Q방법론을 통한 유아교사의 유아교육기관 조직창의성 인식 유형 = A Study on Early Childhood Teachers’ Types of Organizational Creativity: Q Methodological Approach

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study was to analyze the types of organizational creativity recognized by early childhood teachers and the characteristics of each type using Q methodology. 56 statements were extracted through literature analysis and in-depth interviews with 17 early childhood teachers. Then, 33 Q samples were finally selected through two times of Q classification targeting 5 early childhood teachers and expert consulting. The P sample for the study was 39 early childhood teachers and their perception of organizational creativity was classified into Q. There were three types of recognition of organizational creativity used by early childhood teachers. The type 1 emphasized ‘autonomy-based communication’, which recognized that free communication between teachers and recognition of autonomy increased organizational creativity. Early childhood teachers mainly responded in this type. Type 2 emphasized ‘open and creative organizational culture’. They recognized that open and creative organizational culture and systems are important in increasing organizational creativity. Type 3 emphasized ‘directors’ leadership’ and recognized that directors’ creative and democratic leadership was important in increasing organizational creativity. Lastly, the significance and limitations of the organizational creativity classified in this study were presented.
