국외여행인솔자의 자아탄력성이 직무스트레스와 직무만족에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Tour Conductors Ego-resilience on Job stress and Job Satisfaction

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study focuses on researching the relationship between ego-resilience and job stress of tour conductors, and the effects of tour conductor``s ego-resilience on job satisfaction. The survey was conducted from 1st Jan to 20th Feb, 2015 targeting 350 tour conductors who lead foreign tourists on domestic korean tours agencies. Among those distributed, 300 questionnaires were used for a final analysis. The research showed following results; First, as a result of verifying the relation between ego-resilience and job stress, path coefficient between role conflict, role ambiguity which are constructs of ego-resilience. Second, as a result of verifying the relation between ego-resilience and job satisfaction, its indicated that the better role conflict, role ambiguity and anger control which are constructs of ego-resilience are, the higher job factor which is a construct of job satisfaction. Third, as a result of verifying the relation between job stress and job satisfaction, its indicated that the lower role conflict, role ambiguity which are constructs of job stress are, the lower job factor which is a construct of job satisfaction.
