청소년 진로포부 영향 요인 구조 분석 = The Structural Analysis of Factors Influencing Youth Career Aspirations

This study aims to examine the relationship between environmental factors and psychological characteristics as well as tested the differences of result between youth of general and alienated classes. The following conclusions and discussions are derived from results of the study. First, it showed parent's education status, maternal attitude, teacher and friend support and career decision-making self-efficacy have a positive effect on academic achievement, parent's education status, friend support, career decision-making self-efficacy and academic achievement on career aspiration except father rearing attitude. Second, career decision-making self-efficacy has an indirect effect as a medium, respectively between parent's education status, maternal attitude, teacher and friend support, and academic achievement, and between parent's education status, maternal attitude, teacher and friend support, and career aspiration. Third, there was a significant difference between the youth of general and alienated classes in a model.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 청소년의 진로포부에 환경적요인과 심리적 특성요인이 영향을 미치는 과정과 함께 일반청소년과 소외계층 청소년집단 간의 차이를 구조적으로 검증하였다. 연구 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 환경적 요인 가운데 아버지 양육태도를 제외한 부모의 교육수준, 어머니 양육태도, 교사 및 친구의 지지는 진로결정 자아효능감에, 부모의 교육수준, 교사의 지지, 진로결정자아효능감 등은 학업성취에, 그리고 부모의 교육수준, 친구의 지지, 진로결정 자아효능감 및 학업성취는 진로포부에 각각 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로결정 자아효능감은 부모의 교육수준, 어머니 양육태도, 교사의 지지 및 친구의 지지 등과 학업성취 사이에서 매개효과를 내고 있으며, 아울러 부모의 교육수준, 어머니 양육태도, 교사의 지지 및 친구의 지지 등과 진로포부 사이에서도 매개효과를 내는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 환경적요인과 심리적 특성요인이 진로포부에 미치는 영향과 경로는 소외계층 청소년과 일반 청소년 간에 유의미한 차이가 있었다.
