중국의 스마트 모빌리티 4 단계 UX에 대한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이동성이 날이 갈수록 더 스마트해지는 이유 중에 하나는 모바일 정보 기술, 탐색 및 이동성 건물에 적용되는 큰 데이터와 같이 기술 혁신에 관한 것이고 다른 하나는 사용자의 요구와 사용자 경험(UX)입니다.
중국과 같이 신흥 경제를 중심으로 한 인구의 도시화 그리고 대도시에 거주하는 사람들과 도시를 담당하는 정부 모두에서 교통 혼잡과 환경에 미치는 영향을 고려할 때 더 나은 상황을 바꿀 수 있습니다.
최근 몇 년 동안 대부분 인텔리전스의 기술 패턴에 초점을 맞추어 "스마트 이동성" 개념에 대한 관심이 체계적으로 사용자 경험을 연구하는 방향으로 집중되었습니다. 사실, 이동성면에서 사람들은 편안함에 우선 순위를 두며 교통이 원활하게 진행되기를 바랍니다.
그들의 욕구에 대한 많은 솔루션은 사용자 경험을 기반으로 합니다.
먼저 우리는 중국의 스마트 이동성에 대한 사용자 경험을 연구하고, 스마트 이동성에 기여할 수 있는 것을 발견하며, 연구 프레임 워크와 프로세스 그리고 접근 방법을 제시합니다.
둘째, 새로운 디자인 및 연구 기회를 발견하기 위해 스마트 이동성 사례들을 분석합니다.
마지막으로, 이 분야에서 일하는 연구원들에게 도움이 될 수 있도록 체계적이고 사용자 경험에 기반한 플랫폼으로써의 모델을 개발하고, 디자이너와 비즈니스 개발자가 스마트 이동성 개발에 대한 생각을 조직화하는 데 도움이 되는 새로운 유형의 모델을 개발합니다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Why does mobility become smarter day by day, one point of view is about technology innovation, such as mobile information technology, navigation, and big data which are applied in mobility’s building; another is from user’s demand and user experience (UX).
Given the urbanization of the population, particularly in emerging economies, like China, and the consequent problems including traffic congestion and the impact on the environment, both people who live in the big city, and the government which is in charge of a city, want to change the situation better.
Attention has been directed in recent years toward the concept of “smart mobility”, almost focusing on intelligence technology patterns, merely researching on user experience systematically. Actually, in terms of mobility, people place a priority on comfort and want their transportation to run smoothly.
Many of solutions for their desires are based on user experience.
So firstly, we address to study on User Experience of smart mobility in China, to seek what we can contribute to the smart mobility, and try to give a research framework, process, or approaches.
Secondly, we analyze some cases to find what the smart mobility will give new design and research opportunities.
Finally, we will need a systematic, user experience - based model as a platform to help and guide researchers who work in this area, and we think such model is also ought to help designers and business developers organize their thoughts on development of Smart Mobility, and even create new types of models for the future.
