초기청소년이 지각한 부모행동통제특성과 내외통제소재 및 친구 간 갈등해결전략 = Parents` Behavior Control Recognized by Early Adolescence and Locus of Control on Conflict Resolution Strategies in Their Friendship.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the relationships of parents` behavior control recognized by early adolescence and locus of control on conflict resolution strategies in their friendship. The subjects were 521 early adolescence in 5th, 6th grades of elementary schools in seoul. Data was analyzed by Pearson`s corelation, multiple regression and path analysis. The result of the study are as follows. First, Control by parents` maturity demand and clarity of communication have on affect an compromising-integrating and dominating strategies of boys and girls. Second, Control by parents` maturity demand and clarity of communication have on affect an locus of internal control of boys and girls. Third, Control by parents` clarity of communication was found to be affected immediately by compromising-integrating strategies of boys. Moreover, behavior control by control, parents` maturity demand and clarity of communication have an influence on compromising-integrating and concession strategies of girls through internal control and dominating strategies of girls through external control as well.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 초기청소년의 친구 간 갈등해결전략에 영향을 미치는 부모행동통제특성과 내외통제소재의 상호설명관계를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 초등학교 5,6학년 521명(M:259, F:262)을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SAS 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 피어슨의 상관계수, 다중회기분석, 경로분석을 사용했다. 초기청소년의 갈등해결전략은 부모행동통제특성과 내외통제소재의 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 첫째, 부모의 성숙의 요구, 대화의 명료성을 통한 행동통제특성은 남, 여학생의 절충 및 협력전략에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모의 성숙의 요구, 대화의 명료성을 통한 행동통제특성은 남, 여학생의 내적통제소재에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 남학생의 경우 성숙의 요구를 통한 부모의 행동통제특성이 절충 및 협력전략에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 여학생의 경우, 부모의 통제, 성숙의 요구, 대화의 명료성을 통한 부모의 행동통제특성은 내적통제소재를 통해 여학생의 절충 및 협력전략, 양보전략에 영향을 미쳤으며, 외적통제소재를 통해 여학생의 지배전략에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
