집착사물을 이용한 중재활동이 자폐범주성장애아동의 어휘력 향상에 미치는 효과 = Increasing the Vocabulary Acquisition of Young Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders Using Obsessive Behaviors

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to find out the vocabulary acquisition of children with Autism spectrum disorders using obsessive behaviors. To do so, three children with autism spectrum disorders participated and this study applied multiple baseline design among subjects.
The results are as follows.
First, during the intervention period, all children showed increased receptive vocabulary acquisition rate. Second, also all children showed increased expression vocabulary acquisition rate. Putting together the above results, using obsessive behaviors was an effective intervention method. However, generalization effect was not found out. Further research on generalization should be carried out.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 4세 연령 2명, 6세 1명, 총 3명의 자폐범주성장애아동을 대상으로 집착사물을 이용한 수용어휘 및 표현어휘 중재 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 아동의 부모, 어린이집 선생님에게 구조화된 질문지와 인터뷰를 실시하고 대상 아동들이 선호하는 집착사물을 조사하여 중재 도구 및 중재 프로그램을 구성하였다. 실험설계는 중다기초선설계를 적용하였다. 연구 결과 집착사물을 이용한 어휘 중재 기간 동안, 3명의 대상 아동 모두 수용 및 표현어휘 습득에서 긍정적인 변화가 있었으며, 특히 수용어휘에서 중재효과가 두드러졌다. 중재 3주 후의 유지검사에서도 그 결과가 유지되었다. 이상의 결과들을 종합해 볼 때, 집착사물을 이용한 중재활동이 어휘학습에 필요한 주의력 향상과 공동관심 형성 등에 효과적으로 기여하여 수용 및 표현어휘 습득에 긍정적인 변화를 가져오게 하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.
