지역자활센터의 네트워크와 자활사업성과 간 관계에 관한 연구 = Organizational Network and Performance of Local Self-Sufficiency Center in Korea

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 지역자활센터의 네트워크와 자활사업 성과 간의 관계 규명을 목적으로 하였다. 로컬 파트너십이 노동통합에 효과적이라는 선진국의 사례가 있다 하더라도, 이것이 우리나라에도 적용 가능한지는 자활사업 집행조직의 네트워크를 실증 분석함으로써 검증될 수 있다. 이를 위해, 네트워크이론을 토대로 설문조사와 2차 자료를 사용하여 지역자활센터의 네트워크가 자활사업의 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 자활성공률에 대하여 네트워크 규모가 유의미한 영향요인으로 나타났다. 즉, 최종 결과적 성과지표인 자활성공률의 향상을 위해서는 일반 시장에 진입하기 위한 취·창업네트워크가 필요한 것이다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 근로연계복지정책의 성과를 실증 분석하여 지역사회 네트워크를 기반으로 한 성과향상 방안을 제시하였고, 네트워크 특성을 독립변수로 하는 large N 연구를 수행하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to investigate the relationship between organizational network and performance of Local Self-sufficiency Center. Under the increasing attention on network of organization in the context of developing countries, this study conducted an empirical analysis about organizational network for self-sufficiency program in Korea. Using survey and secondary data, the results show that the size of organizational network impacts on the performance of Self-sufficiency program. Based on this finding, I suggest that organizational network is a necessary condition for improving the ratio of being self-sufficiency. This study has contribution in that it examined the current status of the workfare program in Korea and suggested its policy implications for the future. Specifically, it suggested that to improve its performance, community-based network should be considered in a view of network. This study contributes to academic achievements as well. It conducted the large N study considering the network characteristics as independent variables.
