고령장애인의 고용안정 예측요인에 관한 연구 = A Study for Factors of Employment stability of Aged People with Disabilities

The purpose of this research is to look at the related factor in forecasting employment stability of the age old people with disabilities and then to promote the qualitative improvement in employment. For this purpose, this research conducted the secondary analysis using the data from the employment information system of the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled from January 1, 2009 until July 31, 2010, targeting the wage-earning disabled people over age 55. The research result reveals that hiring environment factor had the most weight in the relative influence on employment stability periods for age-old people with disabilities, followed by rehab service factor, and next demographic factor, human capital factor, and disability factor. In addition, the result shows that there came out 'support for an expert' as significant factors in rehab service factor, and the index of coincidence of an employed type of work with an expected type of work, and wage came out as significant factors in hiring environment factor while in the relative importance of variables, wage had the greatest influence on the forecast of employment stability, followed by the index of coincidence of an expected type of work with an employed type of work, and the number of times supporting for an expert.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 고령장애인의 고용안정성을 예측하는 관련 요인을 알아보고 고용의 질적 향상을 도모하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 2009년 1월 1일부터 2010년 7월31일까지 한국장애인고용공단 고용정보시스템으로부터의 데이터를 이용하여 2차 분석을 실시하였고, 분석대상은 만 55세 이상의 임금근로 장애인이었다. 연구결과, 고령장애인의 고용안정 기간에 대한 상대적 영향력에서는 고용환경요인이 가장 컸고, 그 다음으로 재활서비스요인, 인구사회학적 요인과 인적자본요인, 장애요인의 순이었다. 또한 재활서비스 요인에서는 전문가지지, 고용환경 요인에서는 취업직종과 희망직종과의 일치도, 임금이 유의미한 요인으로 나타났고, 변수의 상대적 중요도는 임금이 고용안정을 예측하는데 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤고 그 다음으로 희망직종과 취업직종과의 일치도, 전문가 지지횟수의 순이었다.
