초등학생의 자기결정성 동기, 자기주도적 학습능력, 학업적 자기효능감, 학업성취의 인과관계

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study is to examine the structural relationships among self-determination motivation, self-directed learning ability, academic self-efficacy and academic achievement. Model fit indices have been estimated to examine the model identification using maximum likelihood estimation, and structural relationship has been analyzed using structural regression analysis. The results of this study indicated that the self-determination motivation positively affects self-directed learning ability, and negatively affects academic achievement. It affects academic self-efficacy indirectly via self-directed learning ability indirectly. It also affects academic achievement via self-directed learning ability and academic self-efficacy indirectly. In conclusion, self-determination motivation, self-directed learning ability, academic self-efficacy are variables to predict academic achievement. However, it is more effective when they are closely connected each other than when they affect academic achievement independently. To increase students academic achievement, all of these variables should be considered based on their cause and affect relationships. « Key Words: self-determination motivation, self-directed learning ability, academic self-efficacy, academic achievement.
