초심상담자의 성인애착과 심리적 소진의 관계:기본 심리적 욕구 만족의 매개효과 = The Relation between Adult Attachment and Burnout in Novice Counselors: The Mediation Effect of Basic Psychological Needs Satisfaction

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 초심상담자의 성인애착과 기본 심리적 욕구 및 심리적 소진의 관계를 살펴보고, 성인애착과 심리적 소진 간의 관계를 기본 심리적 욕구 만족이 매개하는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기지역의 경력 3년 이하인 189명의 초심상담자를 대상으로 성인애착유형, 심리적 소진, 기본 심리적 욕구 만족을 측정하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 상관분석 및 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 나타난 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초심상담자의 성인애착과 기본 심리적 욕구 만족 및 심리적 소진 간의 유의한 상관이 있었다. 성인애착의 두 차원인 애착불안과 애착회피는 기본 심리적 욕구 만족과 유의한 부적 상관이 있었고, 심리적 소진과는 유의한 정적 상관이 있었다. 기본 심리적 욕구 만족은 심리적 소진과 유의한 부적 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 초심상담자의 기본 심리적 욕구 만족은 초심상담자의 성인애착 중 애착불안과 심리적 소진 사이를 부분매개 하였으며, 애착회피와 심리적 소진 사이는 완전매개 하였다. 본 연구의 의의는 초심상담자의 소진을 완화하기 위한 보호요인으로써 기본 심리적 욕구 만족의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 초심상담자의 심리적 소진의 예방 경로를 탐색하였다는 점이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study investigated the mediating effect of basic psychological needs satisfaction in the relation between adult attachment and burnout of novice counselor. For this investigation, 189 novice counselors who had practical experience lee than 3 years at various counseling centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi areas completed the questionnaire packet including adult attachment, burnout, and basic psychological needs satisfaction. The results were as follows: First, attachment anxiety and avoidance of novice counselors had negative correlations with basic psychological needs satisfaction and positive correlations with counselors' burnout. Basic psychological needs satisfaction had significant negative associations with burnout. Second, basic psychological needs satisfaction of novice counselors had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between attachment anxiety and burnout, and had a complete mediating effect in the relation ship between attachment avoidance and burnout; these results suggest potential paths to protect or prevent novice counselors' burnout.
