Multimedia is used to express information effectively in various fields. The multimedia document contains audio/video data as well as text and image. Multimedia data of the multimedia document, such as audio, video, image and text, are related to each other depending on their contents. In this paper, a technique will be proposed to analyze the relations and the characteristics of the multimedia data. Segmentation techniques will be proposed to manage each media efficiently. I designed and implemented prototype-system that can store, retrieve and present the multimedia document.

한국 에큐메니칼 진영의 통일운동 : '88선언'(1988년)부터 '남북공동선언'(2007년)까지

논문은 한국교회의 통일운동의 어제와 오늘, 그리고 전망을 제시한다. 특히 에큐메니칼 진영에서의 통일운동에 초점을 맞춰 그들이 전개한 통일운동의 발자취를 돌아보고 앞으로 한국교회가 한반도 평화와 통일을 위해 해야 할 과제를 제시하였다. 필자는 2001년 6.15공동선언 1주년 이후 남북의 민간교류가 활발히 일어나던 시기「한국기독청년협의회」(Ecumenical Youth Council)에서 통일사업담당 간사였다. 직접 남북을 오가며 공동행사를 준비하는 과정에서 행사에 참여하는 여러 주체들 중 종교분야, 거기서도 기독교 부문 주체로서 많은 것을 보고 느낀바 있었다. 그것은 한국교회, 특히 에큐메니칼 진영의 통일운동이 지금까지는 선언적 통일운동이었다면 앞으로는 실질적이고 구체적인 통일운동을 해야 한반도 통일의 미래가 밝다는 것이었다. 교회 내에서 교인들과 함께 이야기 하고 행동할 수 있는 아주 구체적인 통일운동이 필요하다는 인식하에 이 논문을 구상하게 되었다. 우선 에큐메니칼 진영의 통일운동의 역사를 시기별, 사건별로 연구하는 방식을 택하였다. 주요시기는 「한국기독교교회협의회」(KNCC)의88선언이 선언되어지는 과정을 시작으로 90년대 한국교회의 통일운동의 역사를 정리하였다. 95년을 희년으로 선포하고 통일희년운동의 일환으로 진행된 여러 가지의 통일운동과 한국교회 통일운동과 함께 시작된 재야 통일운동의 역사도 살펴보았다. 그리고 6.15공동선언 이후 변화된 통일운동의 전개과정을 최근까지 정리했다. 이러한 한국교회의 통일을 위한 모든 노력의 성과와 한계를 살펴보았다. 지금까지 한반도의 평화와 통일을 위해 한국교회가 걸어온 발자취를 평가할 때 수없이 많은 이들의 노력과 고통을 빼놓을 수 없다. 그들의 통일을 위한 신앙고백과 행동이 반공의 시대정신을 거슬러 통일을 이야기 할 수 있는 세상을 열어 준 것이다. 그러한 성과를 이제는 교회에서 어린 아이들부터 장년에 이르기까지 각 세대별로 실천 할 수 있는 행동으로 구체화 시킬 때이다. 통일로 가기 위한 60년간의 간극을 좁히는 교육과 나눔으로 상징되는 지원 사업을 펼쳐 ‘하나님의 선교’를 한반도에서의 평화와 통일로 이뤄내기 위한 제안으로 이 논문을 마친다.

This paper proposes an external capacitor-less low-dropout (LDO) regulator with undershoot and settling time reduction technique for fast transient response. In the proposed LDO, a feedback capacitor is applied instead of a complicated voltage-spike detection circuit to reduce undershoot voltage and settling time without consuming additional quiescent current. When the undershoot voltage occurs in the load transient response, the gate charging current of the pass transistor is rapidly increased by the current flowing in the feedback capacitor to reduce the undershoot voltage. When the overshoot voltage occurs, the gate charging current to reduce the settling time. The proposed LDO regulator is implemented with a 0.18 μm CMOS process and consumes a quiescent current of 3.0 μA at a minimum load current of 0.1 mA and 230 μA at a maximum load current of 50 mA. Compared with the conventional LDO regulator, the proposed LDO regulator reduces the undershoot voltage by 53.3 % and the settling time by 55.5 % without consuming additional quiescent current.

타부리스트가 결합된 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 트리형 네트워크의 경제적 설계
본 논문은 컴퓨터 네트워크의 한 유형인 트리형 네트워크의 경제적 설계문제를 다룬다. 이 문제는 신장 트리와 서브트리의 최대 트래픽 용량을 제약조건으로, 설치비용 최소화를 목적함수로 모형화될 수 있다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 기존 연구는 휴리스틱 알고리즘이나 시물레이티드 어닐링, 타부 서치, 유전자 알고리즘 등의 메타 휴리스틱 알고리즘을 이용하였다. 이 중 유전자 알고리즘이 가장 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 유전자 알고리즘은 지속적인 진화 연산과정 중 개체집단 내에 다수의 동일한 개체를 발생시킬 수 있다. 이는 최적해의 효율적인 탐색을 방해한다. 본 연구는 이러한 유전자 알고리즘의 단점을 해결하기 위해 타부리스트가 결합된 유전자 알고리즘(Tabu List Coupled Genetic Algorithm)을 제안한다. 이 알고리즘은 진화 연산과정 중에 개체집단 내에 동일한 개체 발생을 방지한다. 그리고 본 연구는 제안한 알고리즘을 이용한 트리형 네트워크의 경제적 설계 방법을 제시한다. 실험적 문제들을 가지고 본 연구에서 제시한 설계방법과 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 설계방법의 성능을 비교 평가함으로써 본 연구에서 제시한 설계방법의 우수성을 입증하였다.

五拗湯 藥針이 알레르기 喘息 흰쥐의 肺氣管支 洗滌液內 免疫細胞 및 血淸 IgE에 미치는 影響
It has been reported that Oyo-Tang has an effect on allergic asthma clinically. In order to investigate the herbal acupuncture solution of the Oyo-Tang on allergic asthma, the Oyo-Tang herbal-acupuncture(OTHA) was applied on BL13 and ST36 of allergic asthma model of the rats. Then the number of total cells, lymphocytes, CD4+ T-cells, CD8+ T-cells and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ T-cells in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) were measured, and the concentration of serum IgE, the ratio of CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells in peripheral blood were measured and compared with control group. The results obtained as follows; 1. The number of total cells, of lymphocytes, and of CD4+ T-cells in BALF were decreased significantly in the OTHA on BL13 group as compared to control group. 2. The number of CD8+ T-cells in BALF was changed significantly in the normal group and in the OTHA on BL13 group. 3. The ratio of CD4+/CD8+ T-cells in BALF was decreased significantly in the OTHA on BL13 group as compared to control group. 4. The concentration of serum IgE was decreased significantly in both of the OTHA on BL13 group and on ST36 group as compared to control group. 5. The ratio of CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells in peripheral blood was not different statistically between the normal, the control, the OTHA on BL13 and the OTHA on ST36 group.

A Study on the Effect of Herbal-acupuncture with Schizandrae Fructus Solution on Hyperlipidemia in Rats Lee Sung-hwan Dept. of Oriental Medicine Graduate school, of Daejeon University (Directed by Prof. Lee Hyun, O.M.D., Ph.D.) ABSTRACT Objective & Methods : The purpose of this study is to observe the effects of herbal acupuncture with Schizandrae Fructus solution at GB34(Yangleungchean) on hyperlipidemia in rats. The author performed several experimental items to analyze the levels of various components and enzymes in serum, urine and liver, as well as the histological changes of liver and aorta. Results : 1. Schizandrae Fructus herbal-acupuncture solution increased DPPH radical scavenging activity and HMG-CoA reductase inhibition rate in rat liver cells. 2. In the Schizandrae Fructus herbal-acupuncture group, serum total cholesterol and Atherogenic index were significantly decreased, and the ratios of HDL to total cholesterol, and phospholipid to total cholesterol in serum were significantly increased as compared with those of the control group. 3. In the Schizandrae Fructus herbal-acupuncture group, HMG-CoA reductase activity was significantly decreased as compared with those of the control group. 4. Schizandrae Fructus herbal-acupuncture reduced deposit of lipid in the liver tissue. Key words : Hyperlipidemia, Schizandrae Fructus herbal-acupuncture, GB34 (Yangleungchean)
