혁신학교와 일반학교 학생의 자기주도 학습능력, 생활관리, 진로성숙도 및 학교만족도의 변화에 대한 탐색적 종단연구 = A Longitudinal Study on the Change of High School Students` Self-directed Learning Ability, Life-management Ability, Career Maturity, and School Satisfaction with Regard to the School Characteristics

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to find out the gap of change of high school students` self-direction and adaptability concerning school characteristics. For this study, the panel data of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year of Gyeonggi Education Panel Study were referred. The results of longitudinal study according to Multi level Growth Model are as follows. First, It made no difference between innovative high school and general high school when it comes to self-directed learning ability, life-management ability, and career maturity except that the former had more of school satisfaction than the latter. Next, there existed an individual difference in growth speed among self-directed learning ability, life-management ability, career maturity, and school satisfaction. Only two factors(self-directed learning ability and school satisfaction) were the important variables explaining the school characteristics, and there were no differences in school characteristics with growth speed. We may, therefore, reasonably conclude that the development and application of the innovative education program should be continued to meet the characteristics of innovate high school and general school for the success of future education.
