      • Effects of Stressed and Unstressed Reinforcements on Prestressed Concrete Members with Unbonded Tendons

        The research purpose of this paper is to investigate the influential Parameters on the unbonded tendon stress. The parameters were the reinforcing ratio, the prestressing ratio, and the loading type. To this end. first, the influence of parameters were examined with twenty eight test results obtained from references. Then, an experimental study was carried out with nine specimens. Test variables were the reinforcing ratio and the prestressing ratio. Specimens were divided equally into three groups and each group had a different level of the reinforcing ratio. Each specimen within a group has a different level of the prestressing ratio. The investigation with previous and current tests revealed the followings; (1) the length of crack distribution zone does not have a close relation with the length of plastic hinge. (2) the prestressing ratio does not affect both the length of crack distribution and the length of plastic hinge, (3) the tendon stress variation is in reverse relation with the ratios of mild steels and tendons, (4) the loading type nay not affect significantly the length of crack distribution zone, (5) AASHTO LRFD Code equation and Moon/Lim's design equation predicted the test results well with some safety margins.

        디지털 치료기술 산업 육성에 따른 투자와 경제적 파급효과

        The digital treatment technology industry is one of the core fostering industries of the Moon Jae-in government along with the global trend. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the investment and economic ripple effect on the related industries. To this end, we used the industry-related table, which is the actual measurement data for 2015 that the Bank of Korea actually measured and released every 5 years in 2019. The digital treatment technology industry was not clearly classified within Korea’s industrial classification system, so the contents of the industry-related survey were analyzed, and the digital treatment technology industry was reclassified and then analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed that the production induction effect of the digital treatment technology-related industry in 2015 was 1.770, the value-added induction effect was 0.875, and the employment induction effect was 19.128, which was higher than that of other industries in Korea. As a result of the analysis of the economic ripple effect (scenario 1), the production inducing effect was about 370 billion won, the added value inducing effect was about 185 billion won, and the employment inducing effect was 4,044 people. The results of this study are expected to play a large role in economic revitalization as the effect of inducing production, increasing employment, and creating added value through fostering the digital treatment technology industry is expected to play a large role in activating the economy. It is expected to play a large role in providing central medical services. Therefore, it is expected that policy support for revitalizing the digital treatment technology industry through active investment support and tax benefits from the government to foster the digital treatment technology industry is necessary.

        The tidal flow regime at the shallow sea area is usually decided by topographical factors, such as forms of shorelines, bottom topography, channel, sand bar or tidal flat, etc. This study is on the Keum River Estuary, which appears exactly phenomenons of tide caused by complicated topographical changes, and it is inquired out or not change of depth and current on numerical experiments before and after constructed estuary dike.

      • IMT-2000용 수신단 One-chip MMIC의 설계 및 제작

        본 논문은 IMT-2000용 수신단 One-chip MMIC의 설계 및 제작에 관한 것이다. LNA, 이중 평형 믹서, LO 발룬, RF 발룬, 그리고 IF 증폭기를 하나의 칩에 집적시켰다. 새롭게 제안된 바이어스 회로는 공정상의 변화와 온도의 변화 등의 원인에 의한 문턱전압의 변화를 보상할 수 있다. 제작된 칩의 측정 결과는 모의실험으로 얻은 결과와 일치하지 않는다. LNA는 변환이득이 평탄하게 동작하지 않을 뿐만 아니라 발진현상도 나타났다. 문제에 대한 분석을 통해 원인을 찾았으며, 이 결과는 향후 연구에 사용하려고 한다. 믹서의 변환손실은 -14㏈, IP3는 4㏈m, 포트간 격리도는 25㏈ 이상인 특성을 나타낸다. 설계된 칩은 ETRI MESFET 0.5 ㎛공정으로 제작하였으며 칩 사이즈는 1.4㎜×1.4㎜이다 This is paper describes a design and fabrication of a one-chip receiver MMIC for IMT-2000. The LNA, double balanced mixer, LO balun, RF balun, IF amplifier and a bias circuit are integrated a chip. Each balun operates active and composed of MESFETs. The new applied bias circuit is able to compensate the variation of the threshold voltage caused by the process variation, temperature changes, and etc. The measured response of the fabricated chip doesn't correspond with the simulated performance, the LNA is not only the conversion gain doesn't operates flatly, but also even the oscillation presented. By the study of the cause about the problem, the factor was found. And the result will be deal with further study. The mixer achieves the conversion losses of -14㏈, IP3 of 4㏈m, and port to port isolation over 25㏈. The designed chip is fabricated by the ETRI MESFET 0.5㎛ process. The chip size is 1.4m×1.4m.

      • 기하광학영역에서의 능동소나 표적신호합성

        능동소나 시스템에서 표적신호의 근거리 정보가 중요해짐에 따라, 표적 음향산란 신호의 고유한특성을 분석하기 위해 실험적인 방법과 시뮬레이션 기법이 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 표적신호 합성을 위해 축소표적 반향실험을 수행하였고, 자료의 분석 결과 축소표적의 음향산란은 거울면 반사의 영향이 큰 것으로 분석되어, 표적신호 합성에서 기하광학이론을 응용하였다. 복잡한 형태의 표적을 여러 표본형상으로 분리하고, 각 표본형상의 기여도를 신호의 위상과 강도를 줌으로써 계산하였으며. 표적신호 합성모델의 검증을 위해 실제 축소표적 실험 결과와 비교하였다. 혁심용어: 기하광학이론. 음향산란, 거울면반사. 축소표적, 능동소나 투고분야: 수중음향 분야 (5.2) Since the near field iformation of target signal is important in the development and verification of active sonar system experimental method and simulation technique are widely used in order to analyze the detail characteristics of target scattered echoes. Therefore, in this paper, the scale target experiment is performed to develope and improve the target signal simulation model. Since the experimental results show that the specular reflection is the major component among scattering mechanisms, the target signal simulation model based on the Geometric Optics Theory (GOT) is developed. Complex target is separated into simple shapes, known as canonical shape. The contribution from individual canonical shapes are summed with proper phase and amplitude to produse the target strength of the whole complex body. Simulated target signal is compared with the experimental results fed discussed.

        심상성 루프스에서 Nested-Primer Gene Amplification Assay에 의한 결핵균 DNA의 검출

        Lupus vulgaris, which is a progressive form of postprimary tuberculosis in patients with a moderate to high degree of immunity and tuberculin sensitivity, is the most common, most serious, and most variable type of cutaneous and mucous membrane tuberculosis. Domonstration of M.tuberculosis directly or in culture in some of these eruptions can be difficult. It is essential to demonstrate the presence of M.tuberculosis in a clinical sample for a definitive diagnosis of tuberculosis. With the discovery of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR), the DNA diagnostic approach for infection has developed in a short period. With the dual purpose of definitive and rapid diagnosis of tuberculosis, this study examined the usefulness of a nested PCR for detection of M. turberculosis. Compared with a single-step PCR, the two-step PCR was able to enhance sensitivity approximately 1,000-fold on the basis of bacterial counts and DNA quantity. We concluded that two-step nested PCR appeared to be the most useful PCR protocol for early and sensitive diagnostic method detecting M.tuberculosis in acid-fast stain negative specimens.

        역대 대한소아치과학회지 게재논문의 분야별 분포에 대한 조사

        본 조사는 한국의 소아치과학 연구 분야와 방향이 어떠한 변화를 거쳐왔는지를 연대별로 파악하여 우리의 연구관심이 시대별로 어디에 집중되어 왔는가를 알아보고, 향후 우리가 어느 분야에 관심을 더 쏟을 필요가 있는가를 파악하려는 의도로 시도 되었다. 이에 저자는 1974년 2001년에 걸쳐 한국소아치과학회지에 게재된 논문들을 주제별로 분류하고 연구주제의 변화양상을 파악하여 이를 보고하는 바이다. 1. 치과용 재료와 장비에 관한 연구는 지속적인 증가추세를 보였다. 특히, 치과용 재료에 관한 연구는 논문 수가 많을 뿐 아니라, 지속적인 증가추세를 보였다. 2. 치아우식증, 우식의 예방, 장애아동 및 전신질환에 관련된 연구는 전 기간에 걸쳐 균일하게 높은 분포를 보였다. 특히, 우식예방에 관한 연구는 제 1기에 비해 2, 3기에 들어서면서 상대적으로 늘어나는 경향을 보였다. 3. 부정교합의 원인과 치료, 구강병리와 소수술은 제 2기부터 증가하다가 근래에 들어 감소추세를 보였다. 4. 부정교합의 골격연구, 치아의 발육과 맹출, 치아의 발육장애, 치수치료, 치열공간의 관리에 대한 연구는 과거부터 지속적인 감소추세를 보였다. 5. 신체의 발육, 행동조절, 구강악습관, 유치열과 혼합치열기의 교합에 관한 연구는 전 기간에 걸쳐 1%에 못 미치는 낮은 분포를 보였다. Since founded in 1959, it's well known that the KAPD has pioneered in the researches and clinical aspects of pediatric dentistry in korea. It's official journal, the Journal of the KAPD, was first published in 1974 and has pressed total 956 articles up to new(March, 2001). In this study, all the articles pressed in this journal have been surveyed, focussing in their main theme, their chronological and thematic distribution. The thematic classi-fication was made with the reference of the previous studies and renowned texbooks in pediatric dentistry. And we obtained the results as follows: 1. The researches on dental materials and dental equipments have shown continuous increase throughout the period. 2. The researches on dental caries. caries prevention and systemic disorders have occupied relatively high pro-portion consistently. 3. The researches on malocclusions and cysts/minor surgery have shown increasing tendency in the second pe-riod, but are decreasing in the third period. 4. The researches on craniofacial growth/development, tooth development/eruption, developmental disorders of teeth, management of eruption space have shown decreasing tendency. 5. The researches on behavioral research, oral habits, occlusion of primary-mixed dentition have shown very low proportion, reaching no more than 1% throughout the period.

      • Sr·페라이트의 자기특성에 관한 연구

        This thesis is the study on the magnetic properties of strontium (Sr) ferrite. Specimens of SrO·nFe₂O₃,basic composition, with n=5.9 which is nonstoichiomatric composition region were prepared by sintering at 1275°C for 1hr, whthin air surroundings. In order to increase coercivity, additives of 0.4wt%SiO₂ and 0.7wt%CaCO₃ were added into basic composition, and 0.5wt%∼2.0wt%Cr₂O₃ was added as second additives. In case of second additives 1.5wt%Cr₂O₃, it was obtained uniformed grain size and magnetic properties was increased. The sintering temperature was 1150°C, 1180°C, 1210°C, 1240°C and 1270°C respectivily and cooling was performed in furnance. From the research and experiments on the magnetic properties of strontium (Sr) ferrite based on the complex additive technique, it was obtained good magnetic properties of (BH)mas=0.72MGOe, at the sintering temperature of 1210°C, in the case of (basic composition)+(basic additive)+(1.5wt%Cr₂O₃)
