박인환 시에 만연한 우울과 슬픔의 감정은 허무와 죽음의식을 나타내는 것으로 평가되어 왔다. 초기 시에서 보였던 현실 지향적 의식이 전쟁을 경험하면서, 내면으로 침잠하는 페시미즘의 성향을 보이는 것으로 평가되어 왔다. 그러나 이 슬픔과 우울의 감정은 박인환의 시에서 시간의식과 밀접하게 관계되어 나타난다는 점에서, 역사적인 것으로 이해되어야 한다. 말하자면, 전쟁이라는 매우 구체적인 폭력의 현상을 목도하고 경험하는 순간에 얻어지는 감정은 이 경험의 순간을 역사적으로 고찰할 수 있는 판단력에 해당한다. 박인환의 시는 초기의 현실 지향적 경향에서 후퇴하여 내면으로 침잠한 것이라기보다는, 이 순간의 적극적인 인식을 통해서 여전히 현실에 대응할 수 있는 시의 가치를 견고하게 지켜내고자 했다고 할 수 있다. '우울'이라는 감정의 적극적 노출은 그가 페시미즘에 빠졌다는 것을 의미하는 것이 아니라, 당시에 전쟁을 대한 다른 사람들과 다른 위치에서 있었다는 것을 의미한다. 박인환의 시에서 시간은 적극적인 '현재'의 시간, '순간'의 시간이며, 이는 그러한 시간선 위에서 빠져나오는 것을 의미하기 때문이다. 박인환은 진보적 시간관에서 빠져나와 '순간'에 적극적으로 서는 것으로써 자신의 전쟁경험을 구성하고, 그것에 의미를 부여하려고 한다. '우울'은 전쟁이라는 당면한 역사적 비극 앞에서 그것을 '판단'하고 그 자리에서 '인간의 가치'를 찾아보려는 노력에 수반하여 나타났다. 비록 박인환은 요절함으로써 그 시적 성취를 끝까지 끌고 가지는 못했지만, 1950년대에 만연한 '감정'의 문제를 새로운 차원에서 바라볼 수 있는 단초를 마련하고 있다고 평가할 수는 있을 것이다. The overflowing emotions of melancholy and sorrow in Park, In-hwan's poems has been interpreted as his consciousness of the death; his keen attention toward the reality seems to have been transformed into pessimistic attitude, which turned him to the interior after he experienced the Korean war. However, in the sense that those emotions of melancholy and sorrow are in close connection with the poet's unique concept of time, we have to understand those as something with its own historicity. Park construes historical time through the moments and achieve the positive attitudes through his poetic method of recollection. He makes the past present through the recollection; what is not existent any more is associated with the present through this poetic imagination, and this allows humans to be saved from the momentary despair. The positive exposure of the melancholic emotion in his poems does not mean that he indulged himself with pessimism; it means that he took the different position toward the war from others. In his poems, time is always the time of the positive present and this unique conception allows him to break away from the general concept of the linear flow of time. Park tries to construct and reevaluate what he experienced at the war while positioning himself at the positive moments with escaping from the conceptual framework of the progressiveness of time. The melancholy is accompanied with Park's struggle to understand the historical tragedy of the war and to discover the human values at its site. Though Park's untimely death prevented him to take this poetic achievement to another level, his poetics allows us to comprehend the issue of overflowing emotions in the post-war Korean poetry from a new angle.
중합효소연쇄반응법을 이용한 급성 치수 및 치근단 질환의 병원성 세균의 동정

The purpose of this study was to investigate the frequency of 7 putative pathogens in endodontic infections. The specimens were collected from infected pulpal tissue of patients who were referred for root canal treatment to the department of conservative dentisty, Chosun University. Samples were collected aseptically using a barbed broach and a paper point. The cut barbed broaches and paper points were transferred to an eppendorf tube containing 500 ml of 1 X PBS. DNAs were extracted from the samples by direct DNA extraction method using lysis buffer (0.5% EDTA, 1% Triton X-100). Identification of 7 putative pathogens was performed by PCR based on 16S rDNA. The target species were as follows: Porphyromonas endodontalis, Porphyromonas gingivalis, Prevotella intermedia, Prevotella nigrescens, Bacteroides forsythus, Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans, and Treponema denticola. Our data revealed that the prevalence of P.endodontalis was found in 88.6% (39 / 54), P.gingivalis 52.3% (23 / 44), P.nigrescens 18.2%(8 / 44), P.intermedia 15.9% (7 / 44), B.forsythus 18.2% (8 / 44), A.actinomycetemcomitans 2.3% (1 / 44), T.denticola 25% (11 / 44) of the samples. The high prevalence of P. endodontalis and P.gingivalis suggests that they may play an important role in the etiology of endodontic infections.

In this study, after fermenting soybeans using various Aspergillus oryzae strains (commecial, SRCM101021, SRCM102487) and making soybean fermented seasonings, the quality characteristics and bioactivity analysis of each strain were compared. The pH and acdity of soybean fermented seasoning made with three strains were showed 6.17-6.44, 2.08-2.41%, respectively. The amino type nitrogen, glutamic acid contents in SRCM102487 were higher than others. SRCM102487 showed high content of glutamic acid and aspartic acid indicating umami taste, and high content of methionine, isoleucine, and leucine indicating bitter taste. Also, Glycine, Alanine, and Lysine including sweetness showed the highest contents. Nucleotide relating substances have the effect of enhancing umami taste together with aspartic acid and glutamic acid. For CMP, UMP, IMP, hypoxanthine, and AMP, SRCM102487 showed the highest contents. The DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging and α-glucosidase and pancreatic lipase inhibition activities of SRCM102487 were higher than others. These results suggest that fermentation with A. oryzae SRCM 102487 was functionally superior as well as seasoning and flavor.

In order to investigate whether the particles reduced to almost nano grade might affect the chemical and physical properties of organic materials, whole Korean Black-Red Ginseng was pulverized into almost nano size and then ginsenosides, minerals, carbohydrates, lipids and proteins in the ultrafine particles were compared with those in the regular particles as control. The mean size of the ultrafine particles was in the 350 nm range, while that of the regular particles was $127{\mu}m$. More ginsenosides, minerals, carbohydrates, lipids and proteins were detected in the ultrafine particles than in the regular particles. Interestingly, more lipids from the ultrafine particles dissolved in the water than those from the regular particles in the ethanol. Absorption and transport of carbohydrate, lipid or antioxidant activity across the intestinal wall using everted intestine sacks of mice was also enhanced by particle size reduction at the almost nano scale. More cytotoxic effect against hepatoma cell growth by ultrafine particles was also found. These results could be used as the basic data for the understanding and evaluation of the effects of organic nanomaterials on the human health.
