고등교육기관평가의 신뢰도와 타당도에 관련된 문제점 분석 = (A) study on the reliability and validity of institutional evaluation in higher education

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The goal of this study is to analyze the reliability and validity of institutional evaluation in higher education and to show the relevant problems in Korea.
In order to realize the goal of this study, this article included the following contents :
First, the definition and the reliability, the validity, the model of institutional evaluation in higher education were explored.
Second, the condition of institutional evaluation of higher education in foreign countries were explored. And the technical, procedural method to raise the reliability and validity of foreign countries were explored.
Third, as a case study about the institutional evaluation in higher education of foreign countries, the evaluation system and procedure etc of CACREP (The Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs in U.S.A) were explored.
Finally, these problems which were relevant to the reliability and validity of institutional evaluation in higher education and the ways to reform those problems were suggested in Korea.
In conclusion, institutional evaluation in higher education was required to reform in Korea. To reform the problems, The procedure, method, system and the application of evaluation outcome should be reformed. And the method which was to inform institutional evaluation in higher education and outcome should be reformed. And it needs that theoretical study should be activated.
