지각된 아동·청소년기 외상경험이 대학생의 대인불안과 우울에 미치는 영향 : 내면화된 수치심의 매개효과 검증

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 지각된 아동·청소년기 외상경험이 대학생의 대인불안과 우울에 미치는 영향에서 내면화된 수치심의 매개효과를 검증해 봄으로써, 대인불안과 우울을 겪고 있는 대학생들에게 도움을 줄 수 있는 방법을 모색하고자 하는데 있다.
이를 검증하기 위해 전북지역 소재 4년제 5개 대학 대학생 500명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 시행하였다. 연구를 위해 사용한 척도는 아동기 학대 외상 질문지(Childhood Traumatic Questionnaire: CTQ), 대인관계 불안 척도(Interaction Anxiousn ess Scale; IAS), 한국판 CES-D(Center for Epidemiologic Studies-Depression Scale), 내면화된 수치심 척도(Internalized Shame Scale; ISS)이다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계와 상관관계를 분석하고, 중다회귀분석을 실시하여 매개효과를 검증하였다.
그 결과는 첫째, 주요 변인들 간의 관계를 파악하기 위해 상관분석을 실시한 결과, 모두 상관관계가 나타났다. 지각된 아동․청소년기의 외상경험은 대학생의 대인불안, 우울, 내면화된 수치심에 상관관계를 나타냈다. 아동․청소년기의 외상경험이 높을수록 대학생의 대인불안과 우울, 내면화된 수치심이 높은 것으로 해석되며, 내면화된 수치심이 높을수록 대인불안과 우울이 높을 가능성이 있는 것으로 해석할 수 있다.
둘째, 지각된 아동․청소년기 외상경험과 대인불안과 우울 간의 관계에서 내면화된 수치심이 매개역할을 하는지 알아보기 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시 한 결과, 내면화된 수치심은 대인불안과 우울에서 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다.
따라서 본 연구는 아동·청소년기 외상을 경험한 대학생의 내면화된 수치심을 다뤄줌으로써 대인불안과 우울 문제 상담 개입의 기초자료를 제공할 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to perceived childhood's traumatic experience grasp influence on interpersonal anxiety and depression, the consequential internalized shame as mediator. For this study, help for university students suffering from interpersonal anxiety and depression. To verify this content conducts a survey for 500 university students at five a four-year-course college in Jeonbuk.
In analyzing data, this study employed statistical terms and method such as Childhood Traumatic Questionnaire: CTQ, Interaction Anxiousness Scale; IAS, Center for Epidemiologic Studies-Depression Scale, Internalized Shame Scale; ISS. The research analysis descriptive statistics and correlation toward collected material, it verifies mediator effect through regression analysis, summarize the result as follows.
Frist, To grasp among major variable connection conduct a correlation analysis so all show correlation. Perceived childhood's traumatic experience show correlation on interpersonal anxiety and depression, internalized shame as mediator of university students. It is interpreted that the higher childhood's traumatic experience, the higher is internalized shame as mediator of university students . The higher internalized shame as mediator, the higher may interpret interpersonal anxiety and depression. Second, internalized shame among perceived childhood's traumatic experience and interpersonal anxiety, depression take effect regression analysis to find intermediary role. The result shows that shame does part intermediary role between interpersonal anxiety and depression.
The results of this study provide base line data of interpersonal anxiety and depression trouble counsel by treating internalized shame of university students having traumatic experience on perceived childhood's.
