The spectral response and the photovoltage of the photoelectrochemical cell consist of CdSe thin films, In_(2)O_(3), thin films , electrolyte were measured.
The values of spectral profile obtained from spectral response were 7260 A^(˚) at the edge of photon absorption and the energy gap was 1.708 eV.
