서비스전달과정에서의 수요자 중심성이 장애인의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에 대한 탐색적연구 -임파워먼트와 사회참여의 매개효과- = Effects of client-centeredness in the service delivery process on life quality of people with disabilities Mediating Effects of empowerment, social participation

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to explore the conceptualization the client-centeredness in the service deliveryprocess and relationship quality of life, client-centeredness in the service delivery process,empowerment, social participation through analyzing relations between those factors that affectdirectly and indirectly. this study is suggested practical, political implications for basic materials forpersons with disabilities in th field of rehabilitation. the study conducted a survey of the disabledstaying at home who had utilized the client-centered service delivery process and analyzed 513copies of the survey Using SPSS 19.0, AMOS 20. The main findings are summarized as follows: interms of direct effects, client-centeredness in the registration and initial counselling stage, theassessment stage, and the service connection and monitoring stage, had a direct influence on lifequality of people with disabilities, however client-centeredness in the service decision and planningstage, and the closing and follow-up management stage did not have a direct influence on lifequality of people with disabilities. As for indirect effects of mediator variables, empowerment, socialparticipation mediated the effects of client-centeredness in the registration and initial counsellingstage, and the assessment stage, the service connection and monitoring, the closing and follow-upmanagement stage. Finally, practical political implications and suggestions from this study wasdiscussed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 서비스전달과정에서의 수요자 중심성의 개념을 정립하고, 삶의 질, 서비스전달과정에서의 수요자 중심성, 임파워먼트, 사회참여, 삶의 질 간의 관계 분석을 통해 장애인의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하여 이를 향후 장애인의 재활현장에서 임상적, 정책의 기초자료로 활용하고자하는 것이다. 이를 위해 수요자 중심의 서비스전달과정을 이용한 재가 장애인을 대상으로 2012년 10월부터 2014년 1월까지 조사를 실시하였으며, 총 513부가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. SPSS 19와 AMOS 20프로그램을 이용하여 자료를 분석한 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 접수 및 초기상담단계, 사정단계, 서비스 연계 및 모니터링단계에서의 수요자 중심성이 장애인의 삶의 질에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 서비스 결정 및 계획수립단계, 종결 및 사후관리단계에서의 수요자 중심성은 장애인의 삶의 질에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 임파워먼트와 사회참여는 접수 및 초기상담단계와 사정단계, 서비스 연계 및 모니터링 단계, 종결 및 사후관리단계에서의 수요자 중심성이 장애인의삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 매개하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결론 및 함의, 실천적, 정책적 제언이 제시되었다.
