2000년대 이후 평양 등 대도시 주택건설 경향과 통일 전후 법정책적 과제

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In housing study in North-Korea, we have to consider that it is important to approach to policy as well as economic system. A lot of studies are about the total amount dwelling throughout North-Korea or poor housing condition of North-Korea population. But we have to study in regional approach. Housing in metropolitan area play a very important role in North-Korea. North-Korea use housing construction, provision, allocation as propaganda of North-Korea System(Chuche Idelology or communist). And they can show off high technology when they construct the high-rise apartment. There are high-rise apartment in Pyongyang the capital of North-Korea, metropolitan area.
Before the study of present condition of housing in Pyongyang, we must inspect institution, legal system related to housing system(from planning, construction, provision to allocation)
For these study, we need to search for media of North-Korea, newspaper, journal, broadcasting and so on. And we have to seek improvement in housing system(repair, ownership, building materials and expert, distribution) constantly because of preparing for Korea-Reunification.
