        글루타알데하이드로 처리한 동종연골이식의 실험적 연구

        Reconstruction of the ear is a difficult problem in plastic surgery and there is still no ideal material to reconstruct ear cartilage. Recently glutaraldehyde treatment have been shown to decrease the antigenecity and break-down of graft material. Herein we performed an experimental comparative study of glutaraldehyde-treated homogenous graft, and glutaraldehyde untreated homogenous graft and autogenous graft of ear cartilage in rabbits. Degree of foreign body inflammatory reaction, capsular formation, and weight reduction of ear cartilage grafts were analyzed in each group at 1st week, 4th week, and 6th week. Glutaraldehyde treated homogenous ear cartilage graft showed less foreign body reaction and weight reduction than glutaraldehyde untreated homogenous ear cartilage graft and were well preserved in shape. Glutaraldehyde treated homogenous ear cartilage grafts were comparable to autogenous grafts. We conclude that glutaraldehyde treated homogenous cartilage is a highly promising graft material for the reconstruction of ear. We might expect that glutaraldehyde treated cadeveric cartilage can be used in the reconstruction of ear.

        건물의 지붕 집수면이 유출빗물의 수질에 미치는 영향

        In order to investigate the effect of rooftop on the catchment of runoff and the possibility of using rainwater for non-drinking purpose, the water quality of rainfall and runoff were measured at a building in Seoul. This study shows the main contaminant source of roof runoff was rooftop when water quality of precipitation and roof runoff from the building were compared. The pH, turbidity, EC, metal ions and ions (anions and cations) of roof runoff increase through concrete rooftop during rainfall. However, the water quality of runoff in general is so good that they are acceptable to be used for toilet flushing, gardening, and car-washing without particular water treatments. This investigation concludes that rooftop is the essential part of rainwater systems as catchment area as well as the main contaminant source. And the water quality of rooftop runoff is suitable for non-drinking purpose. This study recommends the materials of catchment area should carefully selected and maintenance of rooftop be essential for rainwater harvesting.

        This study dealt with the Political Consciousness of the Provincial Cousncil Members of Junla Book Do (Northern Province of Junla). The Provincial Council Members ware elected by the provincial inhabitants. Their attitudes and Values were shared with and Chosen by the constituency. Therefore by studying the council member's political consciousness the local inhabitant's attitude and values on polilitecal problems will be understood. The data used for the study were obtained at the provincial council. The proceodings of the council were main source of the data. The analysis and interpretation of the data were made by the auther's own view. To the certain extent auther's own observation filled the gap which the data do not give full substantiation of the conclusion.

To the certain extent auther's own observation filled the gap which the data do not give complete substantiation of the conclusion.

        Recent advances in information technology and internet based skills have an effect on the structure of production for a conventional industry, In the future, the concept of 'e-automation' will be used as a total solution for improving the competitiveness of company. This paper introduces the internet-based monitoring and control system as a new concept to improve productivity in industrial manufacturing. The major functions of the developed system are (1) integrating the different type of PLC(GL0FA-G3 and MELSBC-Q), (2) connecting the dual communication protocols (TCP/IP and RS-232C) and (3) supporting the MMKMan Machine Interface). The operating system is developed using LabVIEW Program and the system connects with internet for remote monitoring and control methods.

      • 三天池의 環境과 微生物의 多樣性

        경상북도 경산시에 위치하고 있는 삼천지에 대한 환경요인 및 미생물상에 관하여 조사하였다. 삼천지 수계의 환경요인 분석결과, 그 평균값은 기온이 25.8℃, pH6.77, 경도 117.94mg/ℓ, 부유물질 4.5mg/ℓ, 용존산소량 3.3mg/ℓ, 생물학적 산소요구량 6.6mg/ℓ, 화학적 산쇼요구량 7.2㎎/ℓ, 염소이온 17.56㎎/ℓ, 황산이온 7.14㎎/ℓ로 나타났고, 중금속류는 Mn과 Zn만이 소량 검출되었으나 전반적인 오염도가 높아 수질환경 기준 IV급수에 해당하였다. 총 세균수는 3.32-8.85×?? No. inds/㎖의 분포를 나타냈고, 식물플랑크톤의 종구성은 규조류 33종, 녹조류 26종, 남조류 8종, 유글레나 13종, 와편모조류 6종 등 86종이 확인되었다. 규조류중 띠돌말과에 속하는 Fragilaria capucina, Synedra acus, S. familiaris 가 우점종이였다. Environmental factors and microflora of Samchun-impoundment in Kyongsan, Kyongpook were studied. Average data of environmental factors analysis are as followings : air temperature 25.8℃, pH 6.77, total hardness 117.94mg/ℓ, SS 4.5mg/ℓ, DO 3.3mg/ℓ, BOD 6.6mg/ℓ, COD 7.2mg/ℓ, ?? 17.56mg/ℓ, ?? 7.14mg/ℓ, Mn 0.05mg/ℓ, Zn 0.04mg/ℓ. Total bacteria in 4 site were 3.32×?? No. inds/㎖. Distribution and species of phytoplankton and zooplankton were 86 species including 33 species of bacillariophyceae, 26 of chlorophyta, 8 of cyanophyceae, 13 of euglenaceae, 6 of dinophyceae. Fragilaria capucina, Synedra acus, S. familiaris were dominant species.

      • 재활용 폐페인트를 이용한 방청페인트 개발연구

        In this study, The method to produce anticorrosive paint using reproductive wastepaint was investigated. The liquid-phase resin, BHO-500 and powder-phase paint BHO-300 were produced through wastepaint reproductive process. BHO-500 and BHO-300 could be replaced respectively polyvinylchloride resin and filler, which are thr components of anticorrosive paint. The properties of the anticorrosive paint produced through this process were excellent in comparison with the existing anticorrosive paint.
