한국 사회단체의 정책 영향력 결정요인 탐색: 사회단체의 주관적 인식을 중심으로 = An Exploratory Study on Policy Influencing determinants of Korean social associations: Focused on the Subjective Perception of Social Associations

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

As many social associations are emerging as major actors of policy process, their policy influencing and its determinants are becoming the focus of attention. However, studies on them are not nearly enough. Objects of study and methodology are also limited. Based on survey data gathered from various social associations, this study focuses on exploratory study about different policy influencing that each social association retains and its determinants. First, policy influencing determinants are categorized into channel, structure, means and relationship determinant based on previous studies. In addition to it, this study analyzed main variables to determine policy influencing by using mean analysis and logistic regression. Analysis result confirms that ``any contact with a top official in the local government`` and ``direct means application`` are the main variables. This result also shows that the real paths and means that social associations frequently use are considerably different from effective paths and means. Hence it is important to build system which makes social associations easily approach to decision point and exert their influence by direct action in order to improve their policy influencing.
