상위-기분이 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향: 정서의 매개효과를 중심으로 = The Influence of Meta-Mood on Interpersonal problems: The Mediating effects of Affect

국문 초록 (Abstract)

상위-기분은 정서인식의 명확성, 정서에 대한 주의, 정서개선으로 구성되며, 대인관계문제와 밀접한 관련이 있다고 알려져 있다. 이에 본 연구는 먼저, 상위-기분과 대인관계문제의 관계를 정적 정서와 부적 정서가 매개하는지 확인하였다. 연구결과 부적 정서는 상위-기분과 대인관계문제를 부분 매개하는 유의미한 매개변인으로 확인되었다. 반면, 정적 정서는 상위-기분과 대인관계문제의 관계를 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째로, 상위-기분의 하위요인들 중 어떤 요인이 부적 정서를 매개로하여 대인관계문제에 영향을 미치는지 확인한 결과, 정서인식의 명확성과 대인관계문제의 관계는 부적 정서에 의해 부분매개 되는 것으로 나타났으며, 정서개선과 대인관계문제의 관계 또한 부적 정서에 의해 부분매개 되는 것으로 확인되었다. 정서에 대한 주의는 부적 정서와 대인관계문제를 유의미하게 예측해 내지 못했다. 본 연구에서 성별에 따른 매개효과의 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 이런 결과를 중심으로 본 연구가 지니는 의의 및 시사점, 제한점, 후속 연구에 대한 제안을 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Meta-Mood is composed of three subscales: attention to feeling, clarity of feeling and mood repair. It is known that Meta-Mood is intimately related to Interpersonal problems. Accordingly, first of all, this study was aimed to investigate mediating effects of the positive and negative affect between Meta-mood and interpersonal problems. In the results, NA partially mediated the relation between Meta-mood and interpersonal problems. However, PA did not mediate the link between Meta-mood and interpersonal problems. Secondly, among the three Meta-mood dimensions, the relation between clarity of feeling and interpersonal problems was partially mediated by NA. And the relation between mood repair and interpersonal problems was also partially mediated by NA. Attention to feeling was non significant independent predictor of NA and interpersonal problems. Mediating effects had no difference according to gender. And the limitations of this study and the suggestions for future researches were discussed.
