호텔 컨벤션과 전문 컨벤션 시설의 참가자 만족도 연구 = A Study on the Participants' Satisfaction of Hotel Convention and Independent Convention Facility

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the satisfaction of convention participants who are using facilities of hotel convention and independent convention facilities and to compare differences between these facilities. Also, the theoretical study of each factors was conducted to propose activating plan for convention facilities.
The results indicates that participants's satisfaction of convention facilities, location and human service were partially different by demographics factors, and there are some differences in participants's satisfaction. Also, Factors which affect convention facilities, location and human service are partially different by the types of facilities, and there are some differences in participants's satisfaction. Finally, the satisfaction of convention facilities affects participant's satisfaction.
In conclusion, the comparison of hotel convention facilities and independent convention facilities is not only needed but further study on the other convention facilities also would be needed.
