여자 전문대학생의 진로장벽, 진로확신, 진로준비행동의 구조관계 분석 = A Structural Analysis among Perceived Career Barriers, Career Certainty, and Career Preparation Behavior of Female Junior College Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of female adolescents’ perceived career barriers on career certainty and career preparation behavior. For this, a survey was carried out targeting students from the female junior college which is located in Seoul. After screening the data, 337 responses were used to analyze the hypotheses. A structural equation model was presented to describe the hypothetical casual relationships among the variables.
The major findings were as follows; 1) ‘multiple role conflicts’ has negative direct effects on career certainty. 2) ‘Low expectation of occupational prospect’ and ‘low expectation of occupational unpreparation have negative direct effects on career certainty. 3) Career certainty has direct positive effects on career preparation behavior. 4) Only ‘low expectation of occupational prospect’ among career barriers has direct effects on career preparation behavior. Based on what has been learned through the analyses, this study proposed intervention and support plans to help the female junior college students with their career preparation.
