        Chinas economic development a variety of economic circles have been form dorenvisaged and up to date the number of them has already reached 42 of them most famous are the three economic circles, In addition there are alse economic circles coastal city economic circle and the second-grade urban economic circles. under the large metropolitan area. Administrative institution segment is one of the most serious obstacles to regional economic development this happens not only in industry with high price and high profits, but also in infrastructures such as port airdrome, economic circles in china are composed of cities with different grades, different administrators and different functions although there are still various problems with the development of economic circles in china the development prospects are promising if essential action.

        Glutamine-Supplemented Parenteral Nutrition and Probiotics in Four Adult Autoimmune Enteropathy Patients

        To evaluate the effects of glutamine-supplemented parenteral nutrition (PN) and probiotics in adult autoimmune enteropathy (AIE) patients. Four adult AIE patients were identified from April 2006 to January 2012. Clinical and nutritional data were obtained from the patients’ medical records. Glutamine-supplemented PN started immediately when the AIE diagnosis was confirmed. The total PN duration was 351 days. According to the PN prescription, the average caloric intake ranged from 20 to 25 kcal/kg/day, and the protein intake ranged from 1.2 to 1.5 g/kg/day. Alanyl-glutamine (20 g/day) was administered to AIE patients for 4 weeks followed by a 2-week break, and this treatment schedule was repeated when PN lasted for more than 6 weeks. Body weight gain and an increased serum albumin level were achieved after PN, and defecation frequency and quality also improved. Each patient received oral supplements, 250 mL of Ensure and two probiotics capsules (each capsule containing 0.5×108 colonies) three times a day when enteral nutrition started. Three AIE patients were successfully weaned off PN, and one patient died of pneumonia. Glutamine-supplemented PN and probiotics show promise in managing patients with AIE and related malnutrition.

        Identification and expression analysis of grape LRK10L-2 genes during grape fruit development

        LRK10L-2 is known to be related to the plant disease response, little information is available about the relationship of LRK10L-2 and fruit ripening. The protein physicochemical properties, conserved domains, gene structures, subcellular locali- zation, expression patterns during grape fruit development and promoter activity of the members of grape LRK10L-2 gene family were explored in this study. A total of 109 LRK10L-2 family gene members were identified, and mainly distributed on chromosome 16. Almost all of them were located in the plasma membrane. Most of the LRK10L-2 genes contain four or five motifs, ranging from 0 to 5 introns and have the cis-acting elements related to hormones in their promoter regions. There were 20 pairs of tandem duplicates and 293 pairs of segmental duplication in LRK10L-2 family genes. It was proved that the expression of LRK10L-2 gene varied at the different fruit development stages of 'Kyoho' and its early-ripening bud mutant, ‘Fengzao’. The subcellular localization of VIT_16s0098g00160 and VIT_16s0098g00400 were in the plasma membrane, and had a significant enrichment of the GUS signal in N.benthamiana leaves for the promoter. The results lay a solid basis for the further functional researches of the LRK10L-2 genes for grape fruit ripening.

        Which Indicator Among Lumbar Vertebral Hounsfield Unit, Vertebral Bone Quality, or Dual-Energy X-Ray Absorptiometry-Measured Bone Mineral Density Is More Efficacious in Predicting Thoracolumbar Fragility Fractures?

        Objective: Hounsfield units (HU), vertebral bone quality (VBQ), and bone mineral density (BMD) can all serve as predictive indicators for thoracolumbar fragility fractures. This study aims to explore which indicator provides better risk prediction for thoracolumbar fragility fractures. Methods: Patients who have received medical attention from The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University for thoracolumbar fragility fractures were selected. A total of 78 patients with thoracolumbar fragility fractures were included in the study. To establish a control group, 78 patients with degenerative spinal diseases were matched to the fracture group on the basis of gender, age, and body mass index. The lumbar vertebral HU, the VBQ, and the BMD were obtained for all the 156 patients through computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, and dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry (DEXA). The correlations among these parameters were analyzed. The area under curve (AUC) analysis was employed to assess the predictive efficacy and thresholds of lumbar vertebral HU, VBQ, and BMD in relation to the risk of thoracolumbar fragility fractures. Results: Among the cohort of 156 patients, lumbar vertebral HU exhibited a positive correlation with BMD (p < 0.01). Conversely, VBQ showed a negative correlation with HU, BMD (p < 0.05). HU and BMD displayed a favorable predictive efficacy for thoracolumbar fragility fractures (p < 0.01), with HU (AUC = 0.863) showcasing the highest predictive efficacy, followed by the DEXA-measured BMD (AUC = 0.813). VBQ (AUC = 0.602) ranked lowest among the 3 indicators. The thresholds for predicting thoracolumbar fragility fractures were as follows: HU (88),VBQ (3.37), and BMD (0.81). Conclusion: All 3 of these indicators, HU, VBQ, and BMD, can predict thoracolumbar fragility fractures. Notably, lumbar vertebral HU exhibits the highest predictive efficacy, followed by the BMD obtained through DEXA scanning, with VBQ demonstrating the lowest predictive efficacy.

        Preparation and In Vivo Evaluation of Huperzine A-Loaded PLGA Microspheres

        Huperzine A-loaded microspheres composed of poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide) were prepared by an O/W emulsion solvent evaporation method. The characterization of the microspheres such as drug loading, size, shape and release profile was described. The in vitro release in the initial 7 days was nearly linear with 10% released per day. Thereafter drug release rate became slow gradually and about 90% drug released at day 21. The in vitro release rate determined by dialysis bag method had a good correlation with the in vivo release rate. Huperzine A aqueous solution was intramuscularly injected (i.m.) at 0.4 mg/kg and microspheres were intramuscularly injected at 8.4 mg eq huperzine A/kg in rats. The maxium plasma concentration (Cmax ) after i.m. microspheres was only 32% of that after i.m. solution. Drug in plasma could be detectd until day 14 and about 8% of administered dose was residued at the injection site at day 14. The relative bioavailability of huperzine A microspheres over a period of 14 days was 94.7%. Inhibition of acyecholinesterase activity (AchE) in rat’s cortex, hippocampus and striatum could sustain for about 14 days. In conclusion, huperzine A-loaded microspheres possessed a prolonged and complete drug release with significant inhibition of AchE for 2 weeks in rats.

        Experimental study of TiO2 hollow microspheres removal on elemental mercury in simulated flue gas

        TiO2 hollow sphere was synthesized by hydrothermal method using trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) andTi(SO4)2 as raw materials, and it was applied to photocatalytic oxidization of elemental mercury (Hg0) inthe simulated flue gas. The prepared samples were well characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray photoelectronspectroscopy (XPS), UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectra (UV-vis DRS) and nitrogen adsorption/desorption. The results showed that only anatase phase TiO2 hollow sphere was obtained. The average diameter ofTiO2 hollow spheres was about 800 nm and the shell thickness was about 200–400 nm. When M, themolar ratio of TFA to Ti(SO4)2, was higher than a certain value, the photocatalytic activity of preparedTiO2 hollow spheres began to reduce. When M = 2, addition TFA content was the best quantity, which gotthe best TiO2 hollow spheres and provided the most appropriate F decomposed from TFA during thesample preparation, which was helpful to its photocatalytic ability. In the experimental temperaturerange, the photocatalytic oxidation efficiency decreased with the increasing of reaction temperature, andthe intensity of UV irradiation had an important effect on the photocatalytic reaction. When UVirradiation intensity was 303.45 mW cm 2 and reaction temperature was 55 8C, TiO2 hollow spheresample prepared at M = 2 had the highest photocatalytic ability and the mercury removal efficiencyreached up to 82.75%.
