      • 해외여행업 경쟁력 향상 방안에 관한 연구 : 여행사 사례분석을 중심으로

        According the Cultural Tourism Board, 2002, in 2001, foreign tourists to the Republic of Korea were 5,147,204 persons, and domestic tourists of the Republic of Korea traveling abroad was 6,084,476 persons showing a growth in the trend. The rapid growth of the travel industry is paralleled by the growth of the travel agencies. As of December 31, 2002, in addition to the 789 general travel agencies and 3,964 international travel agencies, in total there are 4,753 travel agencies concentrating on the foreign travel businesses sector. Also, with the 3,565 domestic land travel agencies who refers their top clients to international travel agencies and the on-line travel agencies who works with or without licenses, the competition among the travel agencies is a fierce battle. In order for the travel agencies to continue their growth and development and to survive the battle against other competitors, they require a strategic management plan. It is crucial that they sublate the fragmentary management and rather thrive the new and innovative management style that is effective and reliable management through both internal and external environmental analysis. It is obvious that the travel agencies should maximize the efficiency of the management in order win over the competitions. The objective of this research is to analyze the internal strength and the weakness of the travel agencies and to analyze the opportunities and the threats that surrounds the travel agency environment in order to provide a plan that can guide through the competition. Since 1997, the IMF crisis, only three(Hana, Lotte, Ja-Yoo Freedom ) of the travel agencies that ranked in the top 40 have shown growth and the rest either suspended, reduced, or closed their businesses. (KATA data, 1996~1999 rankings of the travel agencies) Under such conditions, a travel agency must overcome their weaknesses with their strengths and seek opportunities in order to expand and develop. In order to accomplish such research, relevant thesis and literatures were reviewed to understand and analyze the travel agencies exact intentions, special characteristics, and the environments. Subsequently, a SWOT analysis was performed utilizing the data and information provided by the tourism board, travel industry publications, travel industry periodicals, relevant travel agencies, Internet homepages and case studies from 1996~2002 covering the strengths and weaknesses, external environmental influence of either threat or opportunity. The subject travel agencies were three large travel agencies and three medium sized travel agencies. As Chung Ik Jun (1995) research as a basis, this research provides that in order to fulfill the travelers demands (needs and wants), the businesses provide general information regarding packages and promotions and recruit and refer the applicable venues for reservations and the return is defined by a commission. Hence, the travel business is using the tourism service as the object and distributing services that are involved in a travel. The characteristic of the travel business can be defined by the management characteristic and the social phenomenon (Park Dong Soo , Park Sung Soo 2001). The management characteristic includes labor intensiveness, financial structure, location dependency of the office, human resources management and the social phenomenon includes seasonality, creditability, product shelf life, social responsibilities and obligations, and the productivity of the product variety. The following is a strategic management SWOT analysis (Strength Weakness Opportunities Threats Analysis) of the 6 subjects. Christiansen, Andrews, Guth (Business Policy) The environment influences the threat of opportunity and the strength and weakness combines as one resulting a strategic condition that can be evaluated. The business should seek all opportunities and avoid all threats to utilize the strengths to the fullest extent and turn weakness into strengths. Strength-Opportunity Strategy: Seek opportunity and utilize strength( maxi-maxi) Weakness-Opportunity Strategy: Overcome weakness and seek opportunity (mini-maxi) Strength-Threat Strategy: Avoid threats and utilize strength (maxi-mini) Weakness-Threat Strategy: Avoid threats and overcome weakness (mini-mini) In reference to the above SWOT Analysis, the following improvement plan has been produced. With the combination of the operator and the human organization, progression strategic management will increase the productivity and the brand awareness of the travel agency will increase as well. Thus, the product portfolio will activate the marketing for the repeat businesses. In addition, the business should adapt to the ever-changing E-Commerce sector of the business and utilize the outsourcing and decrease cost. The business should understand the external environmental influences and then seek opportunities; each travel agency should overcome the threats and weaknesses and utilize the opportunities and the strengths. The businesses should refer to the SWOT analysis that will fight the IMF crisis. However, the research lacked financial structure data and the information system data of the medium sized travel agencies. In addition, the research lacked data from the businesses that have already closed down. In the future, the researchers should further study these aspects and grow the satisfaction of the international travelers. Thus this progression will contribute to the national struggle.

      • 씨암말의 생식기관에서 분리한 병원성 세균에 대한 항생제 감수성

        암말의 불임증 원인은 다양하며, 말 생산농가에 경제적으로 큰 손실을 유발하고 장기적으로는 말 산업에 악영향을 초래할 수 있으므로 본 질병에 대한 체계적인 이해 및 관리가 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 제주지역 말 사육목장의 더러브렛 암말에서 불임을 야기할 가능성이 높은 주요 원인 세균을 분리하고 동정하여 그 분포를 파악함은 물론, 항생제 감수성 검사를 통하여 말의 생식기 질환에서 원인 이 될 수 있는 세균성 감염증의 예방과 올바른 치료제 선택을 위한 기초 자료를 얻고자 하였다 공시재료는 2011년부터 2015년 사이에 전년도 교배 후 공태마 상 태로 있었던 더러브렛 씨암말 146두의 질 및 자궁 Swab으로, 제주특별자치도 동 물위생시험소에 병성감정 의뢰된 것을 사용하였다. 균 분리를 위해 Blood agar plate 와 MacConkey agar 에 각각 접종하였고, VitekⅡ (Biomeriux, USA) 기기 를 통해 균을 최종적으로 동정하였다. 항생제 감수성 검사는 Clinical and Laboratory Standards institute (CLSI)의 기준에 따라 디스크 확산법으로 실시 하였다. 균 분리 검사결과 총 53두(36.3%)에서 S. equi ssp. zooepidemicus가 29 균주(48.3%)로 가장 많았으며, E. coli가 21균주(35%), K. pneumoniae는 6균주(10%), P . aeruginosa는 4균주(6.7%)로 총 60균주가 분리되었다. 항생제 감수성 검사결과 S. equi ssp. zooepidemicus 는 cephalosporin 계열 및 florfenicol에 감 수성이 높았으며, penicillin, ampicillin에는 저항성이 있는 개체가 있었으나 amoxicilin - clavulanic acid에는 모든 균주가 감수성을 보였다. E. coli 는 전반 적으로 여러 약제에 감수성이 높았으나, 특히 cephalosporin 계열, florfenicol 및 quinolone 계열 약제에 높은 감수성을 보였다. K. pneumoniae는 cephalosporin 계열, florfenicol 및 quinolone 계열 약제에 높은 감수성을 보였고, aminoglycoside 계열에도 중정도의 감수성을 띄였다. P . aeruginosa는 전반적으 로 여러 약제에 저항성을 보였고, gentamicin에 가장 높은 감수성이 보였다. Equine reproductive failure can occur from different reasons and is a major contributor to economic loss in the industry. This study described major bacteria agents isolated from the thoroughbred mares which had reproductive failure in the previous year and antimicrobial susceptibility of the bacterial isolates. A total 146 vaginal and uterine swab samples were submitted to Jeju Self-Governing Veterinary Research Institute by equine veterinarians from 2011 to 2015. Streptococcus equi subspecies zooepidemicus were most frequently encountered bacteria, that are found in 29 samples (48.3%). Other identified species included 21 (35%) Escherichia coli, 6 (10%) Klebsiella pneumoniae, 4 (6.7%) Pseudomonas aeruginosa. All Streptococcus equi subspecies zooepidemicus isolates were sensitive to amoxicillin-clavulanic acid, cefazolin, cefuroxime and florfenicol, while all were resistant to tetracycline and kanamycin. All Escherichia coli were sensitive to enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin and sulfamethoxzole-trimethoprim, and most of them were susceptible to cefazolin, amoxicillin-clavulanic acid, cefuroxime, florfenicol and gentamicin. All Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates were sensitiveto amoxicillin-clavulanic acid, cefazolin, cefuroxime, florfenicol and ciprofloxacin, while all were resistant to sulfamethoxzole-trimethoprim. Pseudomonas aeruginosa showed sensitivity to quinolones and aminoglycosides especially gentamicin, while all were resistant to cefazolin, cefuroxime.

In modem management has regarded employee as human resorces which are important factors in the company action growth of arganization. And the control of menpower has aimed at not only performance of abilit but also development of latent faculties. But, it is actual that the human control is not process with scientific based on objective and rational standard in the korea military among the all society. Actually, the problem which is based on objective ration standard in the human control has revealed. It is true that improvement of system accomplish in the many organization, but that system is not well along. And also it occures many dissatisfaction and discord. The most important part of things are not institution but using that system. but, it is not responsability that system. This report unfolded that reality of human control and reform measure with these recognition. The military organization has construted 600.000 human resources. And there are resisted a class order which has officer, petty officer and soldier. Though the class is the same, the heterogeneity of constituent is much bigger than other organization. These control of organization have essential that guarantee of institution equipment head for objective and rationality are just not only transparency of human control but also existence of organization itself. This report seleted that outcome of achivement is dedutive form from the reserch of general principle to the individuation details. This report also handled with the human perfomanceration of history, definition and evaluation of merits traditional and modernistic in concretely. And many space of papers assigned modern army officer's efficeny rating analasis. Through the process, the problem and solution are revealed with effort. To compare the army officer's efficeny rating system with other military organization's are examined what kind of institutional device the solution with same And actually many part of army efficeny rating system improvements are reveled with current These current analysis of army officer's efficeny rating systems support improvement of other organization's efficeny rating system. And the establishment of efficeny rating systems also help development of organization

        Air industries of both domestic and international are trying to satisfy the customers as best as they can, as well as to enhance productivities of management as 21st century is rapidly changing and customers are seeking more convenient services. As leisure time and the quality of life increase, air travel has also increased and now the air travel has been recognized to be not simply moving means, but air travel itself to be an independent tourist itinerary. In addition, the selection criteria for the air travel beyond just safety and price competitiveness has also come to be extended to in-flihgt services and amenities. Therefore, It is suggested that predict these changes in customer needs and further to study on establishing a successful business environment. The objective of this study on the Effects of Airline’s Perceived Service Quality to Brand Image, Brand Attitudes and Behavioral Intentions In practical analysis, cabin services are divided into two categories; human factors and physical factors, and assessed its elements that affects satisfaction and dissatisfaction of the customers, which eventually leads to the selection of preferable carrier of the customer. The survey was conducted of passengers who have used the travel agency in Seoul for 35 days form MAR.2016 to APR.2016 in order to collect date for the actual fact analysis and the final valid samples of 300 for the survey, have been used to analyze data. A program called "SPSS" was used to analyze the data. The analysis was accomplished in such ways as factor analysis, demographics analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. We are able to find out the perception difference and what passenger are looking for when they try to choose the airline depending on the types of airline. Taking a stronger point of view, we could draw a few implications such as what kind of strategies every airline needs to focus on in order to satisfy passengers' expectation through the actual fact analysis. In spite of the fact that the in-flight service scape has increasingly played an important role recently as shown above, the research in this regard is still not enough. in these circumstances, it is the achievement of this study that it provided the data as the basis for the specific marketing direction for an airline's competitive advantage, and academic and practical clues in an airline's investment strategy. However, the matters of lacking more extensive cases and sufficient surveys should be addressed in the future studies. 21세기 항공시장의 환경변화와 항공기를 이용하는 소비자들의 기호가 빠르게 변화함에 따라 국내외 항공업계에서는 이를 만족시키며 동시에 경영성과를 높이기 위해 끊임없이 노력하고 있다. 휴가시간의 증가와 삶의 질이 높아지면서 항공여행도 증가하고 있으며, 이제 항공여행은 단순히 항공이동수단이 아닌 항공여행 자체가 독립적인 관광 여정으로 인식되기에 이르렀다. 또한 그 선택 기준도 점차 단순히 안전성이나 가격 경쟁력을 넘어 기내서비스 및 기내설시로 확대되고 있다. 따라서 이와 같은 승객 NEEDS의 급 변화를 염두에 두에 더 나이가 성공할 수 있는 항공영업환경 구축에 대하여 논문을 쓰는 것이 필요한 일이라고 생각된다. 본 연구의 목적은 방한 중국관광객을 대상으로 항공사 지각된 서비스 품질이 브랜드 이미지, 브랜드 태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 그리고 행동의도에 미치는 영향에 대해서 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구를 함에 있어서 기내 Service는 다시 인적요인과 물리적 요인으로 나누어 승객이 느낄 수 있는 만족도과, 불만족 요소는 무엇이며 또한 향후 승객의 항공사 선택행동에 어떠한 영향을 끼치는가를 조사했으며, 고객의 다른 점과 사용 빈도에는 어떤 상관관계가 있는지를 연구했다. 실증분석을 위한 자료 수집은 2016년 3월 25일부터 4월 30일까지 총 35일에 걸쳐 서울 관광여행사 ,그리고 Online 설문조사를 통해 항공사 아용하는 방한 중국관광객들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종 총 300부로 확정하여 실증분석에 사용하였다. 실증분석에서의 통계처리는 SPSS 22.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 자요 분석은 크게 인구통계학적 분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였으며 항공사 서비스품질, 브랜드 이미지, 브랜드 태도, 행동의도에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 본 연구의 의의는 항공사 유형에 따라 승객들이 항공사를 선택할 때 고려하는 요소와 항공사 유형에 따른 인식의 차이를 알 수 있으며, 나아가서는 실증분석을 통해 승객들의 기대를 충족시켜 줄 수 있도록 각 항공사만의 개성 있는 전력을 고안해 낼 수 있는 근거를 제사하고, 여러 가지 시사점을 도출해 낼 수 있었다는 점이다. 또한 점차 증대되고 있는 기내 서비스에 대한 중요성을 환기 시키고 항공사의 경쟁우위를 위한 구체적인 마케팅 방향에 근거가 되는 자료를 제공함으로써 항공사의 투자 전략에 있어 학술적·실무적 단초를 제공한 것은 본 연구의 성과이다. 본 연구의 기초가 된 설문은 중국관광객만 표본으로 추출함으로써 당해 조사결과를 모든 항공사화 하는데 한계가 있을 수 있으며, 항공사가 취항하는 특정 노선별·좌석등급별·시즌별 탑승승객 성향 등에 따른 세분화 부분은 이후의 연구에서 지속되어야 할 분야이다.

      • 제주시 정수장 처리수의 급수과정별 수질변화 특성

        In order to investigate the water quality change characteristics of treated water in water distribution systems of four (W, S, B and O) water treatment plants (WTPs) of Jeju city, the raw water, treated water and tap water that did not pass (named as not pass-tap water) and passed through the water storage tank (named as pass-tap water) were sampled and analyzed monthly from September 2001 to August 2002. Moreover, the correlations between the quality of raw water and trihalomethane formation potential (THMFP) at WTPs and between the concentrations of trihalomethanes (THMs) and general items of treated water, not pass-tap water and pass-tap water in water distribution systems, were also examined through the multilinear regression analysis. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. For water distribution systems of W, S, B and O WTPs, the concentration ranges (mean±S.D.) of THMs were 6.3∼15.3 ㎍/ℓ(9.3±2.6 ㎍/ℓ), 5.6∼15.8 ㎍/ℓ(10.0±3.5 ㎍/ℓ), 2.7∼4.6 ㎍/ℓ(3.5±0.56 ㎍/ℓ) and 2.7∼4.3 ㎍/ℓ(3.2±0.5 ㎍/ℓ), respectively, and mean concentrations of CHCl3 were 0.7 ㎍/ℓ, 0.5 ㎍/ℓ,0.3 ㎍/ℓ and 0.3 ㎍/ℓ, respectively, indicating that the concentrations of THMs and CHCl3 were much lower than their water quality criteria. THMs concentrations of pass-tap water were 1.5 to 2.0 higher than those of treated water and not pass-tap water, although THMs concentrations of the latter were similar. 2. The change of residual chlorine concentrations between treated water and not pass-tap water was little because of short residence of the former in pipelines, but that between treated water and pass-tap water was great because of long residence of the former in water storage tank. 3. The concentrations of NO3 - and Cl- of treated water in distribution systems did not change. Their seasonal variations were ascribed to the quality of raw water. 4. Although pH of treated water in distribution system did not change for S WTP, for the other WTPs, pH of treated water and not pass-tap water did not change, but pH of pass-tap water was higher than that of treated water. This is considered to be caused by the fact that the water storage tank is made of FRP for S WTP, but for the other WTPs it is made of reinforced concrete and so the calcium oxide which increases water pH was released from it. 5. The turbidity of treated water in distribution systems did not change for B and O WTPs, but the turbidity at W2 of W WTP and S4 and S5 of S WTP was higher than that of each treated water, which is considered to be caused by the fact that the pipelines or water storage tank was very old. 6. It was found that through the multilinear regression analysis, the factors of water quality affecting THMs concentrations were pH, BOD, Br-, water temp., DO and Cl for raw water, and water temp., pH, residual chlorine, electrical conductivity (EC) for distribution systems of treated water. Among them, the main factors were pH, Br-, BOD for raw water, and water temp., pH and Cl- for distribution systems of treated water, although they can change depending on the quality of raw water and the conditions of WTP.
