기초직업능력 향상 프로그램이 대학생의 정서지능과 진로결정에 미치는 효과 = Effects of Basic Competencies Enhancement Program on Emotional Intelligence and Career Decision-Making for College Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to examine the effects of basic competencies enhancement program on emotional intelligence and career decision-making for the college students. For the purposes, literature reviews and analyses on the common traits and components of emotional intelligence, basic competencies and previous career education programs were conducted. And so communication ability, interpersonal ability, problemsolving ability and self-development ability in basic competencies were extracted and perceiving emotion,facilitating thought, understanding emotion and management emotion in emotional intelligence were reflected. The contents of program were composed of self-knowledge, occupational exploration and career planning. The program consisted of 12 sessions and two experimental groups and one control group were involved. The scales on emotional intelligence, career decision-making, and basic competencies were used to examine the effects of program. As findings, this program had significant effects on all areas of emotional intelligence but partly on career decision-making and basic competencies. That is, it had significant effects on certainty increase in career decision-making and improvement of self-control/ self-development,interpersonal ability and communication ability in basic competencies. We concluded that the basic competencies enhancement program in this study had meaningful effects on emotional intelligence, career decision-making and basic competencies for the college students.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 기초직업능력 향상 프로그램이 대학생의 정서지능과 진로결정에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 기초직업능력과 정서지능의 관련성을 탐색하고 관련 프로그램에 관한 선행연구 고찰을 통하여 정서지능 요소와 기초직업능력 요소를 공통적으로 반영할 수 있는 내용을 중심으로 프로그램을 구성하여 적용하였다. 국가직무능력표준에 제시된 기초직업능력 영역 중에서 의사소통, 대인관계, 문제해결, 자기개발능력이 정서지능과 관련되어 있는 것으로 파악되었으며, 프로그램의 내용영역은 자기이해, 직업세계 탐색, 진로계획으로 구성되었다. 프로그램의 효과 검증을 위해 실험집단과 통제집단을 구성하여 총 12회기의 프로그램을 실시하였으며, 프로그램 실시 전후에 정서지능과 진로결정수준, 기초직업능력수준을 측정하였다. 효과 검증결과 본 연구의 프로그램은 정서지능의 전 영역에서 의미있는 향상을 가져왔으며, 진로결정 수준은 확신성에서 효과를 보였다. 기초직업능력 수준은 자기관리 및 개발능력, 대인관계 능력, 의사소통 능력에서 유의한 향상을 보였다.
