PSP를 이용한 의자로봇 시스템은 거동이 불편한 노약자의 이동을 돕기 위하여 제작된 지능형 이동로봇이다. 원하는 곳으로 이동이 가능한 지능형 로봇은 안정적인 움직임을 위해 실시간 장애물 회피 및 적절한 경로 계획이 필요하다. 본 논문에서 구현한 의자로봇은 IR센서와 초음파 센서를 이용하여 환경 정보를 얻어오고, 환경 지도 작성 및 경로 계획을 통해 목표 지점으로 이동하도록 하였다. 또 구동부의 부드러운 움직임을 위하여 PID제어기를 사용하였다. 서비스 로봇은 개발에 용이하고 사용자가 쉽게 제어 할 수 있는 인터페이스 장치가 필요하다. PSP는 여러 개의 버튼을 가졌고, 디스플레이를 위한 LCD 있다. 또 무선랜 환경에서 사용할 수 있기 때문에 PSP를 이용한 제어 방법을 구현하였다. PSP를 이용한 제어 방법에는 두 가지 모드가 존재하는데 하나는 의자 로봇의 지능을 이용한 이동 방법이고 또 하나는 사용자가 직접 제어하는 방법이다. 위의 두 가지 방법으로 실내 환경에서 주행 테스트를 했으며, 성공적으로 동작함을 확인하였다.

<P>An infrared (IR) probe based on isonitrile (NC)-derivatized alanine <B>1</B> was synthesized and the vibrational properties of its NC stretching mode were investigated using FTIR and femtosecond IR pump–probe spectroscopy. It is found that the NC stretching mode is very sensitive to the hydrogen-bonding ability of solvent molecules. Moreover, its transition dipole strength is larger than that of nitrile (CN) in nitrile-derivatized IR probe <B>2</B>. The vibrational lifetime of the NC stretching mode is found to be 5.5 ± 0.2 ps in both D<SUB>2</SUB>O and DMF solvents, which is several times longer than that of the azido (N<SUB>3</SUB>) stretching mode in azido-derivatized IR probe <B>3</B>. Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the proportion eligible for delayed interval delivery, and the efficacy of cervical cerclage combined with adjuvant broad-spectrum antibiotics and natural progesterone in prolonging the gestation in twin pregnancies with spontaneous delivery before viability. Methods: This was a retrospective study including 17 consecutive dichorionic twins of which presenting fetus had been spontaneously delivered before viability(15.0-22.9 weeks) from January 2015 to June 2020. Cases without active labor pain within 6 hours after delivery of the first fetus were considered to be eligible for delayed interval delivery. Cervical cerclage combined with adjuvant broad-spectrum antibiotics and vaginal natural progesterone was performed in eligible cases. Obstetric outcomes and neonatal outcomes of the remaining fetus were analyzed. Results: About 41% of patients(7/17) were not delivered within 6 hours after delivery of the first fetus. Among the 7 patients undelivered within 6 hours, two patients did not undergo cervical cerclage because of suspected chorioamnionitis(n=1) or preterm premature rupture of membrane(n=1). Five cases(29.4%) underwent cervical cerclage combined with adjuvant broad-spectrum antibiotics and natural progesterone use. The median interval from cervical cerclage to delivery was 111 days (range: 39-119 days) and the median gestational age at delivery was 34.9 weeks (range: 27.6-37.0 weeks). The rate of patients undelivered at 32, 34 and 36 weeks was 80%(4/5), 60%(3/5), and 40%(2/5). All the 5 neonates survived without major morbidity except mild chronic lung disease in one case born at 27.6 weeks. Conclusion: About 29% of twin pregnancies with spontaneous delivery of the first fetus before 23 weeks were eligible for delayed interval delivery. Cervical cerclage combined with adjuvant broad-spectrum antibiotics and natural progesterone use seems to help maintain the pregnancy of remaining fetus after spontaneous delivery before 23 weeks in twin pregnancies.

고체산화물 연료전지의 연결재의 필요한 물성으로는 공기극과 연료극을 차폐시켜줄 수 있는 고밀도와 구성 소재간의 전기적으로 연결될 수 있는 전기전도도 및 낮은 이온전도도. 산화극과 환원극에서 화학적 안정성과 타 구성 소재와의 열팽창 계수가 일치 등이 중요한 특성으로 필요하게 된다. 이를 위해 LaCrO3계 연결재가 주로 사용되어 왔다. 그러나 LCO계 연결제는 1400?C 이상의 높은 소결 온도와 이로 인한 Cr의 휘발로 인한 타 구성소재와의 반응 등으로 인해 저온소결의 필요성이 재기되고 있는 소재 이다. 본 연구에서는 LCO계 구성 소제에 소결 조제를 첨가하여 저온에서 결정성 및 소결거동, 전기적 특성을 평가하였다.

현재 아파트를 중심으로 가정에 보급되기 시작한 홈 네트워크 시스템은 단순 홈 서버를 기반으로 가정 내 다양한 기기들을 연결하고 외부 인터넷 망과 연동하는 등 여러 가지 시도가 있으나 아직까지 단편적인 서비스를 제공하는 수준에서 크게 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 현 홈 네트워크 시장 상황에서 다양하고 실질적인 응용을 실제로 구현하고 사용자와 상호작용하기 위해 인공지능을 갖춘 서비스 로봇을 활용함으로써 홈 네트워크 시장을 활성화하기 위한 방안을 제시한다.

<P>Three-dimensional (3-D) fin-structured carbon nanotube field-effect transistors (CNT-FETs) with purified 99.9% semiconducting CNTs were demonstrated on a large scale 8 in. silicon wafer. The fabricated 3-D CNT-FETs take advantage of the 3-D geometry and exhibit enhanced electrostatic gate controllability and superior charge transport. A trigated structure surrounding the randomly networked single-walled CNT channel was formed on a fin-like 3-D silicon frame, and as a result, the effective packing density increased to almost 600 CNTs/mu m. Additionally, highly sensitive controllability of the threshold voltage (V-TH) was achieved using a thin back gate oxide in the same silicon frame to control power. consumption and enhance performance. Our results are expected to broaden the design margin of CNT-based circuit architectures for versatile applications. The proposed 3-D CNT-FETs can potentially provide a desirable alternative to silicon based nanoelectronics and a blueprint for furthering the practical use of emerging low-dimensional materials other than CNTs.</P>

Objective: To evaluate the maternal serum levels of sFlt-1, PlGF and sFlt-1/PlGF ratio in suspected preeclampsia patients with twin pregnancies compared to singleton pregnancies. Methods: This was a retrospectively study on women who had received the laboratory tests including maternal serum levels of sFlt-1, PlGF and sFlt-1/PlGF ratio for the purpose of evaluation for preeclampsia at Seoul National University Bundang Hospital between March 2019 and June 2020. Two triplet pregnancies were excluded. A total of 104 singleton pregnancies and 35 twin pregnancies were included and divided into groups according to the diagnosis of preeclampsia. Obstetric and neonatal outcomes were compared in the groups classified by the well-known cut-off of the sFlt-1/PlGF ratio: below 38, 38-85, and over 85 in singletons and twins, respectively. Results: Among the study population, 35% (49/139) were diagnosed as preeclampsia (38/66 in singleton pregnancies and 11/35 in twin pregnancies). The levels of sFlt-1 and PlGF were significantly different between twins and singletons when analyzed both in the group without and with preeclampsia (p-values, all < 0.05). However, the sFlt-1/PlGF ratio were comparable between twins and singletons in the group without and with preeclampsia. The rates of preterm birth before 34 weeks of gestation were significantly different according to the cut-offs of the sFlt-1PlGF ratio in singletons (2.8% in below 38 vs. 12.5% in 38-85 vs. 43.8% in over 85, p<0.001), however the difference did not reach statistical significance in twin pregnancies. Conclusion: Unlike the sole level of sFlt-1 or PlGF, the sFlt-1/PlGF ratio in twin pregnancies with preeclampsia is not different from that in singletons. Nevertheless, the predictive value of the sFlt-1/PlGF for the adverse outcomes of preeclampsia seems to be better in singletons than twins.
Nephrin in maternal urine as a simple biomarker to predict preeclampsia

Objective: Nephrin is a protein identified at the glomerular podocyte slit diaphragm, therefore the presence of nephrin in urine implies damage of podocytes. It has been studied widely in nephropathies and glomerular diseases of adults. This study is to determine the efficacy of nephrin as a biomarker in maternal urine for prediction of preeclampsia. Methods: This was a prospective study on pregnant women who had been admitted for delivery at Seoul National University Bundang Hospital between March 2019 and May 2020. The target sample size was 50 patients with preeclampsia confirmed and 50 cases without any underlying diseases. Urine samples were obtained and nephrin signaling was detected through the test strips using lateral flow assay. Other clinical information was collected as well. Results: The clinical characteristics including maternal age, the rate of nulliparity, the rate of twin pregnancies, height, weight, the rate of cesarean section were comparable between the control group and the preeclampsia group. The signals of nephrin was classified into four groups. In preeclampsia groups, signal 0, 1, 2, and 3 were found in 18.4% (9/49), 44.9% (22/49), 24.5% (12/49), and 12.2% (6/49), respectively. This was significantly different from the control groups since 84.3% (43/51) was found to be signal 0 in the controls (p<0.001). The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of positive signals (1, 2, and 3) to predict preeclampsia are 82%, 84%, 83%, and 83%, respectively. Conclusion: Nephron signaling in maternal urine might be an easy and accurate screening test for detection of preeclampsia.

In this study, we fabricated tubular ceramic support for segmented-in-series solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) by using MAO(MgAl-stabilized ) as main material and activated carbon as pore former. Thermal expansion properties of ceramic support with different amounts of activated carbon were analyzed by using dilatometer to decide a suitable sintering temperature. The tubular ceramic supports with different amounts of activated carbon (15, 20, 30wt.%) were fabricated by the extrusion technique. After sintering at 1400?C for 2h, cross section and surface morphology of tubular ceramic support were analyzed by using SEM image. Also, the porosity, mechanical property, gas permeability of tubular ceramic supports was measured. Based on these results, we established the suitable fabrication technique of tubular ceramic support for segmented-in-series SOFC.
