      • Physico-Chemical Water Qualitys and Distribution of Plaktonic Microbial Community in Upstream of Jeongneung

        Samples were taken from the suface waters at 3 ststions in the upstream of Jeungneung in summer to measure the physico-chemical water qulitv and biomass of heterotrophic bacterioplankton and heterotrophic pico-and nanoflanellates from June - August 1996. The results were sa follows: Water temperatue, pH were in the range of17.2f-22.5'c and 6.71-7.83 during the survey period, respectively, The dissolved oxygen contents and biological oxygen demend of the survey stations varied between 5.1 and 13.5 mg/1 and between 0.1 and 2.9 mg/1,respectively. This water enviroment condition of the survey stations were limnosaurobic and B-mesosaprobic area. The biomass of heterotroehic bacterioplankton fluctuated between 17.76and 4137 r rc/1 whereas those of heterotrophic pico- and nanoflagellates fluctuated between 0.09 and 0.23 ugC/1 and between 2.19 and 6.77 ugC/1,respectively. The abundances of heterotrophic bacterioplankton measured higher valuesthen those stations throughout the servey period, The average percentages of each group were 87% of bacteria, 0.4% of heterotrophic picoflagellates and12.6% of heterotrophic nanoflagellates during the servey period.

      • 북한산 국립공원의 물리 화학적 수질에 관한 연구

        The physico-chemical water quality of Bukhan Mt. National Park. was analyzed from October to November 1998. Water temperature were in the range of 15.0℃, pH, 7.27, EC, 51.5㎲, DO, 9.3O㎎/l, BOD, 0.79㎎/l during the survey period, respectively. The pH. DO and BOD were evaluated as 1st class of raw water standard for the water supply. This water environment condition of the survey 10 stations were limnosaprobic area. The nitrate and phosphate were measured as 1.00 μatg/l, and 0.09 μatg/l during the survey period, respectively. There indicated the concentration of nitrate and phosphate were in excess of standard for potable water and so atrophic state of this Bukhan Mt. as eutrophication.

      • 보길도 인근 해역의 물리 화학적 수질과 Picoplankton과 Nanoplankton의 분포

        Water samples were taken from the surface water at 7 station near Pogil Island of the South Sea. It was to measure the physico-chemical water quality and the abundance of heterotrophic bacteria and cyanobacteria, and auto- and heterotrophic flagellates from August 5-8, 1996. The results were as follows: Water temperature, salinity, and pH were in the range of 18.2-21.7℃, 26-35‰, 7.89-7.94 during the survey period, respectively. The dissolved oxygen contents of the survey stations varied between 6.7 and 8.2㎎/l. The heterotrophic bacterial abundances showed from 24.2 to 45.3㎍C/1(1.69-2.37x106 cell/l) and from 2.3 to 5.4㎍C/l(2.03 to 4.58x104 cell/l) of cyanobacterial abundances, respectively. The auto- and heterotrophic flagellates fluctuates between 1.4 and 5.3㎍C/l and between 4.3 and 12.4㎍C/l respectively. The abundance of heterotrophic bacteria near Bogiol Island measures 4-9 time higher valus then autotrophic microorganisms.

      • 정릉천 복원에 따른 물리화학적 수질 변화에 대한 연구

        This paper was Jeongneung Stream restoration of the natural style stream before and after the physical and chemical changes in water quality. In this study, low changes in water masses of May months were studied. The results were as follows: water temperature, pH and SS were in the range of 14-19oC, 7.4-7.7 and 1-24㎎/L during the period, respectively. The dissolved oxygen, BOD and COD of the survey stations varied 7.6-9.6 ㎎/L, 1.0-4.7㎎/L and 1.4-5.1㎎/L, respectively. The total nitrogen and total phosphorus of the survey ststions varied between 0.09㎎/L and 1.18㎎/L and between 0.01㎎/L and 0.07㎎/L, respectively. Discharged into the stream before the restoration of passive than in all the physical and chemical water quality was good.

      • 정릉천의 물리화학적 수질 변화에 대한 연구

        The present study was accomplished from June to July 2005 in order to examine Physico-Chemical Water Quality at the Jeongneung Stream. The results were as follows: water temperature, pH and SS were in the range of 19~25oC, 4.45-7.73 and 10-30㎎/ℓ during the period, respectively. The dissolved oxygen, BOD and COD of the survey stations varied 6.1 - 9.5 ㎎/ℓ, 0.4-5.4㎎/ℓ and 2.0-15.0㎎/ℓ, respectively. The total nitrogen and total phosphorus of the survey ststions varied between 0.71㎎/ℓ and 11.98㎎/ℓ and between 0.26㎎/ℓ and 0.64㎎/ℓ, respectively. This water environment condition of the survey stations were limnosaprobic and β-mesosaprobic area.

      • 반월천과 죽암천의 계절별 물리화학적 수질변화에 관한 연구

        The present study was accomplished from March, 2003 to February, 2004 in order to examine seasonal variation of physico-chemical water quality at the Banueol and Jukam streams in the Gunpo city. The results were as follows:

      • 남해의 부영양해역과 동해의 빈영양해역에서의 표영 미세생물의 비교

        The comparison between eutrophical South sea and oligotrophical East sea variables were measured the physico-chemical water quality and the concentration of pelagic microbial community in summer season. The results were as follows; Temperature, pH and salinity were in the range of 23.7-26.4 C , 7.90-8.15, and 33.1-35‰ of the East Sea and range of 18.2-21.7 C,26-35‰ of the South Sea during the survey period, respectively. The dissolved oxygen contents of the suuey stations varied between 7.2 and 9.5 mg/1 in the East sea and between 6.7 and 8.2mg/1 in the South sea. The biomass of microbial community in the East Sea were varied 13.47 ugC/1 of bacteria, 7.42 ugC/1 of cyanobacteria, 7.52 ugC/1 of autotrophic flagellates and 5.57 ugC/l of heterotrophic flagellates, respectively. And the microbial community abunndances in the Southe sea showed 43.47ugC/1 of bacteria , 4.08ugC/l of cyanobacteria, 3.38 ugC/1 of autotrophic flagellates and 7.78 ugC/1 of heterotrophic flagellates, respectively. The abundsnces of heterotropnic bacteria in the South sea were measured higher values than those in the East sea, representing three times higher than East sea biomass. The distribution of microbial biomass community in theEast sea(oligotrophic sea) were equilibrated than those in the South sea (eutrophicsea).

      • 북한산 국립공원 동부 지역 계곡에서의 물리 화학적 수질에 관한 연구

        The physico-chemical water quality of Eastern Bukhan Mt. National Park. Water temperature were in the range of 12.0-17.5 C (average 15.4 C), pH,5.96-9.78 (average 7.26), DO, 8.04-10.4mg/l (average 9.31mg/l), BOD,0.00-1.40mg/l (average 0.66mg/l), EC, 27.5-87,3 us(average 51.3us) during the survey period, respectively. The pH. DO and BOD were evaluated as 1st class of raw water standard for the water supply. This water environment condition of the survey stations were limnosaprobic area. The nitrite, nitrate and dissolved phosphate were measured as 0.01 uatg/l, 1.00 uat/l, and 0.01 uatg/l during the survey period, respectively, There indicated the concentration of nutritive was in excess of standard for potable water and so atrophic state to of this Eastern Valley of Bukhan Mt. as eutrophication.
