간호대학생의 공감역량과 간호전문직관, 임상실습적응의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과 = The Mediating Effect of Resilience on the Relationship Between Nursing students' Empathic competency, Nursing Professional Intuition, and Clinical Practice Adaptation

Objectives This study aims to construct a research model based on previous studies and to analyze the suitability and structural relationship between research hypotheses and research models to construct a model that can predict the relationship between nursing student's empathy competency and resilience, nursing professionalism, and clinical practice adaptation.
Methods The subjects of the study were 202 nursing students from three universities as a convenience sample, and data were collected using a structured questionnaire. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 programs and was analyzed using structural equation model (SEM).
Results Results of the significance test of the path coefficient, the direct path from empathy competency to resilience (β=.978, p<.001), resilience to nursing professionalism(β=.381, p<.005) and clinical practice adaptation(β= .897, p<.001) was significant. The direct path from empathy competency to nursing professionalism and clinical practice adaptation was not significant. The significance of the mediating effect was verified through bootstrap, and the indirect effects of empathy competency on nursing professionalism(β=.373, p<.001) and the indirect effects (β=.877, p<.001) on clinical practice adaptation through resilience were verified to be statistically significant.
Conclusions Nursing student's empathic competency had an indirect effect on nursing professionalism and clinical practice adaptation by mediating resilience. Therefore, it was verified that resilience full mediated the effect of empathy competency on nursing professionalism and clinical practice adaptation.
