadrangle shape into bundle shape, and semi-automatic bundling mechanism that makes use of an eccentric roller and a triangularity link. We carried out mechanical modeling and analysing respectively using the CATIA V5 and SimDesigner. We are going to manufacture the prototype of the semi-automatic bundling machine. And we are going to commercialize.

        Formed insert type tool satisfy both the surface roughness and geometric accuracy, so that cutting edge of formed tool can duplicate final feature. For experiment, the formed tools with various clearance angles are machined. And the tools are evaluated with respect cutting force, flank wear and surface roughness to optimistic condition.

        Expression of Heat Shock Proteins and Cytokines in Response to Ethanol Induced Damage in the Small Intestine of ICR Mice

        Background/Aims: Ethanol administration causes intestinal epithelial cell damage by increasing intestinal permeability and the translocation of endotoxins from intestinal bacterial flora. Heat shock proteins (HSPs) are associated with recovery and protection from cell damage. The aim of the current study was to investigate differences in the expression of HSPs in the small intestine and the biochemical changes attributable to ethanol-induced intestinal damage. Methods: Ethanol (20%) was injected intraperitoneally (2.75 g/kg, 5.5 g/kg, 8.25 g/kg) in ICR mice and the same volume of saline was administered to controls. After 1 hour, the proximal, middle, and distal segments were taken from the small intestine and the degree of damage was analyzed. In each segment, the expression of HSPs was analyzed by western blotting. The expression of inflammatory mediators including interleukin-1β (IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), and antioxidant enzyme such as glutathione-S-transferase were compared using real-time polymerase chain reaction assays. Results: In the control group, HSP70 increased in all segments of small intestine. Additionally, increases in the expression of HSP40 and HSP90 in the distal regions and an increase in HSP32 in the middle regions were observed. After ethanol treatment, greater histological damage was observed in the distal small intestine and significant decreases in HSPs were observed generally. Increased expression of IL-1β, TNF-α, and COX-2 was observed in small intestinal tissues exposed to ethanol-induced damage. However, there was no significant difference in the expression of an antioxidant enzyme. Conclusions: Significant differences in the expression of HSPs in different intestinal regions were observed. These differences may have been attributable to the distribution of intestinal bacteria. (Intest Res 2014;12:205-213)

        Efficacy Analysis of Suprapapillary versus Transpapillary Self-Expandable Metal Stents According to the Level of Obstruction in Malignant Extrahepatic Biliary Obstruction

        Background/Aims: The use of a self-expandable metal stent (SEMS) is recommended for unresectable malignant biliary obstruction (MBO). Stent-related adverse events might differ according to the position of the stent through the ampulla of Vater (AOV). We retrospectively evaluated SEMS patency and adverse events according to the position of the SEMS. Methods: In total, 280 patients who underwent endoscopic SEMS placement due to malignant distal biliary obstruction were analyzed retrospectively. Suprapapillary and transpapillary SEMS insertions were performed on 51 patients and 229 patients, respectively. Results: Between the suprapapillary group (SPG) and transpapillary group (TPG), the stent patency period was not significantly different (median [95% confidence interval]: 107 days [82.3 to 131.7] vs 120 days [99.3 to 140.7], p=0.559). There was also no significant difference in the rate of adverse events. In subgroup analysis, the stent patency for an MBO located within 2 cm from the AOV was found to be significantly shorter than that for an MBO located more than 2 cm from the AOV in the SPG (64 days [0 to 160.4] vs 127 days [82.0 to 171.9], p<0.001) and TPG (87 days [52.5 to 121.5] vs 130 [97.0 to 162.9], p<0.001). Patients with an MBO located within 2 cm from the AOV in both groups had a higher percentage of duodenal invasion (SPG: 40.0% vs 4.9%, p=0.002; TPG: 28.6% vs 2.9%, p<0.001) than patients with an MBO located more than 2 cm from the AOV. Conclusions: The SPG and TPG showed similar results in terms of stent patency and rate of adverse events. However, patients with an MBO located within 2 cm from the AOV had a higher percentage of duodenal invasion with shorter stent patency than those with an MBO located more than 2 cm from the AOV, regardless of stent position.
