SNS를 활용한 직장인의 무형식학습 사례 연구: Facebook 활용을 중심으로 = A Case Study of informal Learning on Office Workers utilize SNS

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find out how SNS is used within companies/community as a informal learning tools. It is focused on how SNS can influence and utilize its function from a learning aspect of view. Also, this study is to look for its meaning and implication, and how much it values from the industrial education and lifelong education aspects. The participants for the study were from 30s to 40s who are in ``H`` company. The study was processed with a qualitative study method after going though interviews in depth. The following is a result of the study. The informal learning aspects were shown as follows, ``a real time`` and ``mobile`` help lively informal learning; ``real name`` and ``immediate feedback`` make ``good knowledge donation`` circle, informal learning through learning network, informal learning to adapt organization. This study had shown us how it influenced participants in a positive way and it also increased the result of their work. Through SNS, the interaction within the company had improved a lot and it helped them to expand their network. On the other hand, they also had a few difficulties and here are some examples. First, they were having hardships on managing time. Second, they were required to learn a new IT technology. Third, they gained stress of their privacy invasion and their boss`s attention towards SNS users. Lastly, they realized how it is not easy to differentiate between work and everyday life.
