잠재성장모형을 활용한 청소년의 직업성숙도와 자기신뢰감 추이 변화 분석 = Analysis of Changing Trends in Vocational Maturity and Self-Reliance of Young Adolescents using Latent Growth Modeling

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to analyze the changing trends in the vocational maturity and self-reliance of young adolescents by using Latent Growth Modeling. The first through fourth annual data sets from the Korea Youth Panel Survey (KYPS) by the National Youth Policy Institute Korea were used for this.

The results of analysis were as follows:

(a) Both intercept and slope in vocational maturity and self-reliance increased significantly, and the correlation between the intercept and the slope was negative.

(b) The intercept in vocational maturity and self-reliance was significantly different, but the slope was not in the view point of gender.

(c) The intercept in vocational maturity and self-reliance was high, but the slope was low.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 한국청소년개발연구원에서 수행한 한국청소년패널조사(KYPS)의 초4 패널 1차에서 4차년도의 조사 자료를 활용하여 초등학생에서 중학생으로 성장하는 청소년의 직업성숙도와 자기신뢰감의 변화 추이를 잠재성장모형을 활용하여 분석하였다.
분석결과에 따르면, (a) 진로성숙도와 자기신뢰감의 초기치(intercept)와 변화율(slope)은 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였고 부적 상관을 보였다. (b) 성별에 따른 직업성숙도와 자기신뢰감의 초기치는 통계적으로 차이가 있었지만 변화율은 차이가 없었다. 여학생은 직업성숙도의 초기치가 높은 반면 남학생은 자기신뢰감의 초기치가 높은 것으로 나타났다. (c) 초기 인식된 학업성취도에 따른 진로성숙도와 자기신뢰감은 초기치는 높았으나 변화율은 낮았다.
