직장인의 음주행위와 조직응집력 간의 관계에 있어 음주동기의 조절효과- 서비스업을 중심으로 - = A Moderating Effects of Alcohol Drinking Motives between Employee Alcohol Drinking Behavior and Organizational Cohesion - Focus on Service Industry Employees -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this research is to examine a moderating effects of relationship employee alcohol drinking behavior and organizational cohesiveness at work setting. The studies on employee’s alcohol drinking behavior flourished after 1980s in the organizational behavior research. Nonetheless, there was not sufficient result of a consequence factors on not only organizational behavior but also organization performance. Using a sample of Korean workers(N = 621), this study tested the moderating effects of alcohol drinking motives of employee’s at workplace. For the purpose of analysis given model, We used to motive factors, as enhancement, coping, conformity, and social motive, looking for a interaction role of alcohol drinking motives between alcohol drinking behavior and cohesiveness. We found several important results though our suggested model. First, we found that not significant relationship between alcohol drinking behavior and cohesiveness. Second, each motives affect to organizational cohesiveness, except to enhancement motive. Coping and Conformity motives are significantly negative and Social motive are significantly positive influence on organizational cohesiveness. Finally, Morating effects of each motives are also not at all. Only Social motive revealed strong support for the model. In conclusion, we provided some theoretical and practical implications in addition to limitations.
